- Gaitan (1/5): Pésimo servicio y atención - Fue una pésima reserva, confirmé el día del check in en la mañana y no recibí respuesta, luego escribí al número que aparecía de contacto y me informaron que no tenían el lugar listo ni podían recibirnos, fue una terrible noticia ya que era muy tarde y ya no tendríamos un lugar donde hospedarnos, tampoco se disculparon por lo ocurrido. Pésimo servicio.
