• Rebekah (8/5): Lovely week with the family but definitely on the quieter side of Tenerife - Gorgeous views from the property and an amazing balcony with stunning views ! The property grounds were really well maintained and safe. Well equipped kitchen with everything you’d need and comfortable beds. A bit of a walk into Costa adeje across the motorway but a nice stroll, and east to get a taxi home. A very responsive host! The pool wasn’t really warm enough to swim in and the baby pool was freezing in April. The cot supplied for the baby had a very hard thin mattress so we had to stuff it with blankets. Definitely not suitable for a baby to sleep in unfortunately. I would recommend getting a proper mattress.
• Stephen (10/5): - Excellent, well equipped modern apartment in a quiet location. The beds were very comfortable and the large balcony was lovely. The pool area is spotless with sunbeds and parasols. Whilst slightly out of town it was only a 15-20 minute downhill walk to the seafront. Taxis were plentiful and cheap for the return trip. We also had a car and the underground car park was an extra bonus, keeping the vehicle secure and out of the sun. Nothing

• Zuzana (10/5): Plne odporucame - Príjemná pokojná lokalita s novostavbami, komunikácia s majiteľom bola Jasna a rýchla, pri príchode nás čakal pán s klucami a vysvetlil všetko potrebné. Ubytovanie plne zodpovedá fotkám, pomer cena vs kvalita je v absolútnom súlade. Vhodne pre rodiny s menšími aj väčšími deťmi.

• Jenna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very well equipped, beautiful modern and very clean. The balcony was very big and nice to have the sun loungers to relax. The complex was lovely and quiet and in a very nice quiet area. The walk down to the beach was very easy about 15 minutes but we like to be away from the busy part. Robert was a fantastic host and was there to help if we needed anything although we didn’t need anything at all everything was so good. I especially liked the well equipped utility room as I like to do my own laundry etc. loved the fact that it had a hoover I could use. Anyway we will be back to stay again soon. Thank you for having us!
• Colin (8/5): Really nice apartment, balcony and pool. - Great apartment with everything needed and decent size balcony. Plenty of room at the pool too. A fair walk from centre and beaches.
• Helen (10/5): We had a very comfortable stay& would rent this property again! - We were a family of3 adults plus an active toddler. We found this to be a super property- it has a very safe spacious balcony with all day sun. At night it was pretty quiet& a beautiful space to have a drink under the stars. The apartment itself is quite new, well equipped& very clean. The beds were reasonably comfortable.The gardens are lovely. The underground parking was fantastic as was the elevator, for ease of carrying up groceries or for small kids& buggies. The pool was heated& there were plenty of sunbeds in January. There was really nothing to dislike. If you wanted to be picky, there’s not a lot within ‘short’ walking distance. A car is useful, but not necessary…. Most of the restaurants/ beaches are a 15 min walk( & be aware it’s all uphill on the way back🤭 BUT taxis are plentiful& cheap!
• Janet (8/5): A lovely unit, fairly well located,indoor parking, some cooking facility problems - Roberet wass very responsive. The unit was very clean and attractive. The patio and pool were excellent. Very quiet, parking very convenient. Bottle of cava was nice. Close to several nice restaurants and mall. Lack of a microwave. A Booklet telling about various things like how to work the cooktop, the TV, the cooffee maker etc. Basically the main problem was with the kitchen facilities. The stove cooktop finally worked after neighbor guests came and helped us. However, even they couldn't get it to work immediately. I am not sure what the gentleman did but he got it workiing. The coffeemake was one of those thinfs that a booklet of "how To" would have helped. I don't think a booklet would have solved the cooktop issue. The towels were both thin and scratchy. There weren't enough personal towels, no pot holders of dish towels. One bath towel and one hand towel (per person), no beach towels were provided.

• Tamás (10/5): The best ever! - The apartment is fully equipped. It is like on the pictures, the pool is super, the great terrace has an ocean view. It was quiet. The accommodation has two full bathroom!!! It was the best ever. The building has a lift and a garage. It was perfect. The dishwasher smelled a bit, but it smells at home as well sometimes, it is not avoidable.

• Bogdan (10/5): Excellent - All was perfect. Nice apartment far from noise but close enough by foot or by car to Duque, Fañabe beaches and more. Has expresso machine, and fully equipped kitchen and a generous terrace/balcony. You can eat out, eat in or both. Some shops near by, some Lidl in short driving distance. It is very close to Siam park and other activities without actually being in the busy south side, where you can go with a short ride by car, walk and take the bus back since the bus stop is right at the hotel (Miraverde). For us it served us well to explore the island, without being right in the tourist area and dealing with all the noise and busy trafic. Own secure underground parking also a plus. Interior design, bathroom and so on it’s all on the mid-premium side, it’s nice that you get what you pay for, but I listed what really mattered to us above. Pool, yes, there’s a pool for the cloudy days. Belongs to the complex. We used it once and was alright, we’re more beach goers than laying back at the pool. Duque beach is actually better than busy and windy Teresitas which is any way quite far. In the end a few nearby attractions which we enjoyed: Siam park (adrenaline worth it, take sunscreen), jungle park, boat ride from Los Gigantes, Teide hike (worth going up only and climbing down on foot, as cable car is limited to 1h stay, but take plenty of water, cap and sun glasses). Robert is a very kind a nice host, our flight had a slight delay we communicated and he was there to hand us the keys. Thank you for a perfect stay! Nothing to mention. Perfect south side location.

• Liana (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning view, very spacious and clean. The heated pool was very nice and kids loved it. The terrace is one of the most beautiful part of the apartment. The beach is not very close, but is quite a nice walk and Duke is one of the most beautiful beach from my point of view. If I was to recommend something, the only suggestion would be to replace the bed sheets with white sheets for a complete luxurious experience.

Thank you Robert! - Beautiful new, contemporary accommodation, all mod cons, good WiFi, huge modern covered terrace with sun-loungers & table & chairs, all new, very clean and quiet. Warm pools (kids & adult) with plenty of sun-loungers. Robert great host, fixed a small problem immediately. Small Canarian restaurant 2 mins walk. 10 mins walk to large supermarket. Great market on Thurs & Sat mornings at Costa Adeje (20 mins walk) selling clothes, jewellery, bags etc. 25-30 mins walk downhill to Duque beach, bars & restaurants (40 mins back!)

• Manjit (10/5): Modern clean apartment - The apartment was spotless, huge and had all the essentials you would require. I would 100% recommend this apartment. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the main beach and strip. The check in and check our process was seamless the host was very helpful and always at hand. Our flight was cancelled and the host promptly helped us in arranging a further night stay. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. The modern look and feel to the property is a bonus! There was no issues we absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay.

Robert was a great host, very helpful.The best host I've ever had by now👌....We will definitely come back again. P.S.: I already miss having the beautiful view from the terrace every evening 😊

• Neil (10/5): Outstanding apartment in Costa Adeje. - Outstanding apartment in Costa Adeje. Quiet area with stunning pool which we largely had to ourselves daily. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly by our host Robert who we can't thank enough. We'd recommend if you want to get away from it all and enjoy a luxury paradise. Some people may not like the walking distances to the main areas but it was fine for us. We enjoy walking and actually gave us a bit of exercise after sitting by the pool all day.
