• Chereches (10/5): - Un apartament minimalist, dar minunat. Există parcare aproape de hotel, dar contra cost. Magazine alimentare foarte aproape. Recomand! Singurul lucru care ni l-am fi dorit era ca programul pentru Rooftop să fie până mai târziu, nu până la ora 17, dar în rest recomand acest cazare.

Muy buen tamaño, armarios amplios, camas cómodas.Tenías bastante útiles de cocina, champú, gel, jabón para platos con balleta, trapos y estropajo. La ducha y el baño en general, me encantó. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Fácil aparcar en zona blanca por los alrededores (abril, en verano me imagino que será mucho más complicado.) Por poner alguna cuestión de mejora: La forma de abrir la puerta con códigos falla bastante, las 3 veces q me quedé en aptos de esta cadena, las 3 veces tuve problemas en la llegada. Luego funciona perfecto,. Los nórdicos de tamaño muy pequeño, casi no cubre ni la parte superior de la cama, faltaban algunos útiles importantes de cocina, como una tapa para microondas o alguna fuente para horno

• Shaina (5/5): Not what was expected - Room was clean upon arrival and equipped well for cooking. One of the staff was consistently rude. When trying to do the self check in we were advised to come back a bit later as we were too early for the room. When coming back later the doors were locked as it was past the cafe hours which is the only time a staff member is there. We did not receive the code yet to open the door but saw a staff right inside the door with another guest so we knocked on the door. She shook her head at us to say no and refused to let us in. We continued to knock and I showed her my booking from the window to which she finally let us in. Was very unprofessional to not just open the door and ask us if we were staying there. You have to buy your own toilet paper. They are very stingy here and It’s not clearly stated that it is essentially completely self service and no one will help you. You only get a room clean/fresh towels after ~9 or so days (can’t remember exactly). The public toilets in the building were also often locked or not stocked with toilet paper. We felt like children that were locked out of everything and watched passive aggressively by staff. Breakfast is not the worst but there was mold growing on the veggies so we decided to only have it the one morning. The sandwiches they sell throughout the day we saw the staff just taking them out of prepackaged containers what you buy at any of the grocery stores so definitely not worth it to buy any of their food. Overall the experience was not worth the money.

• Andrey Zolotin (3/5): - Kitchen had an oven and there was an AC in the room - No hooks available in the apartment, there is literally not a single place to hang your coat, towel in the bathroom or anything else - "Genius" building design with decorative lights shining directly into your bedroom (host replied that for "safety reasons" they can't switch it off) - 4 forks, 4 knives and 4 spoons available in the kitchen (I know it's enough for 3 of us, but I got used to have a bit more things available). Kitchen assortiment is very poor - Shower doesn't work well and is quite smelly - Rooftop is closed and there is no heads up about it even though host permanently replies that it's closed for quite some time already (maybe edit your Booking description?)

El check-in es vía online. Comodidad, limpieza. Camas de tamaño adecuado, pequeño. El check-in es complejo para personas que no manejan cien por cien las tecnologías ya que pide varios pasos.

IDEAL si vas en época de carnavales - Buena ubicación y habitaciones muy cómodas y acogedoras Una mujer entro en nuestra habitación enfadada diciendo que estabamos haciendo ruido y simplemente estabamos disfrazandonos para el carnaval. • Alejandro (8/5): Buen alojamiento - Habitaciones totalmente reformadas de hace poco tiempo. Por la mañana tiene servicio de cafetería para desayunar y una terraza muy chula. Especial atención a una chica que nos ayudo mucho por teléfono para hacer el check in ya que tuvimos muchos problemas y no había nadie en ese momento. Reservamos 3 apartamentos y no pudimos hacer el check in ya que no teníamos el código de la reserva que supuestamente tenia que habernos llegado un tiempo antes. Afortunadamente por teléfono una chica con acento extranjero (francesa podría ser) nos ayudó en todo momento. Muchas gracias 🙏🏻

• Steven (10/5): Excellent, comfortable & enjoyable stay - The apartment was nice, modern, very comfortable & It had everything we needed. The location was great with lots of shops, supermarkets & restaurants etc nearby. The room was quiet & you couldn't really hear any noise from within the complex or outside. It was also a short walk away from the beach too. Contrary to other reviews, I never had any issues with the self check in service. Overall a very good value for money, enjoyable & comfortable stay. The WiFi wasn't great at all. That's the only small critique I have.

Selbst wenn wir vier Monate vor der Einreise die Anfrage über Booking geschickt haben. Am Ende haben wir eins bekommen, aber ich habe aufgrund der Unsicherheit auch eigenes Kinderbett ins Flugzeug mitgebracht. 2. Frühstück ist mäßig, aber ok für Gourmand. Leider fiel Frühstück während unseres Aufenthaltes zwei Tage einfach so aus, ohne Mitteilung, auch ohne Entschuldigung nachher.

• Sandrine (5/5): Déçu par l’hébergement et les prestations qui finalement n’ont pas eu lieu ni terrasse, ni petit déjeuner, ni distribute - L’emplacement près de la plage. La literie pas du canapé mais au moins du lit. L’armoire et la penderie pour les vêtements . Ménage de surface. Pas d’éponge mais une lingette qui lavait très mal la vaisselle. C’est pourquoi j’ai retrouvé toute la vaisselle et les couteaux très gras, il a fallu que je commence par faire la vaisselle, nous disposions une d’un minuscule torchon, plus petit que la lingette avec un gros trou en plus. Une fuite dans les toilettes, le flexible de douche qui fuit aussi. La tempête était complètement finie depuis une semaine, et pourtant nous n’avons jamais pu accéder à la terrasse pour cette raison, selon un papier collé à la porte qui était pourtant le choix principal de notre location. une relation avec l’établissement par mail complètement inutile. Soit les réponses étaient finalement erronées soit quand on a parlé propreté et d’équipements qui fuient , on nous a répondu par un mail type qui ne prenait absolument pas en compte nos remarques. Le distributeur des gâteaux ou autre chose à manger finalement ne sert à rien puisqu’il faut qu’il y ait quelqu’un pour nous les donner. Ce n’est absolument donc pas un distributeur automatique. On est arrivé le dimanche les premiers petit-déjeuners ont été proposés au rez-de-chaussée que le mercredi sans avoir eu aucune information donc inutiles nous avions pris nos dispositions autrement depuis dimanche. C’est dommage, je ne conseille pas du tout ce logement qui est beaucoup trop cher par rapport aux prestations proposées et à la qualité. Le prix est vraiment trop élevé 300 € moins cher, on aurait pu comprendre mais là non.

На кухне не хватает лопатки/ кухонной варежки / соль/ перец / для мусора маленький контейнер/ полотенце, уборка , туалетная бумага - 1 раз в 7 дней ( мы жили 7 дней) нам было не комфортно. Слышали всё что происходит на улицы ( окна и стены очень тонкие . Терраса на верху не открылась .

El servicio limpieza porque en 11 días, pasaron al segundo día de entrar y no volvieron a pasar hasta el anteúltimo día. Ese primer día, solo hicieron una de las camas y cambiaron 1 sola toalla de todas, no vaciaron las papeleras. La terraza del ático ha permanecido cerrada durante toda la estancia indicando "razones de temporal" pero ha hecho bueno. El calentador de agua hace muchísimo ruido. El salón requiere de una luz mas tenue o una lámpara pequeña, sobre todo si se va a usar de segunda habitación.

• Attila (7/5): - It has a great location on our preferences. The rooms are great size. Our window was facing to a back street so it was quiet at night. There was such a big noise from the rooms till 1-2 overnight. The kitchen needs to be more equipped as people usually staying more than 3 nights. No clotheshangers in a room. (or maybe stolen)

Mais très déçue que la terrasse soit fermée pendant notre séjour sans avo - L’appartement spacieux, bien équipé et confortable La procédure d’entrée un peu longue. La terrasse qui était fermée alors qu’on avait choisi le lieu pour cela et nous n’avons pas été informée en amont.
• Bruno (3/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Entfernung zum großen Stadtstrand 250 m. Insgesamt macht das Haus einen neuen und gepflegten Eindruck. Wir hatten die Unterkunft im wesentlichen aufgrund der beworbenen und in vielen Bildern dargestellten großen Dachterasse ausgesucht. Diese war seit Mitte Dezember aufgrund eines "Sturmereignisses" geschlossen, so dass sie während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht nutzbar war. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, warum man einen Sturmschaden nicht innerhalb von 1-2 Wochen beseitigen kann. Wir hätten zumindest einen Hinweis auf die Schließung bei der Buchung erwartet!! In der Küche gab es kein warmes Wasser. Der herbeigerufene Techniker stellte fest, dass der Absperrhahn für die Warmwasserzuleitung abgebrochen war und nicht mehr geöffnet werden konnte. Eine Reparatur war während unseres Aufenthalts nicht möglich. Geschirrreinigung war daher nur im Badezimmer möglich. Der Zulauf der Toilette im Badezimmer war undicht, auf dem Boden bildete sich ständig eine größere Wasserlache. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken im Badezimmer war verstopft. Nach Reinigung durch einen Techniker tropfte der Siphon so, dass wir ständig ein Handtuch unterlegen mussten.

• Ilmari (8/5): - Asunto oli uusi, tilava ja hyvin siivottu. Ranta, ravintolat ja kaupat lähellä. Viihdyimme viikon hyvin ja hinta-laatusuhteeltaan majoitus oli erinomainen. Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtui itsepalveluna netissä, ja systeemi toimi hyvin. Vaikka rakennus on aivan uusi, ikkunat meluisan kadun puolelle eivät eristäneet ääntä juuri yhtään. Omilla korvatulpilla on hyvä varautua. Henkilökuntaan oli vaikeaa saada yhteyttä, eikä sähköpostilla lähettämääni tiedusteluun pysäköinnistä koskaan vastattu. Osalla majoitusliikkeistä on sopimushintainen pysäköinti lähellä sijaitsevassa parkkihallissa, mutta Sholeolla ei ilmeisesti ole.

• Sonia (1/5): Trato al cliente, pésimo y todo vía online o telefónicamente. - La decoración del apartamento Nos dijeron de hacer el check in vía online y tuvimos un montón de problemas para ponernos en contacto con las agentes vía telefónica. Cuando llegamos al apartamento no había nadie para atendernos físicamente y tuvimos que volver a llamar para saber cuál era el número de nuestra habitación, pues por el precio chekin no salía. Estuvimos media intentando que nos solucionarán el problema y al final lo pudimos hacer nosotros mismo, después de muchos intentos. No creo que está sea la mejor manera de gestionar un hotel, porque hay mucha gente que aún no controla la tecnología. Soy de las que pienso que no hay mejor forma que el trato físico. No ,a través de chekin online y códigos QR. Yo no repetiré en un hotel así.
