Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Could barely see through the glass doors leading out to the deck.
The smell coming from the fridge was so horrendous we only used it for things like cans of drink and bottles of water and only after I attempted to clean it. Everything else we kept in our esky.
We were only able to use one of the queen bed rooms, the room right next to the bathroom had a trail of ants right across the bed, we looked around further and found more ants around the bedside table plug leading to a space beneath the locked wardrobe. We didn’t feel comfortable staying in that room so my husband and I ended up sleeping in bunkbeds which wasn’t ideal.
There was a lot of dog shit on the driveway and around the front of the property which was gross.
On our first morning there we were woken by a garden crew that had come to do maintenance on the property. They swore we were told by the property manager, we were not told, nobody reached out to us. This was also not ideal.
Upon arriving and departing the property daily we were asked repeatedly by strangers on the street if they could come and look at the property as there was a big “Expression of interest” sign at the front of the property, saying no became tiresome and annoying.
