• Obtel (8/5): - L'emplacement très proche du centre tu peux tous faire a pied , la propreté irréprochable, la gentillesse du personnel , la flexibilité il nous on permis de déposer les bagages un peu plus tôt. Canapé du salon pas trop confortable pour adultes mais pour enfants ça va .il faut juste pense à modifier l'adresse et ajouté num 1 A pour être plus précis

• Mariusz (10/5): Udany pobyt - Ładne, czyste mieszkanie po remoncie, wyposażone we wszystko co może być potrzebne. Miłe powitanie i przekazanie kluczy o umówionej godzinie, bez problemu można się porozumieć również po angielsku. Dobre położenie, w bocznej ulicy ale 5-10 minut spaceru i jest się na w centrum. Okna po zamknięciu niestety niczego nie wyciszają, jakby były otwarte, na szczęście jest to cicha ulica z małym ruchem także w nocy jest cisza. bezpośrednio pod mieszkaniem jak i na sąsiednich ulicach są darmowe miejsca postojowe, ale zwykle zajęte także ciężko z parkowaniem co nie jest oczywiscie winą mieszkania, bo im bliżej centrum tym jeszcze gorzej. Balkon to raczej bym wykreślił z opisu bo starcza tylko na postawienie mopa.

Non solo metro ma anche fermata bus praticamente di fronte. La pulizia buona ma si può sempre migliorare! Consigli: i tappeti sono belli ma difficili da pulire, quindi occorre avere maggiori attenzioni in fase di pulizia. Servirebbero appendini in bagno e in camera

• Daniele (8/5): Ottima soluzione a Santa Cruz! - La casa era piena di ogni utilities ed era tutto nuovo e super pulito. La posizione era ottima e si poteva fare tutto a piedi (a parte le spiagge) Il parcheggio complesso da trovare soprattutto la sera. Il balcone se così si può chiamare minuscolo e praticamente inesistente.

• Paris (10/5): Great stay, great owner. - Great location. Very clean and exactly as described in the ad. The owner was great and helpful. Definitely worth the value. I would stay here again. Everything was great.
• Mohammad (7/5): Nice place - Cleanness, shower, TV, location, kitchenware. There was some oregano. Washing machin with soup. Boiler broken, they need to avoid using non-stick pans as the costumers brake them. Instead there should be simple frying pan. I am not sure if this is regular, but some places that I have visited, besides salt and black pepper, there are oil, curry, vinegar and some options of other herbs.
• Dora (8/5): Very good - Had a lovely stay here. The host was friendly and understanding to us being very late for check in because of a late flight. Super clean and comfy. There's everything you might need and more. Also a walking distance to city centre. Thank you for everything Martina. If you rent a car you'll have big issues with finding parking. We spent over half an hour every day searching so good luck on that. The neighbours weren't so friendly and threathend with police if we park infront of the building. While they're parked ilegally there EVERY DAY.
• Volodymyr (7/5): Good - Location, easy key handover, easy checkout (we left keys inside the property because of an early flight). Fast contact with the property owner. Available detergent in apartments, we didn't use it, but you can wash some clothes if needed. The doors to the bathroom were stuck, and hard to open/close it. Bad airflow inside the apartment, and because of that was hard to dry out anything including towels which started smelling bad very fast. It would be nice to change a sponge in the kitchen after guests as well, it's cheap but much more comfortable. As well as very loud neighbors, who were screaming until 2 am.

• Lucian (10/5): Nice and clean apt near city centre - Very clean and nice renovated apt near to city centre main objectives, that you could reach by foot or by tram/bus very easily. A 50 meters away supermarket is a real plus. An important main shoping street C. de Castillo starts from plaza Weyler nearby, and steps down to Marina of Stanță Cruz. Very nice to walk in the evening on this street and to do some shopping or stay at a terrace. Handling keys and checkin were not communicated up to last moment when I needed to call the host . I suggest to publish more clear rules and more useful checkin detail or procedure in advance. eg..1. Go to this building 2. press the apt 2C at the building entry..3. Somebody will open the building and wait for you inside to give you the keys etc..etc. Ventilators on the ceiling were nice addition but it was extremely hot outside during our entire stay like 37 degrees ++. Overall not so convenient as an AC unit that can be added as a plus. Avoid staying St. Cruz on the second week of August or find one of the very few locations which offers air conditioning in their offers if you want a good sleep.. Not under host control, but a desolating view outside the apt with deserted old building falling apart where only few pigeons are nesting inside .You can see the ocean from the small balcony tough.
