• Rosine (9/5): Très bon séjour avec confort et tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances - Tout était bien pour l appartement même si c est bien pour 2 personnes pas plus mais suffisant Rien, concernant l appartement, tous était ok, juste dans l immeuble un locataire écoute la télé a fond toute la nuit juste au matin soit au dessus soit dessous.mais pas la faute des propriétaires de l appartement.

• Dolores (10/5): Excelente - Perfecto! La ubicacion para la playa esta a 3 minutos a pie ,y caminando se puede ir alos restaurants y lo que nececites . El entorno muy tranquilo . NIETS!
• Agnes (9/5): Super verblijf - Mooi appartement die ook nog eens erg schoon is. Goed bed, prachtige badkamer, complete keuken. Ligt op een geweldig mooie lokatie. Ook het contact met de host was goed! Mooie tips over restaurants etc werden gedeeld via de app.Stond ook nog een mooie fles wijn voor ons klaar. Niets!
• ana (8/5): Agradable - La ubicación,la tranquilidad de la zona, la amabilidad del dueño y lo limpio que estaba el apartamento. También es un acierto el parking del apartamento, facilita mucho aparcar justo en la urbanización, y la piscina,que la tuvimos prácticamente para nosotros. La cama de matrimonio está justo a un ventanal que da la calle. Si no quieres estar a oscuras y subes los estores, te ven desde la calle y edificios cercanos.

• Raúl Molina Portela (7/5): - El resto muy bien, la ubicación, las indicaciones para llegar y aparcar, el apartamento bonito y limpio y con todo lo necesario. Muy recomendable para 2 adultos y 1 o 2 niños No es un apartamento para 4 adultos, el sofá cama es muy justo para 2 adultos. Únicamente un juego de llaves para el portal. Y el calor que desprende la maquina de aire acondicionado en la terraza

• Jennifer (8/5): Recomendable - La urbanización estaba genial, con piscina abierta de 10:00 a 21:00, muy cerca de la playa. El apartamento estaba limpio y en la última planta hay tendederos por si los necesitas Pone que tiene dos habitaciones, solo tiene una, y una cama de matrimonio en el salón
• Elena (1/5): Nos han destrozado las vacaciones. - La piscina Ninguna coincidencia con la descripción. NO TIENE DOS DORMITORIOS solamente tiene uno muy pequeño y con cama nido. La habitación principal contenía una mini cocina mal equipada, un sofá, una cama pequeña plegable y otra doble abatible. Todo bien juntito y sin apenas espacio para moverse. Tampoco había sitio para guardar la ropa ni los enseres. El dueño ha puesto una cerradura inteligente que abre la puerta con una app en el móvil y que una de las noches nos dejó en la calle 1 hora sin poder entrar hasta que vino a abrirnos el portero. Para rematar, el tendedero está en la azotea porque no tiene terraza. Una pesadilla de vacaciones.

• Belén (8/5): Vacaciones en Benicasim - La cercanía al mar, super tranquilo y donde poder elegir arena o piedra. El horario de descanso de la piscina creo que de 15:00 a 17:00 dos horas...se debería dejar solo una hora por qué es cuando mejor se está en la piscina ya que es una zona donde corre brisa y no puedes bañarte mucho más tarde.

• Brendan (9/5): Very pleasant alternative to staying in a hotel for a multi-week work stay. - The host was very helpful with local information. Also let us check in early and check out late, and fixed an issue with the air conditioning unit. We travelled in October, weather was good, place was quiet.

• Th (8/5): Lovely stay at a cute apartment - The location was amazing!Fab community pool downstairs and right next to the beach. Conveniently close to restaurants and nightlife. 30m walking distance to FIB venue. The communication with the owner was good. Prior to arrival he helped arrange a date change that was not easy with Booking. Also helpful with the mobile door entry issues. Pretty much everything you need is available in the apartment. We had issues with the mobile entry app so I think 2 sets of keys should have been available. The apartment gets direct sun and there are no external 'persianas' blinds so as of 6/7 am a lot of light gets into the main room, so no late sleeping 😴 From the photos, we thought we had 2 bedrooms and a living/dining/kitchen area. The apt is 1 big room plus 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds. The double bed is fine, but not the most comfortable. A clothes drying rack in the apt would be great. The views from the 10th floor are amazing but to dry towels and swimwear easily, it would be great to have an option indoors.
• Jason (9/5): Boothybreak23 - A great place to stay for cycling and walking, miles of beach and coastline to explore. Or, just relaxing on the beach. Mountain walks and cycle trails with stunning views. Bus stop outside apartments. Train station near by for excursions to Peniscola, Benicàssim and Vinaròs or South to Sagunt and València. Originally booked for 2 weeks but stayed another week as it was available. Great, tidy apartment. Loved it! A small leak on to the worktop you have to keep mopping up when the kitchen tap is running. I would have liked an oven but there is a microwave and a 2 ring hob which is more than good enough for an imaginative and proficient cook. But maybe I'm being a bit fussy. Just honest opinion.
