Important Information
The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access.
The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out.
Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready.

Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.
In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance.
A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights. For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing.

- Caroline (2/5): Disappointing holiday home - The apartment itself is bright and reasonably well laid out, with a good number of electrical sockets which is practical. In principle, if everything were fully functional and it were honestly marketed as a one-bedroom apartment, it could be a comfortable place to stay. The property is significantly misrepresented. It is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment but is a one-bedroom with an impractical glass-partitioned living space ( we could not actually move) and an uncomfortable sofa bed that is not suitable as a proper bedroom—there are no bedside tables or lamps, and basic usability is lacking. The building itself is extremely run-down, with a neglected, almost derelict feel. The entrance, corridors, and stairwells are in poor condition, and the very small lift felt unsafe, leaving no practical option but to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. The presence of homeless individuals directly outside made returning to the property uncomfortable, and after dark the environment felt genuinely unsafe. There were also multiple maintenance issues, including a broken wardrobe, no batteries in the air conditioning remote, and no insect screens on windows. Parking is misleadingly described and very difficult to access, and key collection is inconvenient and poorly located.

- Kristijan (7/5): - Location 10/10 In the property description, it states that there is private parking. There is not. These are public garages, and it is the tourist’s responsibility to find parking.
The agency representative was unable to inform us that there is a parking option for €27 per day literally 50 meters from the apartment, and instead directed us to one that is a 20-minute walk away.
Furthermore, the apartment does not have two bedrooms, but only one. The second “room” is actually just a single bed in the living room, separated by a glass partition.
Therefore, the maximum capacity is 3 people.
- MASAO (6/5): good for eaters and drinkers, but not good for families with small kids. - Room is clean. Very convenient location. In the centre of busy area. A lot of restaurants and sightseeing spots around this apartment. Not far from beach. Recommend for a couple who loves eating and drinking until mid-night. Pre-check in on online was convenient. Easy to open the door and pick up keys. check out is 1200. Not recommend for family with small kids. Noisy in the night. The room I stayed is facing busy streets on the second floor. A lot of restaurants on the streets are open till 02:00 and a lot of conversation and noise from the streets. My family could not sleep……. The room I stayed was not the same as the pictures I saw…..It took for a while to find the apartment…Uber and private cars are not allowed to come to close to apartment. The street is only for pedestrian. My family was lucky because we did not have many luggage and could walk to apartment from Uber drop off point. Very few dishes. No salt, no pepper, no olive oil. Very low hot water pressure…

The apartment had everything we needed (kitchen equipment, washing machine, umbrella for the beach,…). The communication with the host was very good.

Os travesseiros que solicitei desde a reserva não estavam no apartamento, precisei pedir novamente e vieram no dia seguinte. Encontrei duas baratas vivas no apartamento. O sinal de internet é péssimo. Só há um repetidor de sinal que pega o sinal do router que fica em outro apartamento da mesma empresa.

Ne tévesszen meg senkit a lépcsőház komorsága és enyhe lepukkantsága! A lakás világos, modern, tiszta, klímás, mosó és mosogatógéppel felszerelt.
Parkolási lehetőség kb 5 perc sétányira van. A környéken semennyire nem lehet az utcán parkolni - állandóan tele van!
Bejutás linkkel - elektronikusan. Volt vele egy kis fennforgásunk, de a személyzet viszonylag gyorsan (mindennel együtt kb 20 perc) megoldotta.

- Jansen (9/5): Fantastisch! - Ik kan het appartement echt aanraden voor iedereen! het was nog beter dan we al verwacht hadden. als eerst is de locatie perfect, je zit net op het randje van het centrum. wat betekent dat je uit de drukte bent, maar alsnog alles in de buurt zit. de service is onwijs goed! heel vriendelijk personeel en duidelijk instructies. eenmaal binnengekomen in het appartement vielen onze mond open. het was ruim, schoon, mooi en fijn. perfecte ruimte als je met 4 personen reist. ook de airco was heel prettig en zachte bedden. schone badkamer en een uitgeruste keuken. net alsof je thuis bent. heel erg bedankt! wij hebben het onwijs naar ons zin gehad. ☺️☺️

Everything was clean, apartment is in good condition. The second bathroom is absolutely open with the bedroom - no door, you can see the toilet from the bed.

The girl was very helpful and friendly and assured us that the electronic key would be easy, even though we had never used one before. We had difficulty with the heating system. They did send someone over to fix it. Also the elevator was out of operation for one day.

- Arub (1/5): Horrible - STAY AWAY - the furniture etc is fine. there is no coffee machine and some things in the description are a lie. the people hosting the property are terrible. first, they do not take responsibility for anything. on arrival at the property, nothing was working. we had to contact the customer support and they told us to locate the switch box and turn everything off. so we did and then switched it on again. why wasn't this dealt with prior to our arrival? we let it slide. then during my shower the water turned cold suddenly. we waited for an hour - no hot water. we contacted customer service and she kept making excuses and said the hot water switches off at a certain time then she said oh it will come back on - turn off the switch box and turn it on again. no hot water came back and i had to use the kettle with a sauce pan - in a hotel I paid for! I contacted them via whatsapp and let them know. They pushed a technician on us. They wanted the technician to come when we are not there but I didn't feel okay with that and wanted to be there incase something else happened. Their track record not being great and all. The technician comes and there is a language barrier. I explain the water is hot during the day and cold at night - he lets me know everything is working and nothing is wrong. I explain again via whatsapp to customer service who tell me its the amount of people showering and the length of showers. I explain it was 2 people who showered and they were 10 minute or less showers. They did not explain anything properly. We let it slide again. The next night when the second person is showering (we now have anxiety showering and the hot water to go off) the water goes off mid-shower AGAIN. We rushed our showers and did everything they said. No hot water for the rest of the night and we have to use our saucepans. Their sink also clogs up easily. It feels the room wasn't ready for us and no one had a look through it prior to our arrival.

Be aware of the real room location, you can find it in their photos. - Plaza Victoria Apartment - quite location, not crowded with tourists. 8 min away from the Plaza de la Merced. 30 min from the beach. 15 min from key the distribution point. Close to the 8-23h supermarket (be aware they do not sell alcohol after 22).
The rooms were clean, pleasant interior. No coffee machine (despite what is stated in the description (All units come with ... coffee machine) ). There is a moka pot but its not a coffee machine.
Pillows are very wide and quite firm (its personal but for me and my partner the pillows were uncomfortable).
No hand soap (shower gel and shampoo are present).
No active air ventilation in bathrooms (only passive by opening the window).
The privacy of the showers is a big question, look at the photos. One shower is fully observable from the one of the rooms (yes there is a roller shutter in the room but its controlled by the person in the room :) ). The other shower is partially observable from the same room, it is also observable from the couple of windows at the other side of the building. Also you can see one shower from another. (if you feel like, you can chat with the other person during showering if you open the windows :D maybe that is a benefit?).
The hole in the shower gets clogged very quickly and there is no way to clean it. I had to wait a long time while taking a shower for the water to drain so as not to flood the entire bathroom.

Windows in the rooms are sliding to the sides and there is a gap between two windows that is still present event when the windows are closed. Not a big problem since the location is quiet, but when locals are noisy you can hear it perfectly (e.g. it can wake you up in the Saturday morning)
The amount of hot water from the boiler may not be enough for more than two people (Two showering people managed to use it all).

- Carolyn (10/5): Fantastic apartment with beautiful terrace overlooking historical centre. - Location was fabulous. So close to a variety of tapas bars on a beautiful clean pedestrianised square . Supermarket was literally round the corner and very well stocked. All sights within a 15 min walk of the apartment .The view from the terrace was stunning ,especially at night , and we were not aware of any street noise. Both bedrooms had blackout blinds and comfortable beds and fluffy towels.We would definitelystay here again if visiting Malaga. A key safe would have been easier rather than to collect from office and then 12 min walk with heavy bags through busy streets to apartment. The door into the apartment and patio doors too terrace need some attention- very stiff.

- Maivi (3/5): Kommer aldrig att lämna ett boende utan att hyresvärden kommer och tar emot nycklarna och kollar att allt är ok. - Centralt this accommodation was a disaster as at first we were not given a ride by the taxi to the apartment (this taxi was booked through the landlord) so we had to find the apartment on our own and it took a long time. Then they claimed that we broke a lamp that we didn't do and deducted SEK 1000 from the deposit fee! we never met the people who rented out the apartment and we think that is very strange. So BEWARE of these landlords! We never got a thank you even for leaving many coffee capsules for their coffee machine. No, how you feel cheated.

We really disliked the building which the apartment occupies but location is walking distance from Malaga highlights. Booking.com entry lists address as Plaza de la Merced only later correspondence from agents identified address as 8 Calle Victoria. Whilst near the Plaza it is NOT on the Plaza, Calle Victoria is a busy shabby street.
Images on Booking.com in no way reflected apartment was situated in such a run down building, front door is squeezed between two junk shops. Lobby, stairs and lift are shabby. Access was via online link - this was very complicated to initiate, relied on data roaming and did not work consistently. After 4 hours agents agreed to provide a real key but by that time we had battled with online option. The agents did not appear to appreciate how very, very stressful this was - an awful start to our brief visit.
In a different context the apartment's bare concrete beams could be considered chic but in a tired building surrounded by a demolition site just added to the feeling of being in a property in need of attention. The apartment was not a relaxing environment. Basins in bedroom were both chipped. Building is a mix of holiday and residential, some of the latter is at the tatty end of the scale with domestic washing hanging from neighbouring balconies together with the obligatory rusting bicycle.

- Alireza (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect - right in the heart of Malaga. The cleanliness was excellent. The apartment were well equipped and the online door keys were a convenient touch. The wifi was also fast and reliable. Unfortunately, we had a few issues during our stay. Firstly, the sofabed provided was extremely uncomfortable and there were no sheets, pillows or blankets provided for the fifth person who had to sleep on it.
Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating and time consuming - we were required to fill out online forms and provide personal information.

Communication was so annoying. They were continuously writing me asking what time we are arriving (they were informed) and in the same time no answer in my question how we can get the keys. It become nessesery together with our luggage to find their office in order to take the keys. Bad b

- Gyebrovszki (9/5): Excellent, relaxing one week week stay in beautiful Malaga! - We were very satisfied with our stay. Caleta Homes are super friendly and helpful management. The flat was excellent for our purpose, close to shopping and walking streets, lots of local tapas bars and restaurant. We really enjoyed the balcony, we could even use the sunbeds in January and have lunch there! Beautiful evening views with the lit cathedral! Beds are comfy, towels and bedlinen are super quality. Kitchen has everything to make breakfast or dinner, if you want to skip the restaurant on certain evenings. We would definitely come back again! Weekend party noise might be heard from the streets, but it is everywhere in the center and has nothing to do with the apartment. Maybe the windows could be changed to a more isolated ones.
