• De Pauw (7/5): Prima appartement op goede locatie. Communicatie met verhuurderis wat minder - Locatie is goed. Ruim en net appartement. Communicatie was enkel in het Spaans. Sleutel lag in kluisje. Mail voor aankomst gaf veel info maar code voor kluisje ontbrak. Host bellen lukte niet. Enkel na 3de poging via WhatsApp door vlot Spaans sprekende vriend kregen we de goede code.

• RICARDAS (10/5): - We were two in two bedroom flat. Living room is huge. Lots of sun, very bright space. Flat is on first floor and on the bottom is a restaurant so it is on the main road. Food store next door. Flat is not in that red building as I thought 😊. Allways free space to park a car. Car needed because there is nothing to do. We loved everyting.

Restaurants onder het appartement, idd de geur, maar dat was oké, zijn er een aantal keer gaan eten Er waren 2 badkamers, maar hadden niet begrepen dat er maar in 1 badkamer een douche zit.

• Juan Borja (9/5): Muy bien en general - Buen estado, amplio y fácil acceso. Cocina completa y dos baños. Aparcamiento por la zona. Lo único negativo, es tener el restaurante justo debajo. No es excesivamente ruidoso y cierra en torno a las 00:00, así que fue llevadero.

• Arnold (6/5): - Saubere, moderne, geräumige und komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung. Strand in akzeptabler Lage. Nahe gelegener Supermarkt. Lauter Strassenverkehr von früh morgens bis spät in die Nacht. Die Wohnung (1.Stock) befindet sich direkt über einem sehr stark frequentierten Restaurant. Beim Balkonaufenthalt entfalten sich unangenehme Küchengerüche von früh bis in die Nacht. Je nach Windrichtung war der Balkonaufenthalt nicht möglich. Für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Ferienaufenthalt ist die Wohnung nicht gut geeignet, oder nur zu einem erheblich tieferen Preis zumutbar. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist Pam-Mar generell sehr schlecht erreichbar. Man ist auf ein Taxi angewiesen, falls man die nähere Umgebung erkunden will. Die Angaben zum Zimmerzugang(Schlüsselübergabe) sollte mindestens einen Tag vor der Ankunft per Mail bekanntgegeben werden. Am Anreisetag hat man oft keinen Internetzugang, so dass man diese Angaben ggf. gar nicht rechtzeitig erhält.
• Enrico (10/5): Tutto ottimo - Appartamento in zona tranquilla a 10 minuti di auto da Los Cristianos e da molte altre zone d'interesse. Molto spazioso, host davvero gentile, cucina comoda e salotto molto pratico, terrazzo calpestabile in comune fra le due camere da letto, diversi asciugamani a disposizione e due bagni, uno senza doccia ma molto pratici per usarne uno mentre magari l'altro è occupato. Piscina grande e comoda, fruibile in ogni orario in cui ci siamo presentati. Appena sotto l'appartamento Bar/Risto-Pizzeria italiani approved, SuperDiplo (supermercato) e qualche agenzia di servizi che non abbiamo modo di valutare. C'è ben poco da migliorare, forse aggiungerei una lavastoviglie.

• Neuza (9/5): Excelente - O apartamento está muito bem localizado, limpo e bem equipado, com supermercado e dois restaurantes no condomínio. Camas muito confortáveis, ventoinha nos quartos para as noites mais quentes. A piscina do condomínio foi remodelada e as condições estão excelentes. Como o apartamento está localizado no 1° andar por cima dos restaurantes, acaba por existir algum barulho noturno após as 22h. De resto nada a apontar, recomendo!
• maxime (1/5): J’aurais dû faire opposition au prélèvement et tout annuler dès mes premières impressions. Ils se sont permis de débiter - Très lumineux, grande terrasse. La piscine était en travaux, ce que nous n’avons appris que le jour de notre arrivée, en plein trajet. Le logement est situé juste au-dessus de restaurants, ce qui le rend extrêmement bruyant jusqu’à une heure du matin. Le montant total de la réservation a été prélevé avant même la date limite d’annulation, sans respect du délai prévu. Les équipements sont très limités, et un seul jeu de clés a été fourni pour toute la famille, ce qui est peu pratique et peu sécurisant. Le dialogue avec les responsables a été malhonnête : ils se retranchent systématiquement derrière les conditions générales de vente, sans jamais reconnaître que ces règles s’appliquent aussi à eux. J’ai déposé une plainte auprès de la mairie, de Booking et de la Guardia Civil. Par ailleurs, le panneau “Vivienda Vacacional” est affiché à l’intérieur du logement, alors que la loi exige qu’il soit visible de l’extérieur. Il est clair que le seul objectif de cet établissement est de faire de l’argent, au détriment total de la qualité du service et du respect des voyageurs.
