• Sofía (1/5): TERROR - El apartamento era grande. Tenía un cuarto con 2 literas (4 plazas). Otro cuarto con una cama de matrimonio (2 plazas). Un tercer cuarto con una litera (2 plazas). Un sofá cama para 3 personas. Un total de 11 plazas. Era amplio. WOW, por dónde empezar. Fue de película de terror. Reservé y todo parecía normal hasta que llegamos. Empezó el calvario. Nos dieron una dirección para recoger las llaves con un código para una caja. Era en medio de una calle en un barrio MUY MUY INSEGURO. Estábamos 4 personas en medio de esa calle con todas las maletas y todo el mundo mirándonos. Daba MUY MALA espina. Llegamos a las 15:00. Hasta las 16:00 estuvimos intentando abrir las 7 u 8 cajas que había en esa puerta. ¡SORPRESA! En la caja no estaban las llaves. El contacto que me hablaba me dio varios códigos y ninguno abría. Nos mandó a otra ubicación y tampoco. Ya eran cerca de las 17:00. Ya, bastante molestos, lloviendo e inseguros en medio de ese barrio, el chico me dice que la chica de la limpieza, QUE ESTABA DENTRO DEL APARTAMENTO, ya salía a abrirnos. Pero nadie nunca salió. Es más, salió una chica de ese apartamento y nos dijo que ahí no era, que era en otra ubicación. Nosotros FLIPANDO, nos fuimos a la otra ubicación y, en ese trayecto, el chico me dijo que la chica de la limpieza ya venía, que había cogido cola y llegaba tarde. ¿PERO NO ERA QUE ESTABA DENTRO DE LA UBICACIÓN? Le volví a preguntar más adelante y me dijo que finalmente SE HABÍA QUEDADO ATRAPADA dentro del apartamento. ¿HOLA? Me envió un vídeo en el que salía ella intentando abrir la puerta. Pues nada. Pasaban las horas y no se solucionaba. Para colmo, ME DEJÓ DE RESPONDER. No sé cómo lo hicimos pero, después de volver hacia atrás a la ubicación, donde supuestamente teníamos que recoger las llaves, conseguimos unas llaves. No sabíamos que puerta habría esa llave, pero la cogimos. Ya el anfitrión no nos respondía y decidimos buscarnos la vida antes de tener que llamar a la policía. Logramos entrar en el edificio de la ubicación de alojamiento y subimos al piso que me habían indicado. Había una chica dentro. Se puso muy nerviosa. UNA PENA QUE NO PUEDA CONTINUAR PORQUE NO ME DAN LOS CARACTERES.

• Dréan (5/5): - L emplacement Appartement pas propre , canapé sent le pipi de chat, équipements usés et pas entretenus , problème de plomberie (les toilettes qui ont débordé et dans la baignoire les eaux usées sont remontées et donc pleins de saleté et de l eau noire remontant par la baignoire ) pas tres hygiénique et pour recuperer c est une vraie chasse au trésor.
• adrien (1/5): Mediocre!!a rénover!! - Le jour de notre arrivée apres avoir ete faire les courses, la galere a commencé, la clef ne tourne plus dans la serrure..impossible d ouvrir la porte..heureusement pour nous des membres de la famille etait restés sur place sinon vu la non réactivité des hébergeurs nous serions écore dehors!!jai essayé de revisser mais serrure defectueuse, vis non adapté, pas de solution apporté..ca nous a gaché notre 1ere soiree impossible de sortir tous ensemble..des echanges ou on tourne en rond puis rien!!pas de chauffage en prime les fenetres cassees il faisait super froid, menage approximatif, salle de bain remplie d humidité!!avec tout sa et le fait que le lendemaîn on nous apportait aucune solution nous avons ete contraint de repayer un autre logement!!Nous sommes toujours dans l attente d un retour pour remboursement!!Du jamais vu!!Honteux de laisser les gens comme sa!!A FUIR!!
• Veronika23 (7/5): Normálne ubytovanie za dobre peniaze - Okrem izieb sa dalo posielať v obývačke kde je veľký stôl. Vynikajúca poloha, vsetko blízko. Nekvalitné matrace,paplóny,vankúše a obliečky.
• Hessainia (7/5): - L'emplacement est super, un arrêt de bus en bas de l'immeuble et les 2 stations de métro est à à peine 10 minutes de marche. On y trouve beaucoup de snacks et de restaurants halal. Pour faire les courses il y a Aldi pas trop loin et de nombreuses supérettes. On était en famille il y avait beaucoup de lits, couvertures et serviettes. Spacieux pour une famille de 5 ou 6 ou même plus. Trop de bruit la nuit l'appartement est mal isolé, les rideaux occultent le jour heureusement on a prévu des bouchons d' oreilles et des masques de Sommeil. Cet appartement mérite des travaux de rénovation notamment la cuisine et les sanitaire mais ça reste correct et fait le job.
• MARIA JOSE (5/5): Por el precio parecia mejor y las fotos engañan. - Cambiamos bien los 7, tenia ascensor. Todo bastante viejo, solo un wc, bañera peligrosa, ventanas viejas, comedor mas pequeño de lo que parece, luces de poca intensidad en el comedor y el baño. No habia escoba decente ni bayetas en la cocina y el horno sucio.

• Juliette (6/5): Clean, warm, but not very comfortable - The location of the property was good, near to underground stations, supermarkets, take aways, interesting places such as the Fan Bridge. It was clean, and warm, but other than that very basic. There was a good over bath shower, and the kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery, a kettle, toaster, microwave and a washing machine. The beds weren't too comfortable but the bedding was clean and the duvets warm. The Internet was very patchy /not working. The staff messaging wia what's app was helpful. The biggest draw back was probably the lounge area. The table and (many) dining chairs took up too much space,.and although we pushed it back against the wall the settee that was also on the room didn't seat enough people and was not really comfortable, cosy or relaxing. We enjoyed our trip to London but the accommodation could have been better.

• Chrisredm (4/5): Mold in every room and poor communication - Close to 2 underground stations, 3 supermarkets close by. Plenty of food places around Kitchen had toaster, kettle and microwave. Plus working oven Flat in general was clean-linen, work tops, floors Communication was poor. First 2 messages before the stay not responded to. When we arrived keys were not in the lock box. Finally after waiting almost an hour we got them but refusing to answer a phone call is just ridiculous when things like that happen. Asked for extra toilets rolls twice and didn't get any so had to buy our own. There was mold in almost ever room which is a health hazard and totally unacceptable. See pictures. Probably becuase the Central heating did not work and was cold in the flat. I am a warm person, usually first to open windows, but when it's only 14 during the day and 8 degrees at night , only having one small portable heater in the lounge is not enough. The duvets were pretty warm though so that was good point. Only one sofa in lounge which if there were 8 people is not enough so you have to sit on dining chairs which are not comfy for a long period It's not 4 bedrooms as advertised. It's 3 with the option to sleep in the lounge I assume.

• Susan (4/5): Recommend choosing a differnet property unless you need close access to multiple tubes. - This is very easy access to two underground stations (both the same name) that will get you anywhere in the city. There is a store just a block away and many places to eat. The hosts were very responsive to our texts. The host requires the use of the whatsapp and won't communicate any other way. The keys must be collected a block away. The flat is incredibly small. We had five people and it felt cramped. For some reason the hosts have so much furniture that you can barely move around. There is a kitchen table in the main room that takes up 50% of the room. There are huge chairs, a bed, a couch and a fridge in the same main room. So there is very little room left to relax. The bathroom is the smallest we experienced on our trip. The insta-hot water pot had so much lime scale it was unusable as it flaked into the water. We had to scrub every pan we used. The washer was broken and unusable. The drying rack was also broken, and we had to prop it up to use it. The hosts were responsive, but the solution to the washer was to walk 1/2 mile away and use one on a landing outside someone else's flat which was really awkward especially at 2200. The area is very loud and the windows don't block the traffic noise. The area after dark is not great and often we would arrive after dark and it felt unsafe to walk to the flat. One night we were kept awake because it was police sirens all night; there wasn't a night without sirens. If you have a family with young kids I would not recommend staying here.

• Jakubligac (7/5): Good - The apartment is close to Edgware road station, the staff was very helpful and helped in any requests. The apartment is little older and therefore a bit more worn. It is good for larger groups of people with lower expectations - don't look for luxury, but it will get the job done.
