• Russell (10/5): Perfect appartment in a perfect location - Definitely will stay here again as it’s extremely well equipped, very comfortable and in the best location. Only one level up, close to restaurants & just across the river from the DFO complex & fabulous views & restaurants & parks. The car parking was secure, & close to the room and easy to find. Easy to take our little dog around the corner to a grassed area & for cafes. Our host was wonderful supplying us with an amazing charcuterie board & wine for a minor delay in our check in time. Also taking us to the nearby Wharf Hotel with complimentary drinks after showing us the pool, sauna & library areas while we waited after carrying our luggage in for us. True customer service like this is rare these days and was really appreciated. Will stay more than two nights next time!!! All wonderful
• Peng (1/5): Be aware that your reservation could be cancelled forcely due to their system fault - Be aware that your reservation could be cancelled forcely due to their reason. I made my reservation 7 month ago for F1 weekend in Melbourne. But the reservation has been cancelled a month early due to "system integration issue of double booking". I had to find another accommodation which doubled the cost but no one cover the difference , either booking.com nor the host.
• Baker (8/5): - Location was amazing! Easy walk to trams, restaurants and attractions No air-conditioning or ceiling fans was a disappointment.
• Lisa (6/5): A great location and super comfy apartment if the temperature is good. - Super comfy couch and beds and a fantastic location. Who doesn’t have air conditioning in 2026?? It was very hot in the apartment. Cleaner was cleaning when we arrived and we weren’t told, despite notifying of arrival time. Had to call the owner multiple times to find out why there was no key and sit outside for an extra half hour.

• Babs (10/5): Location, Location, Location - Location to NYE event, DFO in walking distance, as is Crown Casino and Melbourne Convention Centre. Lovely view across the Yarra River. Ease of parking and transaction was smooth That we had to leave

• Kim (4/5): Convenient location - Proximity to Melbourne Convention Centre. No key in the lock box. We were told a key would be delivered in ten minutes. Waited out on the street for an hour for another key to be delivered. This was after driving 7 hours to get to the property. We ended up running late for a work function. We were promised a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, but this was an empty promise. Also, the hand basin had hair in the plug hole and long black hair on a towel. None of us have long black hair.
