Donald (8/5): Great location for the price in Ebeltoft. - Location, house, and customer service were great. We didn't have a BBQ as advertised but after a quick call, it was delivered within 30 mins. However we discovered later the hot water heater would not produce enough water for the multiple uses of the jacuzzi. The heater in the kids room did not work. Also the hot water boiler to make tea did not work. We only stayed two days so it was not critical. However I'm sure the staff would've resolved this quickly. Otherwise beautiful place for the money. Some items did not work as described above.
