• bolin (6/5): Convenient but pricey stay in Vienna for a group of 4 persons. - The location was very good, convenient for walking to most all attractions that we wanted to visit. There was a good amount of hot water, and the washing machine was working ok. Liked the windows which could open well for fresh air. There was no microwave oven or other oven for cooking, only a small cooktop. There was no television. The bed in second bedroom was not firm enough, and it fell off the foundation and crashed to the floor. Fortunately, we were able to re-assemble it. The first bedroom had no armoire or clothes rack for hanging clothes.

• Olga (4/5): Vienne est top mais le logement tres decevant - Localisation est top - Escalier sans ascenceur - pas de rideau dans la salle de bain (y compris toilette) avec un vis a vis à 180 degree (on a du mettre deux serviette sur fenetre) - pas de tele - mot de passe wifi pas communiqué et impossible à obtenir - meuble de cuisine gras (poignets, etagères) - equipement cuisine insuffisent (pas de micronde, verre à vin, champagne) - matelas chambre horrible - meuble chambre qui date de 30-40 ans - communication avec gestionnaire - on a recu les info pour l'appartement au 2eme etage, alors qu'elle etait au 3eme (on a dû faire le code de boite à clé à chaque etage pour trouver le bon etage et l'appartement...assez stressant) - en communicant avec le gestionnaire celui ci (apres plusieur echange avec l'IA) nous dit qu'il ne gere plus le logement et nous redirige vers un autre numero (plus reactive ceci dit)

• Noel (9/5): Good fun stay in good weather. - This is written by 2 people nearing 80 and one is an air BNB Host. So our comments reflect our expectations. Bathroom excellent but no tablets for the washing machine We slept well. But an occasional table by the sofa would have been good Kitchen - only a hob and no oven. And a micro wave would have been good. There were no Tea Towels, plug for the sink, or tablets for the dishwasher. We filled the trash bag and there were no replacement bags or instructions for disposal. We expected to have useful hints on getting around and a map of the town would be good. When we went to the tourist office later in our stay there were maps in all languages available. Why did you not supply these? To get into the apartment read the instructions carefully about getting the key for the flat. The outer front door was always open.

• Katarzyna (6/5): świetna lokalizacja, ale standard części wspólnych i łazienki zdecydowanie do poprawy - Do niewątpliwych zalet zaliczyłabym bardzo dobrą lokalizację – wiele atrakcji w zasięgu spaceru, a jeśli nie chce się zwiedzić coś dalej, to tuż obok jest metro. Okolica spokojna i cicha, co zdecydowanie na plus, blisko sklep i kilka restauracji. Pokoje były czyste, choć jeden z nich (z łóżkiem i kanapą) jest przechodni, co może być niewygodne. . Niestety część wspólna wypada słabo – kuchnio-jadalnia wyposażona w krzesła w bardzo złym stanie, wyglądające jak wyjęte ze śmietnika: poplamione i porwane. Robi to bardzo złe wrażenie. Również łazienka, choć na pierwszy rzut oka czysta, jest stanowczo do poprawy – widoczny grzyb na ścianie oraz w kabinie prysznicowej. Warto też wiedzieć, że w budynku nie ma windy, a schody są kręcone, co może być istotne przy bagażach lub dla osób z ograniczoną mobilnością.

• Kate (10/5): Comfortable, great location - Comfortable beds, great location, great value for money. Was perfect for our group. A lot of reviews say they don’t know how this apartment could fit 6 people. But there are 3 double beds (the couch pulls out to a very comfortable large double), every person has their own duvet. There is a large bedroom with a king size bed, then a sitting room with another large bed and a couch that converts into a large double bed. A small separate kitchen & a large bathroom. Suited us perfectly. There was such a nice traditional Austrian Bar/Restaurant just under (to the left) of the apartment. Would 100% recommend. No iron/ironing board & company wouldn’t provide one before our arrival. Our door handles were really stiff. We had an issue with locking our key in the apartment (our own fault) and we weren’t able to get a replacement key, so had to pay for locksmith. Just be careful with making sure you always leave with your key - lesson learned.

Elromlott a zár és nem volt elérhető ember aki segített volna, sem a szállásadó sem a booking.com oldaláról.
• Rut (7/5): - La calefaccion funcionaba genial. Las camas son muy grandes. La ubicación immejorable. No funcionaba el wifi. A la cafetera le falta una pieza y funciona mal. La nevera no cierra bien. La ducha pierde agua por el caño. Las almohadas son mejorables. La puerta de la calle poco segura.

La cuina no esta ben equipada, no te coberts per cinc persones. Paper higiènic escàs, nomes un rotllo per cinc persones i tres dies. Atenen les nostres queixes amablement i amb bones paraules, pero no ho solucionen ni ens porten el que falta.
• juan (1/5): UNA COMPLETA ESTAFA y ENGAÑO EN LA OFERTA. - La ubicación La primera sorpresa del fue que era un tercer piso sin ascensor, cosa que no estaba en el anuncio y además con una escalera de caracol y de piedra como si fuese la subida a una torre de un castillo y las sorpresas no habían terminado. El frigorífico era de hace mas de 40 años con un pequeñísimo congelador lleno de hielo y claro el frigorífico no enfriaba, por ello se nos estropeo la insulina y tuvimos que comprar otra con un costo de 80 €. La vivienda estaba muy sucia, el inodoro tenia una costra de suciedad que daba asco utilizarlo ( se adjuntan fotografías de toda la reseña). Las tazas del desayuno viejas y con ribetes negros de suciedad que no eran utilizables, además con solo dos cucharillas. ( éramos cuatro personas ). Las luces de la zona del comedor no funcionaban y teníamos que cenar a oscuras,. Todo esto se puso en conocimiento de los propietarios y lo único que hicieron fue limpiar el inodoro y rascar un poco el hielo del congelador que seguía sin enfriar , en las fotos del apartamento había una TV, pero la TV estaba metida dentro de un armario y no funcionaba, el aparato que teníamos para conectarnos a internet no funcionaba, la cafetera tenia un contacto y tampoco funcionaba, por otro lado en el piso no había microondas, ni horno, todo un desastre, parece mentira que BOOKING, ofrezca apartamentos con ese estado y creemos que después de haber sufrido, lo menos que debería hacer BOOKING, es reembolsarnos los 80€ de la insulina y no volver a ofertar este apartamento a otros usuarios. BOOKING al día de hoy no nos han devuelto los 80 € de la insulina.

• Simone (8/5): Nonostante i piccoli intoppi, assolutamente da ripetere!!! - Posizione, vicinanza alla metro e struttura dell'appartamento (due camere da letto, soggiorno con angolo cottura e bagno) riduttivamente eccellenti. Davvero complimenti per tutto!!! Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato a dir poco superlativo, come per nessun'altra struttura trovata su Booking a Vienna nel medesimo periodo (metà marzo). La pulizia sarebbe potuta essere leggermente migliore. In tutta onestà, una miriade di capelli nel letto non sono stati piacevolissimi da trovare!!! Inoltre, ho fatto presente di avere un problema col wifi sin dall'arrivo (la password era corretta, i dispositivi si connettevano ma c'era un errore di connessione) ma non mi è stato mai risolto, nonostante le mail inviate.
• Jóhann (1/5): Horrible experience. - The location was convenient and check-in was easy due to fact that the door is unlocked at all times. The apartment was really dirty, there was mold in the bathroom and smell of old smoke in the apartment and of the bedding and the towels. The smell of smoke and foul air was so bad in the inner bedroom, that we had to move into the living room sofa. There was no toilet paper and no WiFi, and even though I complained about the WiFi - the issue was never solved. All the cutlery and dinnerware were dirty so we had to wash it up before using anything. The door to the street entrance is always open and unlocked. This was a very bad experience and we left feeling sick due to the mold and dirtyness of the place. Thanks for nothing!

• Ulrike (5/5): Wir haben es sehr genossen, in Wien zu sein die Lage war fantastisch, wir konnten alles zu Fuß gehen - In einem Bett war der Lattenrost defekt eine Latte fehlte eine andere war herausgefallen . Wir konnten die herausgefallene Latte wieder einschieben, jedoch löste sie sich zweimal. Ich habe den Schaden gemeldet.
• Rym (8/5): Parfait pour un court séjour en famille - L’emplacement de l’appartement est magnifique, à 3mn à pied de la station de métro , qui est proche de tout (2 stations du centre ville) , l’appartement est très bien chauffé pour les températures négatives, l’appartement est bien équipé, nous n’avons pas cuisiné, l’appartement est assez vaste pour un couple et 3 enfants, Le gros point noir c est les escaliers en colimaçon, au 3eme étage c est un peu fatiguant, après une longue marche ou des valises, aussi la fenêtre de la salle de bain n a pas de store ou de rideaux épais, avec un vis a vis important , pour aller aux wc le soir c est un problème! Un vrai aquarium ! Les lits sont dotés de couettes séparées d une place , légèrement petites et étroites , Il manque aussi draps et oreillers on était 5 personnes , donc la 5eme n avait pas de couchage à proprement dit, Manque un peu de nettoyage, les coins avait un peu de poussière accumulées Mais sinon je recommande

• Sara (2/5): Desilusão - A cama era confortável e grande e a zona onde a casa estava era perto do centro, mas ao mesmo tempo calma. A sanita estava nojenta, com restos de degestos; a casa cheirava a tabaco; a luz da cozinha não acendia; o radiador do quarto não funcionou na primeira noite, mas eles resolveram este problema quando reclamámos; nós esperávamos 2 quartos separados, segundo as fotos, mas apenas havia 1 quarto e uma segunda cama na sala - para passar do quarto para a casa-de-banho tínhamos que passar pela sala, acordando quem lá dormia.

Estaba en un tercer piso con escaleras tipo caracol y no nos avisaron,íbamos con gente mayor. Faltaban sábanas para la quita persona y la limpieza así así. La cafetera no funcionaba.

Cosa fondamentamentale mancava la carta igienica e avendo soggiornato in 4 persone per 4 giorni forse un cambio biancheria poteva essere previsto.
• Cristina (5/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación, sin duda, es lo mejor del alojamiento. Para empezar, éramos 3 personas viajando por trabajo con horarios diferentes y sólo había una llave dispobnible, además la puerta no se podía cerar sin llave, lo cual fue bastante incómodo. Pedimos otra pero nos dijeron que no era posible. El portal siempre estaba abierto y lleno de basura. Lo venden como 2 habitaciones pero en realidad es de una habitación y un salón convertido en habitación por el que había que pasar desde la única habitación que había para ir al baño y la cocina. La limpieza y la decoración dejaban mucho que desear. No encontramos ropa de cama para el sofá cama y tuvimos que usar uno de los edredones de una de las camas. El menaje de la cocina era bastante escaso y el chorro de la ducha también.

It is 1 bedroom plus a double bed set up in the living room with 1 sofa for 3 people. There were 3 of us so it was fine but anymore than that, not sure where you're supposed to sit! The description is incorrect & v misleading. If you are just looking for somewhere clean to sleep in an excellent location then this will suit you. The kitchen is basic - utensils & crockery & a tiny frying pan plus couple of saucepans which seem pointless as only 2 ring electric plate. No oven, toaster or microwave. The fridge freezer door doesn't close properly & the freezer bit is frozen shut because of all the ice. The shower is awful, if you got more than a dribble you were lucky. No hot water in sink in bathroom. We arrived to no toilet paper. I sent a message & they were going to drop some off the next day. Bit late by then! I didn't read the reviews until after booking as my husband booked it so my expectations were v low. It's a shame because many of these things could be remedied so reviews would be more positive. The location is brilliant, lots of restaurants & cafes nearby & good access to museums.

• Aylwin (7/5): - L’emplacement à 2 pas du centre ville Lits confortables L’appartement est globalement vétuste. Le plafonnier de la cuisine ne marchait pas, or c’est la pièce de vie dans cet appartement, beaucoup trop sombre. Il manquait des couvertures, le papier toilette et des couverts

Hay que pasar por esa habitación para llegar a la otra, por lo que resta intimidad; (esto no está claro en el anuncio, y crea confusión). El agua caliente de la ducha no tiene presión, cae muy poca agua (apenas unas gotas), por lo que dificulta la higiene personal. Se echa en falta un microondas. Limpieza muy deficiente debajo de los muebles. Al mover el sofá apareció gran cantidad de pelusa y suciedad. No disponía de papel higiénico en el cuarto de baño.

• Ha (8/5): - The location! The info is a big misleading in terms of number of guests the apartment can accommodate. I booked for a group of 5 but it turns out the apartment can only accommodate 4 people. So one of us had to sleep in a sofa (which is not a sofa bed). Also, the staff handled our situation quite slow and without proper follow up.

• Alex (2/5): There is NO second bedroom. Just bedroom and living room. - Location is good. I've seen several negative reviews and found them non-relevant mostly. Ants? Yes, but they confine themselves to the kitchen. Old furniture? Yes, but actually adding nice vintage touch.. Would rate it 7-8, but.. The problem is elsewhere. Well, mattresses are veery basic and cheap, but the main problem is not that. It is: --- Bedroom 1 - 1 full bed Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed Living room - 1 sofa bed --- You may assume there is living room and two bedrooms? WRONG. There is just one bedroom and one living room. Which was entirely unacceptable and misleading.

• Marinela (9/5): - Locația este ok pentru o familie, asa cum am fost noi, noua ne-a plăcut. Sunt 2 dormitoare, o bucătărie utilata și o baie. Este curat, camerele sunt mari. La întrare în clădire este oribil, parca este abandonat și cu o pubela cu gunoi urat mirositoare. Întrarea în clădire strica totul. Când ajungi în apartament, totul se schimba, este decent. Ar putea sa schimbe vasul de wc pentru ca este foarte foarte folosit, pare din epoca de piatra.

• Sethujanatran (3/5): Horrible and regret trusting booking.com - Location was good. Everything bad ; 1. There is no lift in the apartment and this was a big surprise for us. I am with family ( kids and elderly ) climbing up the spiral staircase was horror. We didn’t expected this at all, and making me think why SHOULD I TRUST BOOKING.Com after this. 2. Kitchen utensils were not complete ,and it was not clean. 3. Apartment were dusty making my kids to have dust related cough and sneezing. 4. Extremely bad shower panel causing the whole bathroom wet and very slippery. Again NOT SAFE AT ALL FOR MY FAMILY. 5. My bad i didn’t check if there is TV provided. All my previous experiences booking apartment always TV is provided but no TV in this apartment is like a shock for us. 6. The apartment is very hot and there is only one fan provided. It’s like sleeping in oven. Again i need to mention ; Booking.com failed miserably by suggesting this apartment and I regret for it. Please do not do this to anyone because we are paying for it and nothing come for free.
