• Alyson (10/5): We had an amazing stay, and I cannot recommend it enough! - The location, just off Times Square and convenient to multiple subway lines, was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing - fresh pastries every day! Even though we had two double beds, the room was very spacious and our group of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. Hotel staff went above and beyond on more than one occasion to make our stay perfect. Nothing really? The only thing I could think is that there is space in the room to put Queen beds in instead of Doubles. The Times Square area is super busy and can feel touristy, but the convenience of being near the theater and subway is hard to beat.

• Anna (8/5): Good stay (if you eat breakfast elsewhere) - Great location, super kind and helpful staff, spacious room, very comfortable bed Breakfast. The breakfast was really, really poor. Nothing healthy, full of sugar, nothing warm (like omelette or scrambled eggs), served on single use plates. No cheese, no cham, not a piece of vegetable.

The property was very clean. This is hit or miss for NYC hotels - even when they are highly rated. We were very pleased and the location was excellent.

The staff were super friendly, helpful, courteous, and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, visually appealing and comfortable. The location was amazing to all of what I wanted to experience in NYC. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing.

• C (9/5): Wonderful. - I love the cleanliness, the appearance, the peacefulness, ease and responsiveness of all the staff. Close to food attractions and transportation. It was an absolutely pleasant experience. The large equipment across from the entrance was an eyesore but it was surprisingly quiet. I would’ve liked more views but would still book at the hotel again.

Chambre propre et confortable mais un peu petite pour 4 personnes. Pas de rangement pour les vêtements. Petit déjeuner très sommaire et identique tous les jours, très peu de choix.

The room was great and clean, breakfast was good- lacked of vegetables but everything else was perfect with fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, pastries and more. The gym is small and simple. You have snacks and coffee/tea all day long. Overall it was wonderful stay. We loved it!

• Amélie (10/5): Un hôtel qui coche toutes les cases pour un merveilleux séjour à NYC - Tout! De la situation géographique, au personnel, au confort de la chambre, à la propreté , tout était parfait. J’aurais imaginer que les lits étaient un peu plus large mais ce n’était pas gênant.

Staff personable and friendly Rooms were outdated. Door only had dead bolt but no safety latch. Bed comforter , sheets and etc felt old and not very soft

• Kelly (9/5): Fantastic stay in the heart of Times Square! A+! - Excellent location right across from the Book of Mormon and Chicago theaters and minutes from the heart of Times Square. Minutes from the subway. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with fridge and microwave. The breakfast was what you’d expect at a hotel, not amazing but nice enough. 24 hour coffee, tea and a few snacks available. Nightly wine “happy hour. I definitely recommend and would stay here again! If I was going to be very picky, I would say I was not a fan of the coffee, but that’s a first world problem.

• 加慧 (9/5): - We arrived at around 3:00 a.m., and the front desk staff were extremely friendly. They kindly assisted us with check-in and even introduced nearby attractions despite the late hour. We stayed as a group of three adults, and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was that on the first night, the noise from the air-conditioning compressor affected our sleep. However, after we reported the issue to the front desk the next day, they promptly arranged for maintenance to inspect it and quickly moved us to another room with much less noise. The service was very efficient and responsive. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The location is also very close to Broadway, making it very convenient for watching shows. We highly recommend this hotel! Some noticeable noise from the air-conditioning compressor in our initial room that affected sleep quality (the staff handled the situation efficiently and arranged a quieter room for us)

You can turn on the AC but its either cold or unbearable stuffy. Also the AC is very noisy- so you can’t sleep with it. There’s no way you can heat up the bathroom ! There is no AC/any warm pipes. Every time it felt like a North Pole exhibition. Small windows in the corner of the room, but we had to keep the curtains closed to keep the warmth in. The rooms don’t seem to be adapted to winter at all! Horrible breakfast, the only warm food - boiled eggs, lots of bread but no cheese, ham or veggies (well, there was Philadelphia ).

Breakfast should be excluded from the service- it’s a shame- for such a great hotel - to serve it with plastic cutlery, very limited, basic and untasty assortment and in tight place (we just came once, never returned again to not to spoil the impression of overall outstanding place). Person communicating from hotel side on Booking.com is a bit rude and unwelcoming (different from hotel reception vibe😀)
