Guest Reviews
- anthony (6/5): over priced and lack of the ability to have a good shower - it was the right location for us and size of house and facilities noisy music next door,,the smell of dog shit on one morning,,the smell of sewarage at 3 am on another morning
the showers and water was terrible, all water connected the same mains,,couldnt do 2 things at the same time and pressure was terrible,,and the hot and cold were inconsistent on off on off etc

- Rhodes (8/5): A great place to make home whilst you explore breathtaking Busselton - This is a beautiful property situated just a short walk from the town and beaches. Excellent location
- Yevgeniy (10/5): Great experience. - Great location and unit. No comment as everything was very good.
- Brenda (10/5): Very comfortable and convenient stay in Busselton - The accommodation was very comfortable and very conveniently situated for accessing the waterfront for the Ironman event. Thé beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Thé double garage was very much appreciated. Nothing

- Raymond (9/5): - Good position was great for two couples
- Mark (7/5): Good - good location, facilities we good bed was soft and saggy in the middle.
no mention of security deposit required on booking.com but insisted on one and then added credit card charge
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional - Had a problem.with double administration giving financial details twice?
- Craig (9/5): Superb -
- Kimberley (8/5): Almost excellent but lacking in fans/aircon - Location to town and beach was great.
Quiet neighbourhood.
Very responsive staff when electrical issue reported, and was resolved within 12 hours.
Having garage access direct into house was excellent for security with young children.
Provided childrens items for eating eg plates/cups.
Bbq and outdoor area was comfy.
Huge smart tv was great for passifying kids for a while after long hot days in the sun.
Provided dishwasher and laundry cleaning agents which saved us buying a whole box for only a short trip. Bed in master room had so much comfort potential but likely mattress hasnt been turned or replaced recently, had dips and seemed to tilt head down.
2nd bedroom bed very squeeky.
3rd bedroom (with bunks) had no fan.
Only aircon was small unit in dining room which did not cool any bedrooms.
Top bunk wasnt made up, had to do it ourselves on arrival with small tired children.
Couldn't find any bbq utensils which made using and cleaning bbq tricky and labour intensive.
Squeeky doors to minor bedrooms.
- Shauna (8/5): We loved our stay at Central on Kent. Close to the jetty & supermarkets - Location, spacious house, No ducted air con, require more dishwashing tablets, sugar for tea/coffee
- Anita (8/5): Very good -
- Jeffenny (1/5): Bad -
- Paul (9/5): Loved being so close to Busselton town centre. - Clean, well presented property, with Busselton accessible on foot. Would happily stay there again. Tired Bathroom
- John (9/5): I first stayed the night in Busselton in 1998, the town is now larger but it retains its charm. - KEYS. Having never rented a holiday property, I didn't print off the paperwork that gave me the lockbox code. Lucky for us the owner was just next door on the day, after a disaster of a journey from England with a 3-year-old and 6-month-old baby her help was a blessing. As a 76-year-old disabled man with a walking aid and a rented scooter, I would give the property a 95% rating for my requirements. The toilet was too low for my disabled requirements, but I had anticipated this and had a frame.
- Francine (8/5): Very comfortable long weekend with family despite the weather. - Plenty of space.
Close to town.
Contained everything we could have required. Parking a bit difficult.
Earlier check in and later checkout (without a fee!)
Price.
- Charles (9/5): Lovely,clean and tidy -
- Lorraine (9/5): Superb -
- Krissy (9/5): Superb -
- Sinead (8/5): Enjoyed the location and all Busso has to offer - Location was perfect, could walk everywhere, aircon kept us cool from the hot weather Thought it was a little pricey
- Laura (9/5): Great location for a holiday. Walking distance to the beach and jetty. - Location and cleanliness No plug could be located for the bath
- Rest-a-sured (8/5): Very good - Booking was made via Booking.com, but the agency then required further details to be completed.
As I had booked this for my boss ( work) , on the check in day I was asked to provide CC details etc which was a challenge as he was already in Busselton.
