• Inji (10/5): - 숙소의 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 나폴리에서 가고싶었던 거의 모든곳을 걸어갈 수 있었습니다. 호스트는 친절했고 불편한 점이 없는지 항상 살폈습니다. 근처에 슈퍼가 있어서 신선한 과일과 치즈도 얼마든지 사먹을 수 있었습니다.

• Sara (8/5): - Excellent location. Nice bright and large apartment with everything required for a short stay. Unusual set up - to access the room you need to enter the owners own property - it's like an annexe. It wasn't a problem for us but we didn't realise this was the case prior to arrival

• Maria (10/5): - Αυτό που κάνει το Smile in Toledo ιδανικό για τη διαμονή στη Νάπολη είναι η κεντρική του θέση στην πόλη και η άμεση πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς (μετρό στα 400 μέτρα και στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Το στρώμα ήταν εξαιρετικό, ο χώρος καθαρός, πολύ προσεγμένη επίπλωση! και εξοπλισμένος με κάθε τι που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενική και εξυπηρετική! Το υπνοδωμάτιο ήταν κάπως μικρό. Επίσης από το ενοικιαζόμενο κατάλυμα βλέπει κάνεις την εσωτερική αυλή του διαμερίσματος και δεν έχει καμία πρόσβαση στην υπέροχη θέα που παρουσιάζεται στη φωτογραφία του καταλύματος στην Booking.
• Aicha Nadia (9/5): - La propriété e est très très gentille l appart est très propre et bien équipé de tout machine à laver fer à repasser séchoir gaz pour cuisiner… l emplacement de l appart est au centre d intérêt à via Toledo où il a tt quartier espagnol….. La porte d entrée de l immeuble est très petite nous on etais avec notre bébé donc avec la poussette c un peut gênant mais bon c pas un truc grave

Gli spazi sono pratici e ben organizzati: la cucina è completa di tutto, il bagno l’ho trovato pulitissimo, mentre il divano letto in salotto è davvero comodo e funzionale. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a negozi e mezzi di trasporto, quindi ci si muove facilmente. La signora che gestisce l’alloggio è stata gentilissima e disponibile, pronta a dare indicazioni utili per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Nel complesso un’ottima scelta, lo consiglierei volentieri.

Pina, the host made me feel welcome and attentive to all my needs. A very secure property. Nothing stands out but if I’m going to be ‘picky’ I found the pillows to be hard.

The room is as centrally as it gets with an amazing view. Very clean, very big and the bed was very comfortable. Our friends booked at a different room close to via toledo and when they came to visit us the were amazed of our room and they said that next time they are booking the smile in toledo room.
• Ilya (10/5): Cute apartment in a historical building with the best view you can expect. - Old 16th century house which was build for top officers. Huge wooden door at the entrance, lift that brings you to the top floor. Very spacious room and spacious bathroom. The view that beats any expectations. You will see st. Nicolas cathedral dome and Vomero hill on the back with the castle on top. Room with vintage furniture is clean and full of light. You will find everything for coffee and tea inside the room. Our host Pina was very friendly and helpful! Nothing bad to say) Some noise comes from the street but that’s not a problem. The church’s bell also ringing sometimes and it’s more like something unique than uncomfortable.
• Amber-rose (9/5): Best location and hostess - This is an amazing place to stay and Pina is an incredible hostess! She took care of us and we felt so at home! The view from the room is incredible and so is the location. The room was clean and bright and we had everything that we needed. We are so so happy that we chose to stay here and will do so again when we return to Naples one day!

A wonderful location in the heart of the city you can feel the energy from the balcony of the apartment. Pina is the most accommodating and caring host I’ve had the pleasure to stay with. Such a lovely person. The recommendations and advice from Pina makes the experience so much better. The apartment is very clean and contains everything you need. Could not recommended this place more!
• Lynn (10/5): A nice change from hotel room travel - The space is interesting & beautiful. Definitely a great value too! Our host Pina was so available & attentive to any questions. We felt like she's a distant relative wanting us to have the best travel experience. Our room actually had better amenities than many of the hotel rooms through our Italy travels with coffee & tea makers as well as small fridge with cool filtered water waiting : ) Nothing really negative at all! At first we were worried the room wouldn't be cool enough (we arrived in the middle of an historic heat wave for Italy) but nope! The room cooled right down & was perfect for our needs. (We like it pretty cool when we sleep)

• Karin (10/5): Best place to stay in Naples with a lovely hostess - beautiful, clean and close to everything - Pina was a great hostess and a lovely lady. Kind, helpful and caring. Her beautiful apartment is sitauted in a good area of ​​Naples, between the two metro stations Dante and Toledo. It is a perfect place to have as your base when you explore Naples. It is close to several interesting spots, like Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napol, The Sansevero Chapel Museum, Piazza Bellini for nightlife. We walked everywhere from there and we always felt safe, also late at night. The room was clean and tasteful. It had a a small balcony facing a beautiful church and the bustling street five floors down. It had aircondition, a perfect working wifi and a TV. The bathroom was elegant with two sinks, a bathtub with a shower and a bidet. There was coffee and tea included in the price. The stairwell was big and had an elevator which was nice when the apartment was on the 5:th floor. I travelled with my two children, 17 and 20 years old and we all liked and appreciated Pina´s place. It is a proper place. If we return to Naples we will stay here again. This was the best place we stayed at in Naples. We also stayed two nights at Plaza Bellini but there it was to much noise during the night and the morning so it was hard to get a good sleep. This will not be the case att Toledo Smile. There you feel safe and happy! Nothing. Everything was good.

• Pat (10/5): Exceptional - Pina was an excellent host from organising from the airport a taxi , welcoming us at the apartment settling us in , giving excellent recommendations on where to eat locally in the neighbourhood restaurants where all the local families dined giving us a chance to experience the true local cuisine, Pina arranged our taxi to take us to the airport and checked to see did we get there , would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone
