• Cristina (10/5): Perfect location, amazing staff - I had a very good experience with this property. The location is very convenient, very close to city center and many restaurants and stores. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Additionally, the staff was incredible responsive and kind. I had an issue with the train and arrived very late after midnight and they managed to support with the check in and even answered my calls after midnight to explain all the process. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Madrid Overall everything was great. Only a small detail is that the shower could me improved is not comfortable to take a shower with the current setup
• LuisRivera (9/5): gerne im Herzen Madrids - Zum eins, war die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss (perfekt für Leute mit begrenzter Mobilität) und die Lage hervorragend. Zum zwei, war die Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut, sogar mit (löslichem) Kaffee und Pasta für die Gästen. Obwohl wir in Mai besucht haben, war die Wohnung eher kalt. Fenster gab es nur in Richtung Innenhof, die einzige Quelle von Tageslicht. Die Beleuchtung war mit weißen LED Lampen und hat den kalten Gefühl nur verstärkt.

El sillon comodisimo para sentarse pero muy incomodo para dormir. No lo recomiendo para adultos. En nuestro caso, la calefaccion habia q solicitar q la enciendan

• M (8/5): Piso super completo a 300 mts. de la Gran Vía - - Todo muy limpio - Muy completa la cocina y comodidades. - Ubicación inmejorable - Olor a humedad en el baño. - Al llegar estaba dañado el soporte del duchador y era algo incómodo para bañarse. El anfitrión propuso enviar una persona a repararlo pero preferimos dejarlo así, pues nos quedamos pocas noches.

• Nena Rodriguez Martin (7/5): - La ubicación, inmejorable!! El sofá, no era sofá cama, sólo se extendía. Quizás para niños bien, pero para adultos no tanto. Incomodísimo. Otra cosa que nos rechinó mucho fue la estantería metálica del baño oxidada. Esos detalles son muy importantes

Salt from McDonalds is unacceptable The knives were so blunt we had to buy our own knife to cut vegetables No vegetable peeler - basic essential 5 paper napkins Coffee machine with not even 2 pods When there was no heating or hot water I was told to fix the boiler which I refused and it took the handy man 20 minutes to fix You turned off our heating and I had to ask for it to be turned back on You leave only 2 pegs to hang out a full load of washing The washing machine keeps showing an error message and we had to keep re/starting it The slot that holds the shower head up doesn’t hold it and could only use as a hand held I would not recommend this place until you change these things to make it more comfortable for future guests

• AHMED (1/5): Dirty apartment – very poor experience - Nothing Unfortunately, our experience with this property was far below expectations. We arrived at 14:30, but we were not able to check in until 19:00 because the apartment had not been cleaned. This was extremely inconvenient after a long trip and created a very poor first impression. No prior warning was given, and we were left waiting for hours without a clear explanation or solution. When we finally entered the apartment, things did not improve. The sheets were dirty, and the overall condition of the space felt unclean and unprepared for guests. We called the host using the number provided on Booking, and he answered saying, “My sister will call you” — but no one ever did. There was no real follow-up, and we felt completely ignored. To make things worse, there was no toilet paper provided. We had to go out and buy some ourselves at midnight, which is simply unacceptable in any rental accommodation. Cleanliness and basic organization are the minimum any guest expects, and sadly, this stay failed on both fronts. The poor communication, long wait, and lack of hospitality turned what should have been a relaxing start to our stay into a stressful experience. I would not recommend this property. It needs serious improvement in guest service, cleaning standards, and time management. Future guests should be aware of what they might face before booking.
