• 子超 (5/5): 如果你没有WhatsApp，最好不要选这里。入住还要看人脸色，我不会再选择这里了。 - 这个位置交通、吃饭都很方便。无论是购物还是去周边的景点都很好打车，地铁站也不远。 1 入住前收到booking的邮件，说“您已经支付了所有费用，如果再有付费要求，要警惕诈骗。”但又收到私信说要支付押金。这让我很困惑，搞不清到底应该相信哪个——押金的收取应该在广告页面注明，这样就不会引起误会了。 2 提前尝试联系房东，可是房东一直拒绝接电话，保安小哥帮忙电话，接了电话以后又显得很不耐烦。如果一开始就电话沟通过押金的事情，就不会有后续那么多的麻烦。住当天我们花了将近两个小时才拿到钥匙，这点真的让人非常不舒服。 3 问WiFi密码的时候，我不知道为什么房东的朋友也表现得很不耐烦，说已经给过了。可是要是已经给过了，我就不会问了啊！ 4 床品很可能不是一客一换的，上面有可疑的污渍。材质比较粗糙，不是棉质的，睡在上面不太舒服。 5 洗碗用的海绵上有前一个住客留下的头发。

Deposito che in due settimane di vacanze mi è stato richiesto solo da lui con pagamenti discutibili. Alle 15 ero pronto per il check-in e non mi aveva fornito neanche il QR-code per poter entrare nella struttura, senza dirmi nulla ovviamente se non mandare un messaggio infinito sul cosa fare dopo essere entrato con la macchina
• Maria (8/5): Fijne plek op een mooie locatie. - Fantastisch appartementencomplex met een geweldig zwembad. Winkelcentrum is ernaast met o.a. een grote supermarkt. Je betaalt drie weken van te voren een borg, die na verblijf wordt terugbetaald via PayPal. Het was even wennen dat mijn zoon, die op de sofa sliep, een dekbed zonder hoes kreeg, omdat ze het dekbed iedere keer wassen. Zo ook de sofa zelf, maar uiteindelijk werd er toch nog, heel lief, een onderlaken gebracht. Het is ook even wennen dat de eigenaar zelf - na je verblijf- vraagt of je een tien als review wilt geven.

Hned vedle je velké nákupní centrum s přímým napojením na městskou dopravu - stanice Hang Tuah station odkud se člověk přes "hlavní třídu" dostane přímo k hotelu. Velký bazén na střeše s neuvěřitelným výhledem. Druhý bazén poté v 5. patře s vířivkou a klidem - méně využívaný. Ze začátku místy zmatená komunikace, po sladění již bylo vše v pohodě. Hostitel totiž dává instrukce přes WhatsApp.

• Dorian (5/5): Infinity pool down for maintenance - Bed was okay but too small for me, too short and it was not a queensized bed. Even though “stunning infinity pool” is the headline of this apartment, the pool was closed for renovations. If only we knew, we would book one of the other 20 apartments in the area that offer the same kind of experience at the same value. Moreover, the bed was not made and we had to do it ourselves. The bed is advertised as queensized, but it’s not. The check-in process was lengthy and a lot of hassle with contacting multiple persons to finally get the house keycard. The deposit could also only be made through PayPal, which I had to install for this specific reason. All in all, not worth it if you could find a better deal that offers more or less a similar apartment. P.S. please inform your future guests if the pool isn’t available!
• Maciej (9/5): Great for remote working, we enjoyed our stay - - great location in the city center - good bathroom with nice shower - kitchen with basic utensils and washing machine - two ACs in the room - infinity pool is super nice, although would require some better maintenance - gym is nice, just lacks some pull up and dip bars, which should be a no brainer given that there's a lot of non used space there - good Wifi, we worked remotely from there - fast communication with the host - some things could have been explained better. In the room you have separate switches for AC, shower water heater, stove, but you don't know it is required to turn it on. There's a lot of them. So either you find it out yourself, suppose it's just broken or have to reach out to the owner, which is an additional stretch. I think at least label them and it's gonna be a lot better. - the elevators are confusing, there are two sensors that read the card and you never know which one is good or bad, because there are four elevators. It takes time to select the floor of your choice. Sometimes we'd waste two minutes or something like that just to dial it in. - you get only one card, which means that both persons can't go separate ways, because the one without the card wouldn't access the elevator - there are some ants in the bathroom and we also had a small cockroach Having said all of that, it was a really great place and I'm giving it a 9, because all of the pros overshadowed small inconveniences
• Spyridon (7/5): Nice common pool area , the facilities don't worth that much - The highlight of this property is the common swimming pool on the 35th floor. The bathroom was smelling bad , there were no option for self check in and they are charging if you check in after 19:00. The bed is sofa and its not big enough for two persons

• Yaslam (10/5): Lucienta experience in December 2024 - The proximity to the shopping malls. The apartment was clean & cozy. All of us could sleep soundly & wake up fresh the next morning. The apartment was a little bit small for 4 persons. It would have been better if the space was a little bigger.

• Tony (9/5): Lucentia - great building & location - Building is in an excellent location, right next to 2 big malls, very clean and great view from Infinity pool. I enjoyed having a daily sauna also. Lot's of street markets around and great food eateries & restaurants, we wondered around the streets every night. Plenty of things to see, Petronas towers only 25min in a "Grab" (uber).

• Yeen (5/5): Passable - The location. One of the unprofessional and unreasonable security supervisor. The key collection is pretty complicated as we are not allowed to wait and park the car at the designated waiting parking lot. Do not park at the visitor parking lot if you do not have the visitor pass from the guard house as your car will be clamped and the fine is Rm100. Unfriendly host.

• Julawan (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location. It is close to the big shopping mall. It is easy to get the food. The owner is very helpful. I am very happy with this place. If I come to Malaysia, I will prefer to stay in this place again. Check in a bit confusing but it OK.
• Sabine (10/5): Amazing apartment - It´s a spacious apartment with 5 star equipment, including washing machine with dryer. Great youtube videos to find the way to the key lock, shopping street and metro (but you need the keys first). Excellent location, would definitely stay there again coming to KL. For the deposit you need a paypal account with credit card , otherwise it´s kind of costly and cumbersome to send money to them. The walk from the metro station to the mail box to pick up the keys is cumbersome (you need to walk around the entire Lalaport center) - you might consider taking a cab, which would bring you to directly to the lobby (next to mail box).

• Elm123 (9/5): The most amazing luxury complex with infinity pool and views - We really enjoyed our stay in the most amazing apartment and complex, would highly recommend as a luxury stay with excellent value for money. The complex has 3 pools, one is a rooftop infinity pool overlooking the 3 notorious buildings in the city. They are all very impressive and large. There is also a rooftop jacuzzi and sauna, two gyms with great views and lots of peaceful seating areas around the complex. It is such high quality, modern and luxury. There is amazing views here of the second tallest building in the world which is very close. The studio apartment is spacious, bright and very modern, it is decorated tastefully. The kitchen is a great size and has cooker, washing machine, a large fridge freezer with lots of equipment that you need to cook. There is a small balcony area overlooking the city, a seating dining area and comfortable sleeping area. The bed is very soft and comfortable. There is a huge smart TV as well. The location is excellent in a busy area close to shops and a short taxi ride or walk away from the main areas. We were highly impressed! The apartment needs some more shelves or hooks to hang clothing in the bathroom and bedroom, especially a drying rack to hang wet clothes after using the pool. I would also recommend leaving a manual to help guests without texting the owner. There could be some useful tips left in the apartment about things like using the washing machine, where the bins are, what the electric switches are for (hot water etc), check out process etc. Check-in and communication was confusing when paying the deposit for the QR code, it took quite a while and had lots of communication with the host. This should be made simpler and less communication via text.
• Hafiz (10/5): The perfect choice to stay! - The location was very convenient, property was very clean and well equipped, owner was very attentive, helpful and has clear and concise guides on basically everything, not just the property but also nearby places, which I feel deserves an extra point. All in all, you will be very satisfied and happy to book this place! :) Nothing, every was good!

• Julian (8/5): still a Great stay, as the infinity pool makes up for the most of it. - infinity pool with outstanding view over the city to have an easy arrival and check out, you need a local SIM card, as otherwise you cannot come past security, nor check out, as you have to send a video from your check out process
