• Carlos (10/5): Perfect stay in cozy and super apartment - The property is lovely, cozy, and exactly what we were looking for. I travel to Ascona often for both work and leisure, and this apartment perfectly suits both needs. The apartment was clean, functional, and super nice and cozy as the description says. Knowing Ascona and the region, it makes for a perfect winter and summer stay. It has all the amenities, and suits different type of needs. Also, the parking garage is a plus if travelling by car. I recommend it. There is nothing to dislike. It was a perfect stay, and I will be back again. To be honest it is going to become my place of reference for the Ascona - Locarno area.
• Kristin (9/5): Toller Kurzurlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ♥️ - Grosszügige Räumlichkeiten. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tiefgarage war pracktisch. Lift nur bis in den 2. Stock. 1 Treppe in den 3. Stock. Bett für unseren Geschmack etwas hart 😅
• Sonja (8/5): Angenehm und gemütlich für einen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. - Sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Dachschrägen sind sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Ruhig und zentral gelegen. Durch die Nähe zu einem kleinen Fluss roch es aus den Abflüssen recht übel. Man muss viel lüften und am besten die Badezimmertür schliessen.

• Susanne (9/5): - Einrichtung alles super. Strom einmal kurz ausgefallen aber sofort behoben, bei den an sich guten Leihvelos unbedingt auf funktionierende Bremsen achten 🙂

• Felix (10/5): Ein erfolgreicher Kurzurlaub - cozy apartment liegt sehr zentral, schnell zu Fuss am See, schnell mit Auto/ zu Fuss bei grōsseren Einkaufslāden wie Manor/Coop, sehr ruhig, gemūtlich, cozy halt, uns hats sehr gut gefallen, sehr nette Hostess, mit welcher via Whatsapp super schnell kommuniziert werden konnte. Das Haus selber ist gut unterhalten, angenehmes Treppenhaus mit Lift, angenehmer Garagenplatz. Wir empfehlen Cozy Apartment gerne weiter.

• Geraldine (8/5): Calme et agréable - Appartement bien situé, propre. Suggestion pour les propriétaires: indiquer que pour accéder à l’appartement il faut monter les escaliers d’un étage. Voyageant avec une dame âgée cela a été un peu inconfortable.
• Sonja (9/5): Super Lage mit privatem Einstellplatz - Sehr sauber. Tolle Lage nach kurzem Spaziergang entlang eines Bächleins war man am See/Zentrum. Einfaches Self-checking mit Keybox und guter Erklärung mit Fotos für PP in der Tiefgarage und Appartement. Schneller und freundlicher Kontakt in Englisch per Whatsapp. Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) und Moka vorhanden. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Loved the bikes we could use in the garage We had a heat wave in Ascona and the lounge got very very hot. My friend had to leave the AC all night and it was very noisy and did not cool w The bedroom was a lot cooler and comfortable
