• Olena (6/5): - The apartment is clean and tidy and in a good location but there are no sockets near the bed and no clothes hangers in the wardrobe. Since this is on the ground floor, you will be able to hear people passing by, but you can also see that in the photos
• Miriam (5/5): Non lo rifarei - Era carina e piccola, ma non ha rispettato le foto della stanza appieno. Era sporca, in una posizione lontana dal centro la cucina era grande ma ma assortita. Il bagno non aveva la finestra ed entrava in camera da letto un cattivo odore ed era affacciata alla strada e la gente vedeva dentro.

• Agustín C. (7/5): Correcto - Estaba muy limpio. La caja de recoger la llave, de noche, apenas se ven los números. Estaría bien una mesita para poder dejar la maleta, y sería estupendo que hubiera perchas en el armario.
• elena (8/5): - Very good location. Convenient public transport nearby. Clean apartment with air conditioning. Dishes and cutlery available. The external entrance door is not marked. In the evening we wandered around trying to figure out where to enter, as there are two completely identical doors. We only managed thanks to a neighbor. The same night, around midnight (12:00 AM), other tourists rang our doorbell and woke us up to ask where their apartment was, which shows this is a common issue. The lockbox is not illuminated and is difficult to access when entering the code. It would be helpful if the apartments were marked with a number or name. There was only half a roll of toilet paper provided (for a 3-night stay for two people). There were no napkins or basic items like cooking oil and simple spices – we bought some ourselves and left them there. There are large wardrobes, but not a single hanger inside.

• BCMP (8/5): - Apartamento muy completo, en un bajo pero es una calle tranquila. Yo estuve 5 dias por trabajo en Madrid y me resultó muy cómodo, con buena conexión de metro.. Cuando llegué la mampara del baño estaba suelta, pero avisé del desperfecto y vinieron rápidamente al dia siguiente a arreglarla. El cuarto de baño olía muchas veces muy mal, creo que debe tener algún problema con las arquetas. Como propuesta, les diría que pusieran alguna luz para la mesita de noche, solo hay luces de techo y por la noche no se está cómodo.

• Viktoria (8/5): - Quiet yet central location: plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, close to the metro station. Ground floor: no problem with heavy suitcases. Easy digital self check-in. Fast and stable internet connection. Responsive host. Apartment is well-stocked: towels, shampoo, cooking utensils are all included. Good value for money. During our visit the bathroom had a somewhat stale smell, so we left the ventilation running. Everything else was perfect.
• Jose angel (10/5): Buen sitio para descansar en Marqués de Vadillo - La zona, muy buena, y que sea independiente al resto del edificio es un punto muy a favor. Cuando llegué y estaba poniéndome cómodo, llegó el personal de limpieza a hacer el apartamento. Pero como será algo puntual, ya que me dijo que ese día iba con retraso, no resto puntuación al alojamiento. A todos nos ha pasado el ir apurado.

• mehmet (5/5): - Kitchen, boiler, equipment were new and good. Close to the metro station. For this price, Ok place. Bed mattress and pillows were in very poor condition, definitely needs replacement. Maybe I wasn't careful during booking that I didn't notice it is on the ground floor. Being on the ground floor makes ventilation and privacy problematic. Moreover neighborhood wasn't a very decent one. I woke up every midnight due to some silly guys knocking on the door or some couples arguing outdoor. Obviously this is not to blame the Host since these are just unfortunate incidents beyond the control of the Host. It is just information for future guests.

• Nikita (3/5): Very disappointing - apartment and host - Nice shower with good water pressure and fast heating system! Best part of our stay. It also had an hair iron. Another good point was the AC, given the time of the year, with temperatures over 30° and especially warm nights. It is outside the city center so it’s good that it is outside the ZBE and you can park your car without much trouble, and take the bus that will only take you 20 minutes to the main attractions. The whole studio is lacking on the details. When you look at first, it seems all good but then you realize that the bed did not have a mattress or pillow protectors, the duvet cover was on the outside (and there was no duvet, just the cover…). Then the worst part was the kitchen, we had to wash all the cutlery because it was sticky and stained. There were no kitchen towels and we had to use toilet paper to clean the countertop. There are no reachable eletrical sockets near the bed - we had to leave one phone charging in the kitchen and another one by the entrance. To top it all off, there was no Wi-Fi during our whole stay. As we got to the studio, we got in contact with the hosts and let them know about the situation, and they told us it would be solved the next day - it wasn’t. We kept trying to contact them but they stopped responding all together. So yes, the apartment was disappointing and the host even more. Terrible experience, do not recommend.

• Cirstea (2/5): The people that managed the apartment appeared to don’t care at all about our stay - Clean, close to the metro station When we arrived, we noticed that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so we asked the apartment managers to fix the issue since we were staying for 6 days, and both my friend and I were working remotely, and our mobile internet wasn’t enough. We called them every day, but they didn’t resolve the problem, not even on the last day. It was very frustrating

• Viacheslav (7/5): Good - Good location. Pretty cozy studio, nice bed, clean and modern shower. Big flat TV. I think the room could have been much cleaner. The washing machine was not in the room, next to the entrance, and there was no washing powder or smth like that.
• Aliceeve (10/5): Exceptional - It's clean. Nice studio if you travel with a couple. Photos are accurate. It was noisy at night from the outside, because it's literally on the street. Also we were at the end of September and it was a bit cold at night. We didn't notice any heaters or something.

• Sabina (10/5): Fantastic - Very comfortable well equipped cozy apartment with attention for details. It's located out of the city but there's enough public transport in the neighborhood. All mayor sights are just a 30 to 40 minute walk away. No wifi connection. Luckily it's located in a very quite street and neighborhood cause acoustic isolation is not very good.. Although it's located outside of Madrid city center you have everything you need close by (supermarkets, restaurants, ...). It's perfect for a longer stay.
• Maria (5/5): Passable - Local neighbourhood and plenty of space for two people. The place was not as clean as hoped. Very loud all day and night, so very difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper.
• Lena (10/5): Exceptional - It was really big and modern. Also very clean and the bed was very comfy. The check in as well as the communication with the host was easy and quick. Its not directly in the city center but the connection with the public transport is very good and you can reach the center quickly. I also liked that there were various kitchen utensils and fresh towels as well as a hair dryer. The Tv is great and the air conditioning worked well. I really enjoyed my stay and had a comfortable time.
