• Tudoroiu (10/5): - Tutto ok. La camera era molto pulita, ci hanno persino fatto le pulizie e cambiato gli asciugamani durante i 4 giorni. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza in città. Check-in e check-out molto facili. Arturo è stato molto gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi domanda. Molto vicino ai mezzi di trasporto. La colazione servita al bar al piano terra era ok - tipica italiana: caffè e pasticcini. Al piano terra dell'edificio c'è un supermercato con tutto. • Federica (10/5): Piacevolissima esperienza - Camera nuova e molto pulita con una bella veranda e un bel bagno. Il proprietario disponibilissimo,self check-in davvero veloce. Colazione con voucher al bar proprio sotto la struttura con dei buonissimi cornetti e grande varietà di dolci. Non abbiamo trovato difetti o cose negative

• Oliver (10/5): - Izba mala všetko potrebné vybavenie a bola skutočne čistá. Raňajky sa podávali v reštaurácii, ktorá je súčastou bytovej budovy. Raňajky boli veľmi dobré a chutné. Oceňujem servis a ochotu hostiteľa, ktorý bol vždy k dispozícii a ústretovo nám so všetkým pomohol. Určite odporúčam toto ubytovanie :)

• Dejan (10/5): Eine tolle modernen Unterkunft in toller Lage - Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und funktional. Das Zimmer ist ein Zimmer von zweien in einer Unterteilten Wohnung mit jeweils eigenen Bädern und Terrasse. Die Küche ist eine gemeinsame was aber kein Problem ist. Die Lage ist günstig da der Bus zur Metro direkt vor der Tür hält. Außerdem ganz geschickt ist, das in diesem modernen Gebäude auch ein Supermarkt und Gastro drin sind. Der Host ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles ok.

Благодаря некорректному описанию пришлось заплатить на 20 евро в день больше , чем было заявлено: парковки здесь НЕТ! Сейчас уже описание скорректировано, но сюрприз был не очень приятный. На имеющейся поблизости парковке вместе с указанной суммой надо еще и ключи от машины оставить. Заявленный завтрак - на любителя: кофе с круассаном.

• Cristina (10/5): Muy buena experiencia. - El desayuno está incluido en el precio y es bastante bueno. La limpieza y la habitación, junto con la terraza y el baño, están muy bien. El dueño siempre se preocupaba por cómo nos estaba yendo la estancia. En general, muy buena experiencia. Está un poco lejos del centro, pero tiene muy buena combinación de autobuses o metro.

Supermarket is downstairs. There is also a cafe where you can have breakfast with a croissant and coffee (the host provides a freebie). Several pizzerias and other shops and a supermarket are within walking distance. A bit far, but the transport interchange is also nearby. Definitely recommend Since the temperature outside was 34-35, it was not very comfortable on the balcony. The room for three is still a bit small.

• Wazzup (10/5): Great place to stay ir Rome - 5 minutes by bus from the main train station, to the center of Rome - around 20-30 minutes by bus (bus stop right outside). Apartment clean, has everything You would need. Host extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is in the cafe downstairs, great pastry and food in general. Ended up eating dinner two evenings in a row. Overall, great place Nothing
• Festimi (10/5): Comfortable, cozy apartment with an amazing host - highly recommended - We had a wonderful stay at Dina Suites! The apartment was exceptionally clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed – from a comfortable bed and fresh linens to a small fridge and a lovely balcony. The shared kitchen was also a nice bonus, with a coffee maker and complimentary coffee. The breakfast was a nice way to start the day – a croissant and coffee at a nearby bar, just enough to get going before exploring the city. The location is a bit outside the center, but it’s well connected by bus and Metro line B from Tiburtina Station, so getting around was easy and convenient. What truly made the experience special was our host, Mr. Arturo. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. His hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home. Thank you for the warm welcome and support during our stay – we’ll gladly recommend Dina Suites to anyone visiting Rome and hope to return ourselves one day!
