• Kelsey (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay! Super clean and spacious room! Air conditioning worked great as well. Great communication with our host and he also gave us some great recommendations. Location is very close to the train station, about a 10 min walk. Little bit of a further walk from some of the sites in Naples but the metro is so close that it wasn't an issue for us. Definitely recommend for a stay in Naples :)

La ubicación es muy conveniente, lo que facilita moverse por la zona y disfrutar de los alrededores. Destacamos especialmente la atención del anfitrión, siempre disponible y amable, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más agradable. • Alireza (6/5): - very clean enough space Very noisy and disappointing from acoustic point of view, bed not comfortable, Every single noise from outside enters the room. For instance neighbors park their motorcycles in their own parking but you the noise as if they would park in your room! It gets worse when a neighbour with motorcycle come back home late at night!

• KARIMA (4/5): mauvaise expérience - la « proximité de la gare »à 10 min à pied et calme la nuit uniquement car la chambre étant dans une rue ou il y a que des garages la journée entière on entends le bruit des moteurs de voitures et motos. alors la liste est longue tout d’abord je n’ai pas vu le propriétaire j’ai été accueilli par la femme de ménage très gentille, dans la chambre bleue il était précise 2 grands lits doubles mais il y avait un grand lit et un vieux clic clac qui bougeait tout seul,il y avait le strict minimum, un mini frigo qui ne refroidissait pas avec des boissons payantes avec le prix qu’on a payer on a même pas eu le droit a une bouteille d’eau, pas de dosettes de the ni cafe, ni de set de mini sel ou poivre la poêle et casserole sont vieilles et colle tout est fait en sorte pour vous dissuader de cuisiner ne serait qu’une omelette, pas une boite de mouchoirs rien, la chambre était oppressante 2 fenêtres hautes on ne voit pas la lumière du jour, pas de double rideau la nuit le lampadaire extérieur nous tapait dans les yeux, il y avait une odeur d’humidité pas étonnant vu que le soleil ne tapait jamais dans la chambre, et pour le retour aucune consigne pour remettre les clefs seulement un message du propriétaire la vieille pour me demander à quel heure je quittais la chambre et comment j’allais payer la taxe!!! et le lendemain personne pour récupérer les clefs j’ai fini par les poser sur la table et claquer la porte et pour couronner le tout avant de partir j’aperçois un gros cafard!!!! clairement il vaut mieux prendre un hotel pour ce prix !!!! mauvaise expérience pour ma part

• Monika (10/5): Beautiful room in Naples - The room is very spacious with a small fridge and a kitchen with a microwave. The location is good, especially because is not on the main road and it is quiet during the night. The bed was comfortable. The owner was asking frequently if everything is good and if need something during our stay and I liked that. I would recommend staying here.

• Rodrigo (7/5): Good enough - The rooms were spacious and was not far away from the center. We could walk there. Had breakfast included, although quite restrictive. Can’t understand how other people haven’t complained about the noise. We could hear everything outside and there were people making noise at 1am and 2am. The rooms are not as fancy like they seem on the photos, there’s light coming into the room that is impossible to cover, and we had some small issues that needed to be sorted. The owner was fast to solve them, but should have been checked before we arrived.

• Feng (10/5): Great experience. Super host. - My family stayed in Suite Sant'Anna for 4 nights in early Dec, 2023. Suite Sant'Anna is on the residential side of the Napoli Central Station area. It's about 12 minute walk to the Station. The room is very clean. The host Alfonso is a very nice person. We arrived very late, past 11pm. I made the mistake of not arranging ahead of time with the host, only contacting him when arrived. But we were able to be let into the room within less than 10 minutes waiting time at the door. Throughout our stay, the host texted me from time to time to ask if we need anything or any help. We were good. It was so kind of him offering to his guests. Breakfast is included too. Great pastry and coffee in a nearby coffee shop. If we visit Napoli again, we will definitely stay here. Peace of mind. Nothing.

• Matias (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, comfortable, and the owner availble tp our demands and concerns. Very reliable! The location was not the best but it could be worse. As long as you are aware of your surroundings, it should be fine.
• Antonia (9/5): A good place to stay in Naples. - We stayed for 3 nights in Anna Suite. The room was clean, the suite looks very modern and nice. The self check in is easy to use and make things easier. For breakfast you have a coffee and one pastery product per person. If you choose to rent a scooter, you will have a better place to park it than in other places, not on the street. The location is good, it is near the Central Station. The neibourhood is quite safe, but specifically for Naples, not very clean and the streets are quite bumpy. -

• Bullo (10/5): Lovely - I loved how beautifully furnished, tidy and clean the suite was. Brend new forniture, mattress, bed linens, everything is new. We had a little issue with the door lock and the host made the impossible to fix it with his lovely family and people from the neighborhood. They got us chairs and coffee while we waited for the door to be opened, Neapolitan people are literally something else. ♥️ People in the neighborhood were super kind and it's always fascinating to see places you would not have seen if you stayed only in the city centre. True Napoli experience here :) We felt super safe with the neighborhood and the neighbors, but we didn't feel safe around the closest subway which is 7 min away, sketchy people and lots of trash. Obviously this doesn't have anything to do with the property, it's just me suggesting to take a taxi if you're not used to this kind of stations, also cause it's pretty cheap and taxi drivers are always the kindest in Napoli!
