Napisałam 20 sms, dzwoniłam ponad 20 krotnie, pisałam informacje, że będę 2 dni po wyznaczonym terminie za który zapłaciłam, ale pokój ma czekać na mnie. Nikt nie odebrał telefonu, nikt nie odpisał na moje wiadomości. Pobrali pieniądze a nie mogłam nocować w tym hotelu. Okradli mnie. Odwołali mój pobyt, a pobrano opłatę za ten pobyt.

• Ahmed (7/5): Good, budgety, mostly friendly locals. - The place looked in fateh area in Istanbul. Considered budget option near multiple public transport stations as well the coffee, food around the area is priced well compared to touristy areas. It’s generally safe , Istanbul police are everywhere, stayed therefore a week, walking and mostly using public transportation to get where I want to be. The staff and the place is good. I was asked to buy extra for nicer room and the hotel claimed that I booked a bassment room. I think more transparency in the pricing and description would be great

• CHRISTOS (5/5): Φιλοξενούμενοι σαν σε σπίτι - Η τοποθεσία Το προσωπικό Ρετρό στυλ διακόσμηση Κοντά σε καταστήματα ενδιαφέροντος Σχετικά με το δωμάτιο δεν ανταποκρινόταν σε αυτό που κλίσαμε! Μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο υπόγειο χωρίς παράθυρα που μάλλον ήταν για το προσωπικό δίπλα στην ρεσεψιόν με σκοπό να μας ζητήσουν περισσότερα χρήματα για αναβάθμιση. Είχε πολύ φασαρία μεσημέρι μέχρι αργά το βράδυ διότι στο ισόγειο του ξενοδοχείου υπήρχε χαρτοπαικτική λέσχη που τραβάγανε συνεχώς τις καρέκλες και μαλώνανε. Η τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργούσε.
• Dayana (5/5): 7 дни - Момчето на рецепцията, което се държеше мило с нас, нищо друго. Когато резервирах стаята се водеше “стая с балкон”, нямаше такъв. Гледката беше към срутена стена, нищо общо с описанието. Когато поискахме чаршафи, възглавници и завивки, защото нямаше, те ни донесоха тоалетна хартия. Не сме се разбрали явно, добре. НО.. Наложи се ние да слезем, за да вземем каквото ни е необходимо, за да можем след този дълъг път да си легнем и да си починем. Бяхме 7 дни в хотела и нито един от дните не дойдоха, за да ни сменят чаршафите, кошчетата и дори да ни попитат просто дали имаме нужда от нещо. Ние изхвърляхме боклука, ние оправяхме всичко. Все пак отидохме с цел да спим само там, но поне можеше да има някаква организация за смяна на чаршафите и останалите неща, защото ние все пак спим на тях. Преди да напуснем хотела почистихме стаята, оправихме всичко и си тръгнахме. :)

• Mustafa (3/5): - Das Personal war relativ nett und gleich nebenan waren zwei kleine Katzenfamilien. Die Lage, wenn man vor Ort ist um den Hochzeitseinkauf zu erledigen war Top aber das wars dann auch mit dem positiven. Es war sehr dreckig und die Zimmer wurden nur auf nachfrage gereinigt. Wirklich sauber war es trotzdem nicht. Man hat in den Zimmern sehr schlechtes Wlan, es wird an Toilettenpapier und Handtüchern gegeizt und die Zimmer liegen alle so nah aneinander, dass man alles von den anderen hört.

• Mina (9/5): « Un hôtel plein de surprises… surtout pour trouver la réception!!" - L'hôtel est très bien situé avec toute commodité restaurant magasin il y a rien à dire L'hôtel par lui-même il y a beaucoup de vétusté au niveau de la salle de bain, les portes sales, les prises cassées non utilisable, prévoir double prise car qu'une dans la chambre ! !les draps usés ... la réception !aucune indication pour la situation ,car elle se trouve au sous-sol avec un petit escalier en tourbillon ! si je n'avais pas trouvé un client pour me diriger, j'étais perdu! Car jamais j'aurais douté il fallait descendre des escaliers pour y arriver!! En revanche, le personnel est très sympathique, et je n’ai rien à redire sur ce point.
• Bashar Sriwel (3/5): مخيب للآمال - أعجبني الموقع وفقط الموقع هو ما جعلني احجز هذا الفندق لأن ما حصل معي من قبل الموظفين أمر كارثي ويثير الجنون حجزت غرفة في هذا الفندق من 05ديسمبر وحتى 13 ديسمبر ويوم 05 اتيت عند ااساعة ال 18.00 تقريبا وعند الاستقبال كان الموظف كتلة من الغباء الورقة أمامه على طاولته وفيها معلوماتي وعندما قلت له اني حجزت غرفة اريد المفتاح استغرب واخذ هاتفي ورأى الحجز واتصل برئيسه واستهجن السعر لأنه بنظره قليل وفندفهم ليس حتى بنجمة واحدة ربما كان يظن أنه يعمل بفندق 5 نجوم وانا على هذا الحال انتظر لمدة نصف ساعة حتى تحدث معي رئيسه او زميله على الهاتف وقال سنعطيك غرفة وهءه الغرفة ليوم واحد مع نافذة ولكن ستسلمها لنا في اليوم التالي ريثما نجهز غرفتك طبعا تحدث معي وأنه يتكرم علي دون أي اعتذار عن خطأهم وعدم تجهيز غرفتي منذ البداية قلت حسنا المهم ان ارتاح من السفر وكانت هذه الغرفة المؤقتة لليلة واحدة وسخة ولم يغيرو اي شيء منذ خروج اخر شخص كان فيها لم استطع ان استحم لوجود مناشف متسخة للنزيل الذي كان قبلي حتى نوم لم انم بشكل جيد بسبب وجود الشراشف القديمة لمن كان قبلي امضيت الليلة منزعجا وفي اليوم التالي نزلت الى الاستقبال لاخذ مفتاح غرفتي الجديدة طبعا لم يعتذرو واخبرتهم بالكوارث في الغرفة المؤقتة وسلموني مفتاح غرفتي صعدت الى الغرفة فوجدتها ايضا كل الشراشف والمناشف مبعثرة على الارض نزلت لاخبرهم فقالو نعلم ذلك سنقوم بالترتيب حالا قلت سأذهب للغداء في احد المطاعم ثم سأعود ريثما تنتهون من تنظيف الغرفة عدت ولكنهم لم ينتهو بعد ثم ذهبت لاتمشى ساعة اخرى حتى انتهو من ترتيبها الموظفون عموما كانو في قمة الحقارة وخصوصا الموظف الذي يرتدي نظارة ملامحه شرق اسيوية ربما من اوزباكستان او لا اعلم الجنسية بالضبط ولكنه احقر موظف رأيته في حياتي وذلك الموظف التركي الغبي الذي استقبلني بالبداية من أغبى الموظفين على الإطلاق والصورة التي سأضعها في التقييم أقسم انها الصورة التي رأيت فيها الغرفة عندم سلموني مفاتيحها بكل استهتار أتمنى من ادارة التطبيق في booking ان لا تتعامل معهم نهائيا بعد اليوم بالنهاية: فندق رخيص السعر وبمنطقة ممتازة بالنسبة لي لأنه بجانب مطاعم سورية وشركات عطورات سورية ولكن من حيث المعاملة والنظافة والراحة هو الأسوأ على الإطلاق في كل البلدان التي زرتها وفيه أحقر موظفين في كل الفنادة والبيوت التي استأجرتها في حياتي عار عليكم

• Kristina (5/5): - Расположение неплохое, рядом есть кафе, магазины, дорога с автобусами. На ресепшене давали бесплатный кофе, и напротив есть рейтинговый ресторан, вечером в который всегда очередь. Номер очень маленький для трех человек, на телевизоре один канал, горячая вода была не всегда. Номер очень потрепанный, давно не делался ремонт. За эти деньги номер ужас, если бронировать заранее можно найти намного лучше номера за те же деньги. Приходилось подниматься пешком по очень не удобной лестнице на 3 этаж (из 4х)

Wir hatten das Doppel Bett Zimmer Economy, es war so klein wie ein Hühnerstall , es hatte kein Fenster kaum Platz zum bewegen geschweige den für 2 Koffer . Die Klimaanlage ist uralt funktioniert wie es will. 😱

For the entire 4 nights, not once did we have a room service come to change bedsheets or put new towels etc. The rooms definitely need an upgrade. Floor is damaged, sofas are stained and slightly damaged. The shower has a lot of black mould. The shower screen is loose. One of the sockets were loose from the wall. The mattress should also be changed as the springs can be felt. Also, a porter to help with luggage would be very very helpful.

• Abdullah (7/5): Good - The location is near Fatih Cami which has a great Islamic environment. The hotel is just off the main road so no issue with public transport (buses). There is a long walk for trams The building is old so doesn’t have lifts. Elderly people with struggle with stairs.

Will not advise for elderly or those who can not carry suitcase upstairs. The staircase looks dangerous

The room was warm and cozy Restaurants, shops and ATM nearby 20min from the airport 5min to Grand Bazaar Tv didn’t work unfortunately The entrance a bit confusing I was going to take BBL in Istanbul, but didn’t need to with those stairs haha All in all a good place

• Nasrelden (2/5): Very poor - No thing A double room was booked, we were surprised that the room had no ventilation outlet including the bathroom, meaning that the room was like a solitary confinement room, when my son complained they forced him to pay an additional amount of approximately 25% to change the room, the payment was made and when he moved to the alternative room we drowned all night and the bed was flooded as a result of rainwater falling inside the room as room was on the last floor, after suffering my son was transferred to another room in the next evening without an apology or compensating for his suffering and damage. Bad hotel and worse dealing however anyone should not book any rooms in this hotel through Booking. Com website because it requires inspecting the room and the appropriate price before booking and payment, unfortunately the website was unable to solve the problem with the hotel. Only the website reward me with little amount for my next booking.

• Dorota (2/5): Very poor - Staff For two days there was no electricity so, because the room did not have a window, I was sitting in a darkness, could not charge my phone. Also there was no warm water for 2 days. I was told that it was because some general issues on the street, but other buildings had electricity. The shower was broken and I had ants, when I told them about this, they said they don't speak English.
