- Lauren (9/5): Perfect away from the bustle, value security, and need 3 separate rooms! - The three separate rooms were great - we had just been on a cruise cooped up with each other so big relief. The location is super secure. Heavy gated doors in villa, elevator to apartment, bank style locks on front door. Location is down a quiet alley but tons of food and stores a block away. Easy to hail taxis. Great for if you don’t want to deal with a million people in tourist areas. The owner was super with her communications. The only complaint was having to share one bathroom, but it can’t be fixed. So we made due.

- Lail (1/5): Great location, but unprofessional and frustrating hosts. - Great location and charming space. We left a bag behind, which was entirely our mistake, and a loss we were willing to accept. We reached out to the host to see if they could send it, and they agreed to. We were relieved, expressed our intent to pay for the shipping and extra effort. Then they stopped communicating or responding. We waited several weeks and sent several follow ups. They eventually responded, apologized, and explained they were on vacation. We told them we understood, and thanked them. We waited a couple more weeks, and reached out, but they ghosted again. I've messaged several times since, asking them to at least confirm that the bag couldn't be sent. They've stopped reading our messages. Super unprofessional and frustrating end to an otherwise positive stay.
- Iris (9/5): Great fun and exhausting. - The apartment was very clean and had good equipment including a washing machine which was a real treat. It was in a great area; lots of nearby bars and restaurants. One of the air conditioning units did not work very well.

- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - 3 nights at June 2024.....Fantastic new apartment just renovated in the center of Rome, the Spanish Steps area just at 700mt., a lot of restaurants, bar, and market at 50mt. 3 air-conditioned rooms with TV, wonderful modern bathroom, shower with various types of water jet, free wifi stand + a small portable wifi box that you can use when you are away from home (connects up to 5 devices). Complementary tools: shower bath and shampoo, towels, kitchen tools for cooking, water bottles, espresso coffee machine with some complementary capsules, new washing machine with detergent. The host Mrs. Cristina amazing lovely and friendly person, will help you for any request, she gave us a red bottle wine as a gift at check-in time. Really value for money, Highly reccomanded place. nop
