Guest Reviews
- Giovanni (4/5): Not recommended - Location Old furnitures
Cleaness
Noise of music all time from neighbors
- Fco.
- viviana (7/5): - Ottima posizione, appartamento abbastanza grande e ben attrezzato in bagno e in cucina. È un po' umido.
- Eileen (8/5): -

- Heitkonig (10/5): Fantastisch! - Voorzieningen, goede bedden, comfortabel appartement.
- Allan (8/5): September 2025 - Det var en god rummelig lejlighed, dejligt at kunne sidde udenfor og nyde den hjemmelavet pasta Bruseniche var lidt for lille
- Larashea (7/5): - Great location, had a sunny little terrace, staff was communicative about check-in and got us an extra set of keys Thea apartment was musty/moldy smelling; the toilet ran without stopping unless we took it apart and fixed it each time; water was leaking out onto the bathroom floor from somewhere (possibly the constantly running toilet?); when we contacted the staff about the problem with the toilet, they did not come to fix it; the washing machine did not spin the clothes after the wash cycle - you have to then run a spin cycle seperately or your clothes are soaking wet.
- Yaniv (9/5): great family apartment to enjoy when you vacation in trestevere - the appartment was in a perfect location
small quiet street near the amazing trestevere and all the restaurants
it was very spacies for 4 people
felt like home
had hot water and heat all our stay
- Saumil (3/5): Beware. No ventiation, no sunlight, damp - The location. It is in a nice neighbourhood in trastavere Damp and musty smell throughout the five days we stayed. The property is very poorly ventilated. There is only one window in the living room which faces the street. There is no air flow unless you turn on the air conditioner. The terrace is nothing but a tiny open space surrounded by walls and other apartments overlooking it. Hardly any use other than hanging laundry. The place was also poorly cleaned. Cabinets smelled excessively of insecticide spray. We had to wash the dishes thoroughly before we could eat off them because they smelled of Baygon spray. There were no extra garbage bags either. It’s not worth the money paid for.
- Pipal (8/5): Our stay was awesome and we had a great experience. - I loved how accommodating the hosts were. We asked if we could hold our bags till our pm flight and the host was super accommodating. Facilities and location were perfect as well. The property had a super damp dewy smell. Not sure where this was from but it wasn't too much of an issue.
- Claire (9/5): Wonderful area and want to come back - Location was perfect. Very close to all attractions. Lovely property in keeping with the local area. Rustic and charming. Nothing
- Marina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Azlin (7/5): It was a very pleasant stay, convenient location. - This property was in a very good location, with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Host was very helpful. Overall was fairly clean with everything you need in the kitchen if you decided to stay in.
She arranged a pickup from the airport which was very handy. There wasn't really anything not to like, apart from the fact that the host expects us to remove our rubbish (which should be part of the rent and facilities cost as far as I'm concerned). However, there were no rubbish bins anywhere within a 5-minute walk. So everone just dumped their rubbish in the corner on the street!
- Alexandria (8/5): Fantastic - Wonderful location for families travelling with small children. No stairs for strollers, walk out to a quaint street minutes from the heart of Trastevere. Small terrace which we loved. Would have been nice to have the exterior light working on Terrance during our stay.
- Richard (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - no wifi in the bedroom
- Aline (1/5): terrible - it was not clear, smelling so bad and I had the decision to leave one day before, because I could not support
- Dawn (2/5): Not great - It became home/safe place, in an area we didn't like The rooms were dirty and very dusty. I found bits from previous tenants on the floor including a jewellery piece, a receipt and a pair of dirty underpants in the washing machine.
It definitely wasn't swept or cleaned before we arrived. The sheets did seem clean and all 3 of us had 1 clean hand and a bath towel each, which we thought we could wash in the washer whilst we were there for the week. When we tried to use the washer (after finding someone else's underwear in there) we could not get it to spin at all.
The balcony was definitely unusable if you want to sit out for a coffee/drink. It was very dirty, looked on by all the other neighbours, it had a dirty sink and a noisy fan from the air con unit and an awful smell of cooking all day every day. It was also a lot smaller than it looks in the photographs.
The shower was the smallest cubicle I've ever seen in an apartment, out of all the holiday places I've stayed at. The sink was blocked when we got there but fortunately it was fixed on the same day that we messaged the owner (the one time we got a productive response from the owner).
The plug sockets were mainly all very loose. We had to choose the safest ones to plug our things into as the plugs kept going on and off.
Communication with the owner was very good before we got there, then pretty ignorant when we arrived and asked for help with things. Our ONE key got jammed in the lock and we could not get in after trying and trying for over an hour. Fortunately our friend managed to shimmy the lock open and we found a way to unlock it but we did not hear back from the owner when we told her about the issue with the lock. That was the biggest worry of the holiday, we had to keep our passports and valuables in our friends apartment as we were worried we may not be able to get back into the apartment each time we went out. This was only the 3rd day into our stay and we were there for a week.
- Mariana (8/5): Very good - the location is perfect and the terrace is beautiful the smell of the living room, it smelled like cigarettes and there are no windows
also there’s missing some basic equipment on the kitchen (like a toaster)
- Giovanni (6/5): Pleasant - Sofa bed was not comfortable at all
- Dirk (9/5): Great place to stay, great area, quiet and close enough to Trasteveres busy lightlife - Really helpful and fast help when the aircon stopped working. Fixed it within hours..
- Alessandro (5/5): Would not return to the flat, but definitely to Trastevere - Location was the key factor for us when booking. A couple of minutes walk from Trastevere, one of the best areas in Rome.
The woman I spoke to from the agency was very helpful, as was the guy who gave us the keys when we arrived. The place itself just isn’t really worth the money. The bathroom was terrible.
Sink blocks up easily, shower is barely usable, in general it’s very dark as the only decent window is the terrace in the bedroom, which we never got to use as it’s quite claustrophobic.
Lots of places in Rome located in small narrow streets will be like this as there isn’t much light coming in.
Place needs some serious TLC, there’s a chair with a broken leg left in the living room. the sofa bed had all kinds of dirty marks on it, so very different from the images on the website.
Two lights not working.
Just seems like the owner can’t be bothered getting it looking nice for people who use it.
