• Aigerim (10/5): все было отлично, Баку прекрасен - Отель находится в самом сердце Старого города, прямо возле Девичья башня — локация просто идеальная. Такси останавливается у башни, а до отеля пешком всего 1–2 минуты. Сотрудники очень добрые и внимательные. Меня встретили ранним утром и даже приготовили завтрак, несмотря на то, что заселение начинается с 14:00 — это было очень приятно и трогательно 🤍 Холл у отеля прекрасный — старинные вещи, атмосферный интерьер, чувствуется история. Номера немного устарели, но всё чисто и аккуратно. Думаю, это лишь вопрос времени, и хозяева обязательно обновят интерьеры

• Vitor (10/5): Location, staff, comfort, welcoming. Loved it! - I had a lovely stay. The location is fantastic, with nice views of maiden tower and old town. Breakfast is excellent, varied and delicious. Staff: nicest guys in town, very helpful, felt at home and welcomed. The bed was very comfortable and even during a super cold day the heating was more than enough. It does deserve great reviews. It’s a small and cozy place so of course not to expect bigger property amenities but it hits the spot. Nothing, really.

Номер продуманный, просторный и удобный, бонусом - приятный балкон. Хороший завтрак. И великолепный приветственный кофе. Ни в коем случае не претензия к отелю, а, скорее, напоминание потенциальным гостям всех отелей в Ичери-шехер - это туристический центр притяжения, тут всегда много людей, бывает шумно, почти нет магазинов. И чемоданы на колесиках плохо катятся по брусчатке.

• Kamilla Soboleva (10/5): Perfect stay - The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and the experience far exceeded all our expectations. The hotel owner was wonderful—he contacted me before our arrival, arranged transport for my mother and me, and even waited for us despite my flight being delayed by an hour. He also upgraded our room to the best available and offered various special services to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Everything was done on time and perfectly. The lady who prepared the breakfasts and cleaned the rooms was simply amazing. Our room was impeccably clean every day, and the breakfasts offered an incredible variety of dishes and drinks. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel is located in a quiet area in the heart of the Old Town, with views of the Flame Towers on one side and the Maiden Tower on the other. We will definitely return again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

• IrinaZu (8/5): Новый год в Баку. - Отель расположен в старом городе, рядом с Девичьей башней. В отеле четыре номера, два на втором этаже и два на третьем. Мы останавливались в номере с балконом на третьем этаже. Номер просторный, кровать достаточно удобная. Есть диван, стол и кресло. Завтраки проходят на первом этаже с 8:30 до 11 часов. Нет большого разнообразия, но все свежее, голодными не останетесь. Прекрасный персонал отеля, всегда готовы помочь, подсказать. Очень любезно предоставили нам карту для проезда в общественном транспорте в Баку, воспользовались при поездке в центр Гейдара Алиева. Все остальные достопримечательности в пешей доступности от отеля, мы много ходили пешком, город красивый. Встретили новый 2026 год на набережной, красивый салют на 10 минут. Море людей, практически весь город вышел на набережную. Номер немного уставший, ванная комната требует ремонта, вентиляция в санузле также требует ремонта.

• Sergei (10/5): Уютный и чистый отель в Старом Баку на 4 номера - Отель в Старом Баку в прямой видимости от Девичьей Башни. Все основные достопримечательности рядом, в пешей доступности. Номера просторные, чистые и уютные, со всеми удобствами. В номерах тихо, вся движуха ночного Баку в стороне, но в то же время недалеко. Двое из четырех номеров имеют балкон, на крыше терраса с панорамным видом на Девичью башню и город. Завтраки вкусные, плотные и разнообразные, есть выбор блюд. Персонал очень приветливый, владелец лично встретил нас у такси и показал дорогу к отелю. Это не минусы отеля, но стоит иметь в виду. В Старом городе дороги вымощены брусчаткой, поэтому катить чемодан не получится. Остановке такси в 100 метрах Рядом с отелем мечеть, рано утром вас может разбудить пение имама. Но нам это не мешало отлично отдохнуть.
• Ksenia (10/5): - Отдыхали с подругой 11-15 ноября 2025 года, целью поездки было погулять, развеяться, остановились в отеле Deniz inn Hotel, месторасположение прекрасное, везде передвигались пешком, проживание рядом с девичьей башней, до прогулочной улицы Низами пешком несколько минут, также близко бульвар и музей Ковров. Прекрасный домашний завтрак, мы просыпались поздно и выходили последними, нас ждал накрытый только для нас двоих стол со всеми вкусностями: омлет, гренки, кофе, овощи, фрукты, варенье-атмосфера дома создана на 100%. Администратору Руфату отдельная благодарность. Рекомендую данный отель к посещению!

• Dov (10/5): A quality boutique hotel with personal attention that is highly recommended in Baku - The hotel is a boutique hotel in a great location in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of all the attractions. The owner and staff are personal and warm and took care of every request we made, including tips and explanations of where to travel and good restaurants nearby. We were given a large and spacious suite with a balcony. Everything was clean and spotless. The breakfast was very good and satisfying with a variety of local dishes and good coffee. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and highly recommend it. Thank you very much. Everything was very good.

И конечно роскошный завтрак, с выбором фруктов, сыра, омлета, вкуснейших лепёшек. И хороший кофе ) В отеле всего 4 номера, поэтому о гостях дейсвительно заботятся и во всем помогают. Я бы сказала, что отель превзошёл ожидания.

The room is very cosy and comfortable with all the amentites at hand. The best part of our stay were the hosts: very accommodating, always smiling, and very kind.

• Rohit (10/5): A warm, peaceful stay filled with comfort, kindness, and unforgettable memories. - Our stay at Deniz Inn Boutique Hotel in Baku exceeded all our expectations. Although it’s a boutique hotel, it felt truly luxurious. The owner, Mr. Jabber, was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with anything we needed and making us feel very safe. He even arranged a taxi for us to the airport, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. The breakfast was homemade and absolutely delicious, and the room was spotless, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. Despite being located in the heart of Old Baku, a lively tourist area, the hotel was very calm and quiet at night, allowing us to rest peacefully. If we ever return to Baku, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! There was truly nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect — the only sad part was saying goodbye to such a beautiful place and the wonderful people we met.

They arranged our transportation from and to airport. It was convenient for us because inn is not easy access by car. General manager came to see us to help to carry our baggages. Very good view cafe called “Cay Baqi 145” for 2min walk. Cost Cafe is for 30second walk. They gave us delicious welcome tea and cake WiFi wasn’t great.

• Kin (9/5): Superb - The location of this boutique hotel is superb. It is right in the old city Baku, the Maiden Tower is just 2-minutes walk. The room we had (a King Suite) is spacious and the staffs were all very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay.

• Stephan (10/5): A small but very fine hotel in the historical centre of Baku. - The small hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Old Town of Baku in a quiet alley without traffic. The personnel is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great, the rooms spacious with very good beds.

• Robert (4/5): The hotel had some positive aspects, but a taxi fare scam destroyed my trust. - During my recent stay at the hotel, I found the room clean but somewhat outdated. While the decor lacked modern touches, the housekeeping staff maintained a tidy environment. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, assisting with my luggage and ensuring the air conditioner in my room was working prior to my arrival. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The breakfast service stood out; a table was prepared for me with neatly covered dishes, and the food quality exceeded my expectations. However, the hotel was difficult to find, which added some frustration to my experience. I initially had a positive impression of this hotel, but a troubling incident at checkout completely changed my view. After leaving my luggage at the hotel for later retrieval, I informed the manager that I was planning to visit the Heydar Aliyev Center Museum. Although I told him I had an app and intended to book a taxi myself once I left the gates of the old city—since it seemed taxis weren't allowed in that area—the manager insisted on helping me. What seemed like excellent customer service soon turned questionable. When I entered the museum’s name into the app, the fare was listed as 17 AZN. The manager also entered it on his phone, showing me the same fare, and then spoke to a taxi driver waiting nearby, arranging a fare of 10 AZN, which appeared to be a generous gesture. However, as we drove, I started questioning why the fare was so high, even more than my ride from the airport, and began suspecting I was being scammed. After re-entering the museum's name, I discovered that the first result on the app was for the Heydar Aliyev Museum outside of Baku, not the Heydar Aliyev Center Museum within the city, where I was actually headed. The correct fare to the museum in Baku was only 3 AZN (see images). It became evident that the manager was fully aware of this and was likely collaborating with the taxi driver to deceive me. This experience led me to completely distrust the hotel; upon returning, I even checked my bags to ensure nothing had been stolen. This incident of dishonesty over such a small amount of money completely overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay, and for this reason, I can no longer recommend this hotel.

Its my 2nd time baku but really deniz inn I feel better than other. I will tell to my friends and families to come baku and stay with deniz inn.its located heart of old city baku. amazing breakfast 😋 and good food.
