• Laura (10/5): Estupenda estancia - La comodidad del apartamento en general y muy tranquilo el edificio. Muy bien la terracita y tiene lo necesario para la estancia. Sin duda volveremos. Falta una cortina en la cocina para un poco más de privacidad en el salón.

• Pedro II (5/5): Se puede mejorar la atención. - No incluía desayuno, la ubicación, buena. El ingreso fue complicado, pudimos ingresar por alguién que nos permitió ingresar al edificio. No indican bien el modo de ingreso en el portero, como si lo hicieron los lugares alquilados en Valladolid y Cadíz, enviaron filmación. Otro gran problema fue la calefacción, la estufa eléctrica hacía cortar el disyuntor y con eso cortaba el router. La persona encargada nos decía que era imposible, al otro día nos llevaron una estufa. Otra situación, al alquilar por este medio dice...alguien los va a esperar... NADIE fue y llegamos al lugar en el horario indicado por nosotros con anterioridad. La atención de la anfitriona.

• Hyunil (4/5): Disappointing Compared to Expectations - The location was convenient and close to the old town attractions The lack of a built-in heating system made the stay uncomfortable during winter, and this was not clearly communicated in advance. Although we were later informed that a portable radiator was available, it was in poor condition, with oil leaking during use, making it difficult to use continuously. On Friday evening, a large party took place just outside the accommodation, resulting in a lot of noise until midnight. Parking underneath the building was convenient, but the space was very narrow and required careful driving. In addition, the parking fee of €20 per night felt quite expensive. Overall, customer service via WhatsApp was disappointing.

The host also charged me 25 euros for parking, shamelessly ignoring the important issue the apartment had. No one should ever stay at this property. The host told me they would fix the water in a couple of days. How is this my problem? No water, and the internet was really slow. Horrible, horrible experience. Do not go there

Location is perfect in a very pretty street There were some things missing like a coffeemachine or bags of tea would be nice. There were no sheets for the sofa-bed, the twin bed was to small for mother and daughter

Would be nice if some basics were provided such as coffee and water. Other reviews comment on small bed and no door in bedroom. As I was alone this was not an issue but maybe something to consider.

• Oliver (7/5): Great apartment just slight issues with power and balcony. - really good location, clean and tidy, good facilities. Spacious for a 1 bed holiday apartment. Power tripped 6 times in 3 days. Nobody was available to come and look at it as the maintenance man wasn’t around said the host. Nowhere mentions that the balcony is internal with a very intrusive view of next door and downstairs etc. We booked it due to the balcony but didn’t use it once. Ceiling in bathroom is peeling apart and coming off.
