• Firuza Melville (8/5): the flat itself is great, except the entrance and the noise at night - it was a flat with the kitchen so I cooked my breakfast myself, the location was the most central, which had its bonuses, however, it was very noisy at night the flat is on the third floor, which is quite tiring to climb up. The windows look over the street which is great, however, the noise at night was pretty serious. The windows have shutters and curtains though

• Nadine (10/5): Superb! - Location couldn’t be better and the apartment is stunning. We traveled with outlet two little ones and the location of the apartment was so easy to pop in and out for their naps. Check in couldn’t have been easier and they were very accommodating

• janice (9/5): We enjoyed the easy access from Piazzelle Roma where we parked our car. The Rialto Bridge is the second stop from where - Location near Rialto bridge and cleanliness of the apartment. A lot of stairs to the third floor!
• Brandy (1/5): False Advertising, No A/C, and No Support from Booking.com - Somewhat close to popular area This stay was incredibly disappointing. The property advertised air conditioning, but upon arrival, I was told the HVAC system would not be turned on. Instead, I was told to open the windows — which led to an Asian Tiger mosquitoes invasion & intense bites that nearly ruined my entire trip. After 8 days of waiting for the bites to go away, I had to begin anti biotics for infection. The heat was unbearable, and I had no relief at night except for 2 small table top fans. (Also we were given 1 roll of toilet paper & the towels were like sand paper & stunk of mildew). When I reached out to Booking.com for help, I was shocked to learn that they couldn’t do anything unless the property owner voluntarily offered a refund — which, of course, they didn’t. There was no accountability for the false advertising or the complete disregard for guest comfort. If air conditioning is important to you, do not trust the listing descriptions. And don’t expect Booking.com to help if something goes wrong — their support was completely useless in resolving this.
• Adam (9/5): Superb - Excellent location near Rialto. Easy walking to other neighborhoods in the city. We were able to get into the apt a little earlier so we could start exploring the city 3rd floor with no elevator. We prefer stairs but with heavy luggage, it was a bit more challenging.
• Antony (7/5): A very acceptable apartment - Good to have sitting area with comfortable seats. Location very convenient. Hot water always available. One suggestion - please provide ice tray in freezer.
• Keiko (8/5): Awesome location, very clean and comfortable - Excellent location! Just few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge water bus station and 7 ~15 minutes walk to every spot. Very clean. Great communication. Be aware you need to buy toilet paper. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults for 3 nights. It was difficult to find the room even the host sent me directions with pictures of the 3 doors especially when we arrived in the night. It was self-check-in, but maybe for this place, meeting with the host at the water bus station maybe be helpful. Also, there were at least 20 mosquitos. When we arrived, the one window was open and maybe that was why.
• Tam (8/5): Peacefull staying - The location & kitchen section ! The way to get into the studio & no elevator there is many high steps you must carry luggages up to third floor vice versa !
• Jill (9/5): Lovely apartment in prime location of Venice. - Great location in the heart of Venice. Lovely decor, antique-Venetian touch. Artistic vibe. Good facilities. Noisy at night on a main laneway. Ear plugs required for sleep. Hard to find initially.
• Jennalmac (9/5): Excellent Venice Location - The apartment was clean, secure with an excellent location. Hosts were easy to contact. Did self check in and it was easy. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. Unfortunately we were in Venice during a heat wave. Temperatures were 15 degrees above normal so the AC had a hard time keeping up. However, there were fans in each bedroom and they helped tremendously!!

• Emma (8/5): Amazing location and great hosts. - The stairs with lots of luggage should be articulated as if you were older or had mobility issues the property would be hard to access.

• Julia (8/5): Ideal property for a short break in Venice - Great location for visiting Rialto & St Marks and a secure property. Lovely bathroom & the double bed in the larger bedroom was very comfy too (the single beds in the other room are more basic). It was useful having a fridge. Our host was really helpful and spoke great english. She also gave us restaurant recommendations. Unfortunately there was no hot water the first night. Thankfully it was very hot in Venice during our stay and showering in cold water was bearable! Our host was really quick to respond though and arranged a technician to fix the issue early the next day and it was only a small inconvenience for us.

• Karin (8/5): I would recommend this apartment. - This apartment is in a fantastic location and easy to access very vibrant areas of Venice and a short walk from the Rialto ferry stop. The two bedrooms are small with comfortable beds- for a family of four it's great. It's down a tiny alley which would scare some people off, but the apartment windows look over the main street nearby. Didn't like that you need keys to exit the second entrance door to the building. Not ideal if an emergency. Apartment was clean overall but common areas could be cleaned up and railing on stairs needs fixing (falling off). Toilet paper a hard item to come by; plan to buy your own.
• Sarah (9/5): great location, lots of space and comfy beds! would stay again. - Location was perfect. it was 5 minutes away from san marco's square. Even though it was right in the middle of everything, it was quiet at night. Lots of grocery stores around and good cooking facilities. Venice was crazy hot and the air conditioner (which we were told not to touch) couldn't keep up with the heat or the humidity.
• Vic (8/5): Location is very good and we really enjoyed the stay - Central location, close to Grand Canal, water taxi, Rialto bridge and St Mark’s basilica Nothing actually. However because there is no lift to the apartment it is recommended not to take large suitcases.
• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Very artsy and beautiful, interesting decor. Loved the balconies and wished we could've stayed longer. Lots of space too. Orsetta also put a lot of effort into having all the essentials (like coffee, spices, wine openers, potholders) and little details - Orsetta did a great job! towels could be cleaner/newer

• Tim (9/5): Very comfy, simple, clean place to stay while enjoying Venice - The property was clean and well located. Very good value for the money. The only downside was that we could not get an internet signal because of the buildings. But that’s not the owners fault.
