• Piotr (9/5): weekend w mieście - Gospodarz bardzo miły, był otwarty na nasze późne przybycie. Lokalizacja w centrum, mogliśmy dojść na piechotę wszędzie gdzie chcieliśmy. Przydały by się filiżanki do espresso. Nie wiem dlaczego w drzwiach nie ma progów. Dziwne ale im bardziej na południe tym częściej się z tym spotykałem.

Solo un po' di manutenzione in più - la colazione era abbondante c'è anche una buona macchina automatica per il caffè alcuni arredi sono un po' consunti e andrebbero tolti o sostituiti. Appendiabiti, poggiapiedi, due o tre sedie del soggiorno.

• Mahnoor (7/5): Nice host, great location but dust on curtains could irritate allergies - Alfonso was a great host. The location is also really good, walking distance to a bus stop that takes you everywhere. Also right next to store that is open till 11pm. The facility itself was clean but the curtains and windows could really use a deep clean - not great for people with allergies.

• Monikavej (8/5): Very good - Nice and spacious apartment. Sufficient equipment, it was possible to comfortably prepare food, coffee, tea. The pool table in the apartment was nice, we played. The apartment has two large televisions with a YouTube account. The house is located about half an hour by metro from the center, a metro stop within a 10-minute walk. Some equipment could be newer, for example the coffee maker and juicer were not working properly. Breakfast was prepared in advance in the apartment and was exclusively sweet - sweet pastries, jams, yogurts, juice. We are used to more choice, but it was enough.
• Deha (8/5): Good value for the price - The house was big enough to accommodate 5 people, The kitchen was filled with coffee, tea, pastry, fruits and yogurt.Beds were comfy, except the sofa bed but we were not expecting a miracle. The bathroom was clean and plenty of towels were available. The bathroom is only accessible through one of the rooms so it was not convenient for the guests. Soap and shampoo were missing. If you are coming with a car, it is a constant challenge to find an empty spot and even so it is very narrow, not for new drivers.
• Frank (8/5): Book this appartment for a pleasant stay in Rome. - The building is located in "regular" neighbourhood - with all of the assiociated pros and cons. The host has done everything to facilitate a "comfortable" stay: introduction to everything necessary, how everything works, and his contact details in case of necessity. The appartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two big screen TVs in case you do not want / cannot explore Rome. Bathroom, beds, everything. Breakfast ammenties (loads of oranges, some kind of croissants, etc.). In the neighbourhood, you find supermarkets, restaurants, bars... we just loved it as a family. It is not a "high class" environment. It is normal, regular people. The next metro is some 10-12 mins walking distance, St. Peter's place (?) some 25 mins. Easy... :) The worst orange juicer I came across in my life. High level complaint: no terrace or balcony. (which is not indicated as feature anyway). Other than that...hmm...nothing :)
• Camilla (10/5): Exceptional - There was a mix in the booking, so we arrived a day to early. The landlord was so helpful, he helped us find another place to stay for the night, witch was extremely difficult, because of Coldplay playing in Rome, that night. Yes the other hotel was overpriced and bad quality, but we got a roof over our head. Labanca's house is really great, we will definitely highly recommend it

• Krzysztof (10/5): I can't imagine picking any other place than Labanca's House in Rome from now on - Huge, comfortable apartament big couch in the living room that was a blessing after long days of walking in Rome Perfectly equipped The host was so kind and nice, helped us with everything, showed us all important things in the apartament and in the neigbbourhood Also the host bought us so much food! (delicious jams, nutella, fresh fruits, breads etc) two huge, great TV's with streaming platforms on it pool table, it was lovely to play in your apartament comfortable bed in the sleeping room lot of space for everything you may need lots of closets a nice view on an italian little street from the windows in the kitchen good coffe machine, easy to handle not too far from the metro station or some bus stops quiet neighbourhood great WI-Fi felt truly like home the shower cabin could use some rennovation, not really comfortable the water in the toilet keeps flushing all the time, it;s a building problem, not much of a deal, but you can hear it during nighttime small issues compared to so many beautiful stuff doesn't mean much, so i give the perfect 10!
• Thesummiteer (8/5): An enjoyable stay. With the apartment good value for the price. And a helpful host too. - The apartment was very spacious, not far from the metro. The kitchen amenities were good too. Alphonso was very polite and helpful. The shower wasn't draining well until Alphonso fixed it. The air-con, which was new worked well, but was loud at night.

• Max (10/5): Fantastic stay! - Fantastic!!!!! The Apartment is quite big. and there is probably space for about 6 people. It has all you need, including a kitchen and all the necessary amenities. Alfonso the host is super friendly and helpful. He even through to the airport to bring us a phone we forgot at the hotel. 10/10 Would definitely recommend! Everything was great

JUST A 4 MIN WALK TO BUS STOP AND CAFE. THIS WHAT AIRBNB'S SHOULD REPRESENT. The shower was small. But I'm small in size so it was manageable.
• Emmamma (10/5): Exceptional - Alfonso helped us feel right at home. This apartment has everything you need and more. They've added little details beyond the "normal" to make sure you are comfortable - spare toiletry items like toothbrushes and toothpaste, a coffee machine, cooking condiments, breakfast items, laundry soap and much more. Its very clean. The street is surprisingly quiet at night despite the location, and the bed was the most comfortable we've experienced in European quarters so far. We found free parking on the street right below our window. I can't recommend this place enough!
