- Hossain (7/5): Good - Spacious deluxe couple rooms. Very close to bus stand. Bed lacks comfort. Staff behavior lacks professionalism and friendliness. Room was untidy. Room service should be more refined.

- Mymoon (3/5): Poor - The staffs was friendly and hotel location was good because all the transportation taxi and buses are near. The facilities are very old fashioned and untidy rooms. In their hill view room at the front of balcony its full of garbage and dark. They changed the room for me to city view room and its quite better.

- Nahid (6/5): Lovely hotel, shame about staff and mice - Good location, clean and tidy place Cockroaches and mice were found in all 4 rooms we stayed in. Also, my family are all Bangladeshi nationals that have lived in the UK at some point, we all hold BD passports. But the man on the front desk would bot beleive us, and kept asking "where in London are you from?", kept saying we would get in trouble with police. If we told you we're not foreign, then that's that. Stop trying to play mind games!
