Spacious flat with well equipped kitchen

- Maryse (8/5): Y avons passé 9 jours agréables - Rue et quartier tranquille, on était à quelques minutes de marche du train mais on n'entendait pas les trains passer. Voisins tranquilles aussi. Commerces à proximité.
Le fait d'avoir deux chambres était pratique pour nous.
Grande gentillesse de l'hôtesse qui nous a fourni beaucoup d'informations utiles et a répondu à nos attentes. Chauffage préprogrammé, légèrement insuffisant ( mais nous aurions pu en parler à l'Hôtesse qui aurait apporté les changements nécessaires).
Manque d'espace dans la salle de bains.
Petit frigo. C'est ok pour un court séjour mais aurait été trop petit pour un long séjour.
- Russell (10/5): Loved our stay in an exceptional location - The location of the property is exceptional. Within a 5 minute walk to Clapham Junction railway station with direct connection to Waterloo in 2 stops, made getting around London and day trips into the countryside extremely easy. The property is ground floor, large with excellent cooking facilities. The sleep quality was very good as it’s on a quiet street. It is close to loads of restaurants and supermarkets with the Roundhouse pub being at the end of the street it gave us a full English experience. Communication with Claudia and Simon was fantastic and they were quick to solve a minor hot water issue we had the same day Nothing it’s great property
- Stephanie (9/5): - L’emplacement est idéal malgré le fait qu’il est loin du centre-ville. Facilement accessible en autobus, train ou overground, peu importe où nous allions. Bien équipé avec laveuse et sécheuse. Espace bien aménagé pour une famille de 4 avec 2 chambres fermés.
- Margot (10/5): An extremely comfortable stay in a vibey neighbourhood. - Claudia’s place is a gem. It has a beautiful garden and when we arrived the red rose bush was in full bloom. She has decorated it with good taste but it is not overcrowded and every item of furniture has been carefully selected. Claudia gives detailed video instructions before you arrive so you know exactly how to open the doors with various keys, operate the sliding door, windows, and shower. If there is anything you would like to know, Claudia answers you promptly. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The area is well connected with Clapham Junction being a 10 minute walk from the flat and lovely restaurants, coffee shops and pubs in the close vicinity. Nothing.

Claudia was a very responsive hostess and we really appreciated her personal helpfulness. I would recommend the flat for its location, comfort and general pleasantness.
- Peter (10/5): Great stay in a clean, well appointed apartment that’s close public transport and everything else you might need. - This apartment has all the features you need for a short or long stay in London. It is very clean, well furnished and comfortable. With access to rail and buses within a few minutes walk, the location was ideal for my stay. With a little walking, it only takes 30-40 minutes in total to get to most places in central London. There are loads of cafes (nearby Bluebird Brothers was especially excellent), bars, restaurants, grocery stores and other shops at hand and a few parks close by. All communication with the owner was terrific - timely and very helpful.

- Marie (10/5): Great place near central London - The place was spotless and easy to access, felt very spacious with its two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. It was great being able to relax in the garden after a day of visits in London. The location is perfect, the flat being only a few minutes train to the main attractions. Given the chance, I would definitely stay there again.
- William (10/5): Highly Recommend - The location is great, not far from Clapham Junction Station, which is ideal for exploring London. There are a number of restaurants and pubs nearby if you are looking for somewhere to eat or have a drink. The flat is a nice size with a great clean,light & airy feel, 2 good size double bedrooms and a nice small private garden. The host Claudia was brilliant and communicated very well, and it was easy to get hold off if you had any issues.
- Ken (10/5): We would book here again. 100% - Loved the location and it’s on a quiet street with a nice back garden. Coffee shops, pubs, Sainsbury’s and a nice little curry house are just steps away. Clapham Junction train station is close and easy. Flat was clean and well equipped. Claudia is great host and communication was excellent
