• Po Chu Fiona (2/5): The electricity supply suddenly stopped, so we need to wait until someone came to fix at high temp. - The owner does not care about the problem of electricity supply. We first stayed 24/6, the electricity supply suddenly stopped after we entered the property awhile. The owner asked us to pull up and down the switches of the fuse box many times but nothing happened. Then she sent a man to fix it. The second stay on 3/7 after the trip to Dolomites and the electricity supply stopped again. We felt angry that the owner did not fix the problem. At the high temperature without fan, we seemed to be in a sauna room.

• Kathy (6/5): Good for a few nights in transit to somewhere else. - Good location near the station. Found a nice local restaurant. Very spacious and beds were fine. Little balcony was good. Was very limited in regard to towels and supplies. We had a leak of water in the kitchen which got worse overnight, they did not send someone to fix, just to look. Lots of mosquitos.

• Simon (6/5): Bang average - Location. Close to central train station. Aldi round the corner. Spacious. Door lock fiddly to use. Needs improving. Apartment was not secure in my opinion. Blood stains on sheet on sofa bed. Also our request for early check-in was not met yet the host was texting asking what time we were leaving. Given the number of other similar properties in the area I’d stay elsewhere next time.

• Christopher (8/5): Very good - Only a few minutes walk to the central station. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host was very responsive.
• Anton (3/5): Poorest experience ever had - The apartment's location is great, next to the main train station and metro , easy to find the apartment, quick access to shops and food market. The apartment is damn cold , we stayed in it in November, it was cold inside , nearly unlivable. We addressed that matter to the host , only next day we got a cheap heating fan which didnt change the situation. The whole experience got ruined having a cold apartment with cold floor when one has hard time to go to toilet as its so cold. If we were with kids, it would have been a complete disaster. The window in bathroom was broken and couldnt be closed , so the cold air was simple flowing in the apartment. The host couldnt care less even after filming a video of the problem. Overall the apartment is poorly equipped , a lot of kitchen stuff was missing and many other aspects which make me NOT RECOMMEND that apartment to anyone in any situation.

We took the 10 and 5 tram lines which are one block away to get us around the city - Spacious and conveniently located a few minutes walk from Central Train Station. Listing said 3 bedrooms but in fact 2 bedrooms plus a living room with pull out sofa.
• Ronald (8/5): Very convenient and spacious unit. - Family of 5 adults and a 17 year old staying for 3 nights. Very spacious lodging. Provided floor standing portable air conditioners for 2 bedrooms and for the living room/sleeping room. Each room also had a a small portable fan. Separate kitchen-dining room. Kitchen is small with very little counter space and a small refrigerator. We did not cook or use the microwave oven so no comment. Location is 5 to 6 minutes from Milano Centrale and a metro stop. Both bathrooms could use some extra cleaning especially at the tile walls where black mildew in the grout is present. The remote reception and access is initially challenging because the unit entry door knob has a combination lock covering the knob. Once you figure out how to unlock and lock it when leaving it is no longer a problem.

• Manisha (1/5): It completely spoiled our vacation. Worst experience ever. Never recommend to anyone. - Nothing. Will never recommend anyone to stay in this property. Highly disappointed with the property and owner. No one to listen to the problems. Firstly it was mentioned that it’s a 3 bedroom apartment but when we reached it was a 2 bedroom apartment and living room was turned into 3rd bedroom. It was mentioned I. Booking.com by the owner that apartment was air conditioned. There was no air conditioning in the apartment. Only 2 portable coolers were provided in this exhausting heat. The temperature in the apartment was very high. We were 7 people and we managed by sleeping in the living room together. We had to place the mattresses on the floor by pulling from the beds. The fans provided were of no use. Add on to this both bathrooms didn’t had locks. One bathroom door didn’t lock only and other one if locked didn’t had a handle to open the door from outside as it was broken. Microwave was not functional and so was the oven and grill. The height of disappointment was that during the night itself the MCB tripped minimum 3-4 times. Beds were also broken. It was actually good that we didn’t sleep on those beds.

• Desiree (10/5): Gorgeous 1920s styled apartment. Generous spaces. Cute balcony. Close to train station & Metro. - What a gorgeous apartment! Loved staying here and wished we were here longer. Loved the 1920's furniture, decor and styling with all the modern amenities. Cute balcony off the kitchen, nice place to sit and have a coffee. Well sized bathrooms with plenty of hot water for eveyone to shower. It was spacious for 4 adults. The location was terrific, close to the train station, within walking distace. Easy to get to the Metro to get around Milan. Highly recommend! There were no negatives with this apartment.

• Nanette (8/5): Very good - The apartment was much larger than I expected. Location was very convenient near the train station since we had an early departure. I missed that there was no air conditioning in the description. Luckily we just had an overnight stay.
• Matthew (8/5): We enjoyed the overall feel and comfort of the apartment - It was open and bright with the big windows. we liked the night shades you could pull down to make it dark. It was cozy and had all we needed. The kitchen and dining area was cute and had all the appliances needed to store food or cook .It was very close to food, the train station, and other nearby activities It would be nice maybe to have better pillows especially the sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofas are sleeper sofas, but a good fluffy pillow can make the difference

• Andrew (4/5): Only one short niight stay. The apartment is big. More basic bathroom supplies are required. p - The location is great. Not easy to get checked in online. Lack of basic bathroom items (towles, soap, shampe, and bodywash). We found none in one of the two bathrooms.
