- Bruce (8/5): Decent location at decent price - It's a standard, fairly basic apt in Florence. First floor so not a taxing climb. Host company rep let us in and explained everything, which was handy and very straightforward. Perfect holiday flat in most respects: quiet but fairly central (ten minute walk), good wi-fi, very clean, two showers, A/C, terrace. All you need really. Would stay again as the price was good value for money for Florence. Can't speak for the sofa bed, did not use. Coffee machine would help. One Shower room was a bit pokey but the showers were good otherwise.
- Alena (8/5): Good possitioned flat with basic comfort for two people sleeping in a bedroom. - The position of the flat was very good, close to the center, but futher from the noisy restaurants. It was clean and well prepared. There is a basic equipment in the kitchen, it would be very nice to have there coffee machine. The sofa needs to be replaced - not suitable for sleeping anymore. And proper tea cups and coffee machine are needed.
