• Stephan (3/5): Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen - Nette Wohnung und gut gelegen Es wird mir für immer ein Rätsel bleiben, wer das haben möchte, aber das Bad ist nur mit einer Glasscheibe vom Schlafzimmer getrennt, furchtbar. Zudem war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr nervig, ich habe noch nie so viele Nachrichten täglich erhalten, nur, damit ich in einer Wohnung übernachten konnte. Auch während ded Aufenthalts hat es nicht aufgehört
• Plan A Bau GmbH (10/5): - Super sauber,alles neuwertig und funktional. Auspacken ,ankommen und wohlfühlen. Fotos sind 100% authentisch, kein fotoshop oder K.I man bekommt was man gebucht hat! Nichts
• Luisa (10/5): - Top Ausstattung. Sauna und Wellnessbadewanne waren super. Man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
• Alexander (9/5): Alles super, würden wir wiederkommen, ich denke ja. - Das Appartment lässt keine Wünsche offen, großzügig, sauber, modern, viel dunkles Holz, tolle Küche, bequeme Betten, ne Sauna im Zimmer, Tiefgaragenstellplatz(Achtung, Fahrzeughöhe beachten), alles sehr sauber und neuwertig... Einzig und alleine die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist nicht ganz optimal, zum Shoppen bzw in der Stadt rumlaufen natürlich perfekt, aber man leider nachts keine Fenster kippen aufgrund der vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge, mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man aber garnichts vom Verkehr.

• Sascha (10/5): - Moderne und sehr stilvolle Unterkunft. Hervorzuheben ist auch der sehr freundliche telefonische Kontakt! Die Lage ist ideal zentral mit nicht ganz wenig Verkehr vor der Tür. Im Winter bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein Problem, im Sommer stelle ich es mir nicht ganz so romantisch vor, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat. Aber alles in allem einen Luxusproblem. Die Unterkunft war trotzdem einen tollen Eindruck hinterlassen!

A spacious apartment and very comfortable for 5 people. Great to have a washer / dryer. Sauna was amazing!
• ANGGYA (9/5): Super stay for my family ❤️ - 1. Location : 600m to flix bus stop and train station also station for going to Zugspitze, near to supermarket and few restaurants. 2. Cozy and generous with daily amenities that allow cooking : pan, pot, plates, seasoning etc. 3. General heating system esp. Heated floors that keep our feet warm during winter. A little bit quiter part of town, dark at night as many shops close early.
• Tracy (10/5): Great location and accommodations - The property is updated and has a great location. It was a 10 min walk to center city. The space perfect for our group and the sauna was a nice addition. Primary bedroom was spacious. Easy check-in and the staff were available and accommodating for any of my questions. Loved our stay and will be back. Just remember to bring your own toiletries - soap and shampoo.

• Muneera (10/5): شقة الاحلام 🥰 - موقعها بوسط السنتر ماتحتاج سياره تصميم الديكور وااايد حلو وشرح وشقق حديثه النظافه وكل شي كان مجهز من ادوات طبخ وغسيل للملابس وكان فيها سونا خاص الموظفين بقمه الاخلاق والتعاون واي وقت احتاج شي لمن اراسلهم يردون باي وقت والشقه مكيفه لا يوجد لان كل شي فيها جميل

• Victoria (10/5): Great apartment stay - The apartment was spacious, clean and had great facilities like the sauna, spa bath, nice showers and high quality appliances. The balconies were great to sit at and look at the mountains. The location was central with everything only a short walk from the apartment. There was plenty of space for my family and lots of storage for clothes etc. The owner was very informative with clear instructions and videos on how things worked 😊 The extras like spices, tea bags, sauna oils, cleaning products all add extra value. Nothing.

• Corinna (10/5): Die beste Ferienwohnung in der wir jemals waren! - - Ausstattung zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen(Sauna, Whirlpool Badewanne, Terrasse mit Bergpanorama, toller Wohn/-Essbereich...) - Alles war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man sich in einer Ferienwohnung wünscht. - Zentrale Lage - In ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg war man in der Fußgängerzone. Direkt nebenan ist ein Bio-Markt, ein DM und ein Edeka, also perfekt zum Einkaufen! - Privater Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage - Unser besonderes Highlight (neben der Sauna) - war das frische Bergwasser, dass man sich im Flur immer frisch auffüllen konnte :-) Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Besonderen Dank geht an Ibrahim für die nette und tolle Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts! 😊 Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Garmisch-Partenkirchen kommen, dann definitiv ins LIVALPIN🏔️🤍
• Ines Beatrice (10/5): Traumhafte Unterkunft! - Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Livalpin. Die Wohnung war traumhaft und es fehlte an nichts. Bedonders toll war die Sauna, die wir nach unseren Wanderungen gerne genutzt haben.

• Yoko (9/5): 素晴らしいアパートメント - 最新設備の素晴らしい電気製品と家具。チェックインの際にBerg Wsserを入れて用意してくれました。 キッチンの設備はこれまで泊まったどのアパートメントよりよかったです。バスタブも最高でした！！ キッチンの電気用品、冷蔵庫、香辛料、ゴミ用の袋、食洗機用洗剤もたくさんあってよかった。 何よりも部屋からの景色、立地の良さ、スーパーがすぐ近く。駅からは下り坂なので行きやすかったです。 カードキーが急に使えなくなり困りました。すぐに管理人が来てくれてよかったです。 チェックアウトの時に部屋の中にカードキーを置くことを徹底して伝えてもらいたかった。 あとチェックアウトタイムは11時標準でお願いします。オーナーの許可をもらい11時まで使えて良かったです。
• mrum (10/5): رائعة - التعامل أولاً جداً راقي اتصل الاستاذ إبراهيم بعد الحجز مباشرة و أخبرني بأن الشقة التي حجزت بها عطل في التكييف و وضع لي خيارين في أن تتم الترقية لشقة أكبر و بنفس التكلفة ،أو الإلغاء دون رسوم و وضح ذلك جيدا و أرسل لي صور الشقة، و كان حريصاً جدا على استقبالنا و توضيح الأمور و مهتم لكل تفصيل و كان مرحاً و ودوداً. إضاءة المكان الترتيب توفير الاحتياجات تمنيت أن أمدد الإقامة هناك، ستكون خياري الأول دوماً. لا شيء🌹
• HANIN (10/5): Incredible - شقة رائعة ونظيفة جدا وحديثة ومتكاملة والاهم انها مكيفة وموقعها رائع وقريبة جدا من مركز المدينة .. اخص بالشكر ابراهيم لحسن استقباله لنا وتواصله معنا وتسهيله لعملية الدخول حتى من قبل الوصول وقيامه بالشرح الوافي وتوفيره لكل الاحتياجات .. انصح بالسكن وبشده ولي عودة له عند تكرار الزيارة…. A wonderful apartment, very clean, modern, fully equipped and most importantly, it is air-conditioned and has a great location, very close to the city center. I would like to thank Ibrahim in particular for his warm welcome, communication with us and facilitating the check-in process even before arrival, providing a comprehensive explanation and providing all needs. I highly recommend this place and I will come back if I visit again. Nothing.. everything was perfect
• Ronette (10/5): Stunning, spacious new property - Brand new, incredibly well appointed and spacious property that would work equally well for a winter holiday as it did for a summer hiking holiday that we did. Only 100m walk from the centre of Garmisch for shops and restaurants and stunning hikes in the area. The communication from the host was exceptional and lots of little added extras like kitchen stock (Nespresso pods, herbs and spices, a variety of teas, cleaning products and bags, oils for the sauna) was a nice touch. • Bisser (10/5): - Super luxuriöse Ausstattung. Das Appartement ist einfach unglaublich gut gemacht. Die Ausstattung, die Sauna, Whirlpool Badewanne, alles Top. Der junge Mann, Ibrahim war einfach super nett und zuvorkommend. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert, damit man einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub haben kann. Das man keinen schwachen Punkt der Unterkunft entdecken konnte.

• Julia (10/5): Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – Perfekte Wohnung und erstklassiger Service! - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen, ruhigen Wohnung in bester Lage. Die liebevolle Einrichtung und die Sauna waren perfekt nach einem langen Tag im Schnee. Die Innenstadt war fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
