Via booking.com deze accommodatie geboekt, direct via de app bericht ontvangen van de verhuurder dat door technische problemen de accommodatie niet beschikbaar was voor de geboekte periode. We laten weten, na contact met Booking.com, dat we dus niet komen en iets anders gaan boeken, vervolgens sturen ze laat op de dag alsnog een bericht dat ze op een bepaald tijdstip voor ons klaar staan om toch de sleutels te overhandigen(?). Hiermee denken ze toch te voldoen aan de regels en hoeven ze in hun ogen niets terug te betalen. Vervolgens reageren ze niet meer op berichten en zijn ze te beroerd om ons geld te retourneren omdat wij niet op zijn komen dagen.
