• Laura-Michelle (9/5): Alles perfekt - Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - und noch viel mehr. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt überhaupt gar nichts zu bemängeln.

• Mark (10/5): Great Apartment in Historic Gyumri 😃 - Very pleased!.....Easy communication with the owner, who lives next door.....Modern apartment on quiet street that has everything one would need and then some - including a microwave oven.....Strong wi-fi.....Large shower.....The courtyard really doesn't have a view but it is private and it's nice to sit outside and it's shady most of the day. Would definitely stay here again. There is a "coffee table" in the living room but it's not really a dining or work table because it's a little low. A restaurant height table for the living room and perhaps also one for the courtyard would be welcome.

Tout est parfait, très propre, calme, confortable, il y a de l’espace, le propriétaire est disponible et très sympa, le rapport qualité / prix est excellent… à recommander si vous êtes à Gyumri !

• Tamara (10/5): Ամեն ինչ հրաշալի էր 🤩 - Ամեն ինչ շատ լավ էր, շատ մաքուր վիճակում հանձնվել է մեզ։ Բարեհամբույր էին շատ տան տերերը, նույնիսկ վերջին օրը մեր իրերը թույլ տվեցին թողնել իրենց մոտ մինչև քաղաքում պտտվենք ու մեև քաղաք վերադառնանք 😊։ Շատ հարմար էր, ամեն ինչ առկա էր, ատամի խոզանակներ, մեկ ամգամյա օգտագործման հողաթափեր, օճառ/շամպույն/բալզամ/լոգանքի գել, մաքուր սրբիչներ և անկողին։ Ամբողջ ընթացքում պետք եղած դեպքում շուտ արձագանքել են և շատ սիրալիր պատասխանել մեր ցանկացած հարցի կամ խնդրանքի։ Տան տարածքը ևս շատ հարմար էր, կենտրոնին բավականաչափ մոտ և միևնույն ժամանակ դրսի աղմուկից զերծ։ Ոչ մի դժգոհություն չունենք, թե վերաբերմունքը և թե տան պայմանները շատ լավ էին։ Մի քիչ ցուրտ էր, բայց մեզ վառարան (պլիտա) տրամադրեցին, էնպես որ ոչ մի բողոք ու դժգոհություն չկա, անչափ շնորհակալ ենք տան տերերին ❤️։
