Non presenti posate, saponi, caffè , biancheria per cucina. Tentativo di addebito per danni non provocati.Molto male
• Jakov (5/5): Sve u svemu razočaravajuće obzirom da je stan s oglasa stvarno dobar međutim nisam imao priliku boraviti u njemu. - Lokacija je odlična, nalazi seu samom centru grada, apartman je zapravo odličan, sve je čisto i uredno ali nažalost nismo imali tu privilegiju spavati u istom. Obzirom da je bilo problema sa strujom prvi dan smo proveli u mraku bez struje te smo se onda morali prebaciti u drugi apartman gdje smo zapravo spavali obje noći. Taj apartman nije bio čist, bio je puno stariji i u njemu nisu radile sve utičnice i WIFI. Također parking nije besplatan ukoliko nisi stanovnik Firence (možda sam ja krivo shvatio na oglasu). Mislim da je vlasnik mogao puno bolje iskomunicirati situaciju obzirom da se jedno vrijeme nije ni javljao.

• Juraj ZA (10/5): Florencia - Ubytovanie v centre. K najznámejším pamiatkam je to od 10 do 30 minút pešo. Apartmán útulný a vybavený. Konverzácia s ubytovateľom cez WhatsApp bezproblémová. Asi jedine parkovanie mimo ulice pri ubytovaní. Parkovanie cez hlavnú cestu asi cca 100m od apartmánu.

• František (1/5): - Nothing. Worst experience. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this property. The listing contains multiple misleading claims: Parking: Advertised as if nearby and convenient, but in reality, only paid blue-zone street parking is available. Apartment size: The listing claims 60 m², but the actual space is noticeably smaller. Air conditioning: Described as if built-in, but in fact only a portable unit that must be used with the window open, which is ineffective in hot weather. (Photo included). In bedroom AC was completely missing - there is only one fan. The overall condition of the apartment is poor. Furniture is old and worn, and the sofa bed was already in a deteriorated state upon arrival. Bed is also in terrible state. After my stay, the host made several false accusations — claiming I damaged the sofa, stole towels, and didn’t pay the city tax. I have proof of tax payment, and I left all provided items in the property (it doesn't make sense to steal old towels). These accusations were completely unfounded and unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend this accommodation, both due to the misleading description and the unacceptable behavior of the host after check-out.
• Slobodan (4/5): Disappointing - Apartment is in ZTL zone. Host did not disclose this information. Be aware if he advises you to park on the street. Communication with text only. Sending messages in Italian and English. To use air-condition, you need to open a window so exhaust can blow out. It cools only one room. Located beside very noisy street. You'll regret opening a window during night and you will have to open it if you want to use A/C. Bathroom smells like mold.

La pulizia è migliorabile; prodotti da bagno non usa e getta, cassetti pieni di roba indicibile, lenzuola non bianche (come dovrebbe essere in ogni struttura ricettiva). Non era sporco, ma neanche pulitissimo. Condizionatore portatile che rinfrescava ma obbligava a mantenere la finestra aperta con conseguenti rumore e zanzare.

• Erofelia (10/5): Great Apartment Close to the City Center, but Parking Was a Challenge - I really liked that the apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the city center. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. Communication with the owner was very easy and smooth. I didn’t like that the recommended parking spot had no available spaces, and I had to spend an hour looking for parking in the area

• Lenka (6/5): Not good for more than 2 people - Close to center, easy to find it. Good for 2, not for 3 people. There was not enough hot water for all of us. Spending the night on the sofa was nightmare. I felt the construction of the sofa in my back because of the thin mattress. There was terrible noice coming outside of the kitchen extractor although it was turned off. Parking in front of the appartment is restricted (white zone). The owner of the appartment sent us to the blue zone parking nearby. However, there was no space. The owner of the appartment told us that we should either wait or going around until it frees up. We gave it up after an hour. Instead, we found paid garage parking nearby and parked there (better option than waiting forever on blue line parking as advised). Photos of IDs must be sent via WhatsApp. The owner of the appartment was laughing when we complained about stuff we don't like.

Pls consider well for ur trip - The room was clean and tidy The house is located in ZTL so we are unable to park the car in front of apartment and we spend additional EUR 15 for public carpark which far away from the house. The location was not really close to tourist point too. The air conditioner written is not a proper aircon and need to open window to exhaust the hot air.

Grocery store close by, pleasant neighborhood -Contactless entry-clear instructions, easy to access apartment -Clean apartment, well appointed kitchen -The one A/C unit provided needs to be vented out the window. The positioning of the unit is awkward and street noise is loud at night (would probably be fine if the window can stay closed). The bedroom had a fan but it is not sufficient for the heat in July. If these things can be addressed or if you stay when the weather is better, it really is a nice apartment.

• Monika (7/5): Good - We chose the apartment because it is indicated that there is a parking space around it. We could have paid for it, but when we arrived, we couldn't find a single space anywhere around. The owner of the apartment suggested that we "should be patient and wait for a space to appear". We checked several times, both in the morning and in the evening, but there was never a single space in the place he indicated. The host was really unpleasant to deal with and we would not like to deal with him again. The apartment itself is tidy, but we ran out of warm water in the evening when we showered, so we had to finish with cold water.

• Phoebe (5/5): Communication could be improved - Convenient location and short walk to central Florence Host sent an out-of-date vide on how to access the property. We had trouble getting to the ‘secret location’ for the keys, because it was behind a locked door and there were no instructions on how to get past this locked door. Host was abrupt and rude when contacted about our confusion, and it was only by sheer luck that we got past the locked door when another person entered the building and let us in. We were then able to follow the rest of the instructions to get our keys. The air conditioner is a portable unit, which when in use pumps hot air into the rest of the apartment, making it pretty uncomfortable for the rest of the guests. We had booked our stay for 4 people, but only enough towels were left for 3 guests
• Stefan (5/5): Disappointed - Starting with the absurdity on the last day, hours before check-in of having to pay the tourist tax by bank to be given a key code and a video on how to enter the apartment, and we go through the fact that there are no utensils in the apartment, such as spoons, knives and forks! I wonder what would happen if one happens to not have mobile banking to make the tourist tax transfer. You paid €510 for three nights and you are refused accommodation because you have no way to transfer €50 from a bank account!
• Daniel (9/5): Really close to the city center - It is really close to the city centre and it is a very good apartment. It was very clean and it had everything you need for a stay in Florence There were some complaints that there was no air conditioning but the owner got an air conditioning in the living room that helped in the summer The entrance to the apartment is a little bit complicated If you go by car you have no help from the owner to park the car. In other cities they were really helpful with this.
• Stan (5/5): Okay stay but wouldn’t personally stay there again. - An amazing location, very close to the city centre only 10 mins walk. The flat was clean and the facilities were nice. The AC is portable which means you need to keep one window open at all times. Worth exploring if the AC could be connected to the kitchen extract system. Having the window opened makes it impossible to sleep at night because of the noise from the street. The traffic is 24/7. Some free parking spaces available but those get taken quickly which means you need to pay for parking too. No iron in the flat.
• Rsoliveirapt (2/5): Bad! - Yuri's apartment was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with all the reservations I've made with Booking until today. Before paying all the "necessary" amounts for the stay, the response time was minimal, but after carrying out the payments, our questions remained unanswered. Listing refers air conditioning, but only features a small device that only worked with an open window, on a ground floor where the noise was constant and did not allow sleeping with any window open. The listing also mentions Netflix, but wait, not even that worked. Yuri indicated that parking was free in front of the apartment, but he did not even mention that his accommodation was within a ZTL zone, where entry was only allowed after 8 PM, with check-in until 7 PM. And of course there's fines in relation to this, so let's see. Experience not to repeat

The noise from the street is quite loud which makes it impossible to sleep with open windows (the AC is portable, so you need to have the window open in order to have it on). Also there is invisible dust covering the floor which comes from the street if the window is open.
• Johana (5/5): Sauna night in summer - It is a nice apartment very well located, perfect to visit in winter, autumn or spring One of the reasons why we chose this apartment was because in the Booking ad it offered air conditioning, which is very important in these hot summer days, but upon arrival we found that it only had 1 fan for two rooms (we were 4 adults). Fortunately we only rented for one night to rest after driving 8 hours and resume a 13-hour trip the next day, but it was impossible to sleep in so much heat, opening the windows was not a good option either because the apartment is on a noisy main street in the center from the city. So we headed out tired and in a bad mood to drive. Of course we talked to the owner to ask for another fan and the solution he gave us was that we pay him €150 to send us an air conditioner. In short it was a sauna night.
• Zornitsa (4/5): I am happy that we booked for only 1 night. - Good location. Cosy apartment. Looking exactly like on the photos. It doesn’t have air conditioning. In Florence was 40 degrees outside. Imagine how it is possible to sleep inside without air conditioning :-( We only opened the windows but there is traffic 24/7, and again very hot. So we didn’t sleep at all. The host was not even helpful with parking - he just stopped answering our questions. Everything was by Whats app, no personal contact.

• Anonymous (5/5): Not a good choice if you need parking - not very clean - The location. It wasn’t clean. The shower tiles had mold on them and the shower drainage was clogged. Parking is not available as it’s stated on Booking. The host told us that we can park in front of a restaurant that was nearby. The whole street was under construction, so those parking spaces weren’t available. The apartment was in the ZTL zone, so we could park in front of the apartment between 20.00 and 8.00.* Only if you could find a free parking spot. We told the host about the situation. He said he didn’t know. And that the construction started probably one day before our arrival. And that clearly is not true.

• Pálma (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fine and clean, just like in the pictures. Close to the centre, 10 minutes by walking. There is no car place. The streets are very busy there is no chance to find one. But : there is a garage nearby (3 minutes walk) for 32 Euro pro day, not cheap but safe.

What we needed was there, even machine whith coffe☕... ,sleeping was so comfortable ... Yuri was very helpful in everything we needed, we never met a helpful guy like Yuri... He let our bag after check out, helped about tax payment and was easy to communicate with him in any time. Location was good all places of interest for tourist was near 10 min walking. Everything was 👌

Yuri sent us a video of how to get into the apartment, it was great.. There is a city parking near the house. On the way to the center there is a large selection of restaurants. We really liked it. Thank you for the comfort, cleanliness, convenience.
