- Alma (10/5): Amazing and cozy! - Everything about it was amazing. The location was excellent. I loved the apartment. It was very cozy and had every piece of equipment you might need. The kitchen was fully equipped and ready to use, and the bathroom was spacious with a large bathtub. There were high-tech windows throughout, even in the bathroom, which made the space feel bright and open. The place was very clean and had a beautiful, artistic touch. The hosts were trustworthy, and I’d definitely consider staying there again. There were stairs, but given the city and the central location, that was expected since the buildings are older, though very solid and full of character. The payment process could be handled a bit more professionally, but I understood it’s a newly listed place just starting to take bookings, so it wasn’t a major concern.

- Ashok (8/5): Very good - In Tirana, if you book any apartments, the host did not honour your booking. We booked Warm apartments in the centre, they sent confirmation and talked to me on the same day. When I reached there, they informed me that the room is not available. The same thing happened to me in the Mirela apartment, but she helped me to get a room nearby. Host in Mirela is very helpful. It is congested and neatness to be improved.
