• Hannah (4/5): Tolérable pour dormir s'il y a des voisins calmes mais y rester - La propreté est impeccable, taille de lit correcte La télé connectée mais bon on vient pas vraiment en vacances pour rester devant, plus un cache du reste de l'appartement *clim bruyante, peu efficace, soufflé fort, pas possible d'avoir un air doux *vue sur un mur *entend nettement si le voisin de la chambre d'à côté met sa télé *ambiance pesante, personne ne se parle *UNE DOUCHE POUR QUATRE CHAMBRES DOUBLES *ambiance générale de la chambre morne, sombre et décevante *mal aménagé (probablement des bureaux achetés changes en chambre donc pas du tout la configuration idéale)

• eirini (4/5): Απογοήτευση - Υπήρχε καθαριότητα στον χώρο. Κάθε μέρα κάποιος ερχόταν να καθαρίσετε μπάνια τουαλέτες και την κουζινα.Υπάρχει καφές στην κουζινα και νερό που μου φάνηκε πολύ βοηθητικό. Υπάρχει επίσης πλυντήριο. Αρχικά δεν υπήρχε καλή συνεννόηση με το άτομο επικοινωνίας όσον αφορά τους κωδικούς της εξώπορτας ούτε ξεκάθαρες οδηγίες για το πώς να φτασω. Προκειται για το city suites που βρίσκονται στην διεύθυνση χαλκοκονδυλη 19 στον 4 όροφο. Υπάρχουν 2 κωδικοί της εξώπορτας και την πόρτας του δωματίου. Μιλησα τηλεφωνικά μαζί του για να μου δώσει νέους κωδικούς αφού δεν ίσχυαν αυτοί που μου έδωσε. Του έστειλα μύνημα να μου στείλει ξανά τους κωδικούς της εξωπόρτας αφού αυτοί που είχα γραπτώς δεν ίσχυαν. Δεν μου απάντησε ποτέ με αποτέλεσμα να επιστρέψω από την έξοδο μου τις πρωινές ώρες και να μην μπορώ να μπω στο δωμάτιο γιατί οι κωδικοί που είχα δεν ήταν σωστοί. Αναγκάστικα να πληρώσω άλλο ξενοδοχείο για το βράδυ. Το επόμενο πρωί μου έστειλε τους κωδικούς. Όταν τον ενημέρωσα για την ταλαιπωρία που υποβλήθηκα ούτε καν απάντησε.
• Anna (2/5): Horrible. - It was clean and one of the employees was friendly and tried to help us. We made a reservation for a room for 2, when we arrived there was someone else in our room. We had to share a bed in a single room while paying for a double room (!!!) and the host never replied us. His employee tried to help and talk to him by message but no answer either. To make everything worse there was a guest from another room (BE CAREFUL!! Some post of City Room - Bravo for example- says that you have the whole place but it’s not true, common areas are shared) that was walking NAKED and tried to approach us the day after. I strongly advise solo female travellers to avoid places like this, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I still have zero answers from the host and I wanted a refund but no idea how it’s going to work.
• Coccini (8/5): Clean / comfortable and nice stuff - The property was great and clean. The staff was kind and lovely and helped with storing the bags. The bathroom was also clean. The location wasn’t the best. Close to lots of sights but not a great area, especially if alone or a group of girls.
• Manuel (10/5): Top in center Athens - Starting from the room, quiet, clean, he also leaves you a bathrobe, towels, slippers, hairdryer... All! It's super quiet and slept like a king! Everything ok! A note to customers, before leaving negative reviews because there are disrespectful guests, the fault is not of the hotel, but of those who have no respect!

The owner and staff are very kind and helpful, they allow us to check in before check-in time since room is available. We can keep luggage after checking out. All facilities are good with full equipment in Kitchen and bathroom. Location is good, walkable distance to city center. Building looks new and have elevator. Good explanation to access building and self check-in to apartment. Nothing

• Marina26101976 (9/5): Comfortable stay lovely and helpful staff - Very friendly and helpfull staff There was a coffee maker in the kitchen Coffee tea water and that was an excellent addition for our stay It was the first time that i stayed at a favility where you shared bathroom and kitchen but it was ok everything was clean and we still had our privacy in our bedroom
