- Guest (3/5): Stay if you only value the location - Location Cigarette smells all over the building and poor internet connection. The hygiene of the room also doesn't meet the minimum standards should have for a regular hotel.

Check-in take long time, room not clean enough. Been provided a wrong aircond and TV remote. I'm booked a family room with 2 toilet but only 1 toilet can use (1 toilet light and flush issue). The bed is too low like tatami. WIFI Coverage very2 bad.

- Saskia (3/5): Filthy hotel, do not recommend - There was a free filtered water fountain to use Whole place smelt like cigarette smoke even though we weren’t on a smoking floor. Lift was a bit dodgy. The room was not clean, towels were stained and rubbish left in the drawers. The room did not look anything like the photos. There were no windows, aircon didn’t work well. We only stayed for one night, and wouldn’t recommend.

- Kelwin (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Absolutely horrible stay. Room was filthy, furniture was falling apart, the bed had other people’s hair on it, and the shower didn’t work. I asked the staff if he could fix it and he said he’ll try, but if he couldn’t fix it, I would just have to deal with it. Had to force him to move me to another available room. Eventually he did. The shower worked, but shortly after the electricity shut off. Took a while for them to fix it. Luckily, I only stayed one night. I left some toiletries by accident in the hotel room and they threw them out instead of saving them and did not even apologize and then hung up on me. Absolutely one of the worst places I have stayed in my decade of travel. Avoid at all costs. It is not worth it whatsoever.

- Lim (2/5): disappointment - I just like the location there because it's very close to my event location. I'm also happy because I can find delicious food around the area. The appearance is good, but when I entered the room on the first day, the bed collapsed and my waist hurt when I slept at night. In addition, at around 12 o'clock, the air conditioner suddenly beeped and then shut down. I was tired and couldn't open my eyes at all. I was forced to change rooms in my pajamas. I temporarily changed to a room that the guest had just left, and it was not cleaned at all. When I moved to another room, there was no water in the water heater. I had to use a small hose to take a shower in the morning. I was asked to move to another room the next day. I felt very upset. It was the first time that I had experienced such a thing.

- Jenny (7/5): Budget stay at convenient location - Location is good. Lots of eateries, hair saloon and massage. MRT station within walking distance There is no aircon at the corridor when you walk from the lift to your room. Cleanliness can be improved. Hotel only provide towel, toilet roll, shampoo and bath, pls bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste amd other basic stuff.
