• Olaf (9/5): Gerne wieder - Super Lage, sehr ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof, gutes Frühstück sehr nettes Personal besonders die Dame von der Rezeption Frühstücksraum ist sehr eng gerade wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, was der Fall war. Kein Wasserkocher bzw. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer Fast hätten Sie mich umgebucht, gut dass ich geblieben bin.

Das Zimmer war sauber und mit einem Einzelbett ausgestattet – genau das Richtige für mich als Alleinreisende. They couldn’t be more helpful.. We were a party of six some of us had very quiet rooms, but one had a room overlooking the main street and as it is quite central she found it quite noisy if she had the window open.

We had a lovely room (superior double), it was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. Nice and quiet. Great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Thoroughly recommend this hotel, a lovely experience. The breakfast room is quite small. On last day we had to eat breakfast in reception which was fine but a little strange. Tip, avoid peak times.

• Simon (6/5): OK - Good location for the old town but early morning city folk make a lot of noise between 6am and 7am. Felt tired. We didn’t feel entirely welcome. The €10 deposit to borrow an umbrella was a good example of this. The lack of basic amenities (bottled water, kettle) n the room was also disappointing.

• Thomas (10/5): Erstklassiges Hotel - Sehr nette Mitarbeiter*innen, die mir jeden möglichen Wunsch erfüllt haben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und absolut ausreichend. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt ist genial.

Veel lawaai buiten. Venster kan je niet open laten ‘s nachts. Jammer dat er geen bar en/of restaurant is. Ontbijtruimte veel te klein. Je zit samen met andere mensen op elkaar gepropt. Het ontbijt is erg basic. Koffiekoeken zijn van slechte kwaliteit en de broodjes zijn niet kraakvers. De rest is ok.

Dass durchgängig ein Rezeptionist da ist, ist sehr angenehm. Die Möglichkeit sich auf dem Zimmer Tee zu Kochen wäre schön. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr beengt, Brot und Brötchen könnten besser sein. Mehr Lobby und abends dort ein Drink wäre schön.
