• vickyvienna (5/5): Lage perfekt. Ausbaufähig! - Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Betten sind sehr hart, wenn man das mag, super. Der fruhere checkin war sehr hilfreich. Der Feueralarm ging jeden Tag zwischen 3h früh und 6h früh los, sehr argerlich. Das warme Wasser reicht maximal fur 2 Personen. Besteck und Teller/Töpfe waren dreckig.

• Ihor (10/5): - We spent a few unforgettable days in Naples. Ginevra house is a small duplex apartment in the historic center of the city. It has everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom to feel comfortable and at home. Stefania, the owner of the apartment, is very kind and responsive, ready to respond if there are any questions. We definitely recommend Ginevra house and hope to come back again.

• ELENI (7/5): - Καθαρό διαμέρισμα, οκ πρωινό μόνο με γλυκά Ο κάτω όροφος είχε πολύ κρύο και δεν ζεστάθηκε ποτέ ικανοποιητικά από το κλιματιστικό καθώς το ίδιο ισχύει και για το μπάνιο που δεν είχε καθόλου θέρμανση, μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς μόνο πάνω. Επίσης οι πετσέτες μπάνιου καθόλου καλές.

• Vanessa (9/5): Consigliato! - Ottima posizione praticamente vicino a tutti i luoghi più iconici di Napoli, a piedi si visita tutto benissimo senza necessità si prendere mezzi (abbiamo camminato al massimo per 2km all'andata e 2 al ritorno). La casa è ben fornita di tutto: biancheria, cibo e bevande per la colazione, wifi, TV, condizionatore caldo e freddo, phon, eccetera. Materassi comodi. Stefania, la proprietaria, è stata molto gentile. La casa è umida e può dare fastidio (si sente un po' di odore entrando e l'aria è pesante), gli infissi e i muri non 'isolano' tanto i rumori dell'esterno, a volte passano persone e si sente davvero tutto (io avevo i tappi ed ho risolto), per qualcuno può essere davvero fastidioso. Comunque per il prezzo e la posizione niente di così probablematico ma, se siete sensibili al discorso umidità, è giusto saperlo!

• Kinga (9/5): Tökéletes elhelyezkedés és ár-érték arány - Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, van légkondicionáló. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, rugalmas volt. Tiszta, nagyon jó hangulatú lakás. Mindenképp ajánljuk! A reggelire előre csomagolt croissant-ok voltak.

• Pavel (8/5): Very good - Nice host who waited for us on the street to guide us to the accommodation. Be careful, for taller people the access to the second floor is a bit more difficult and they have to bend down on the stairs. It is good that there are toilets on each floor. Location at a good distance from attractions. Shop 2 streets from the accommodation.
• Mashriki (7/5): Good - The two good things about the apartment is the location and the host. Very central location and we always felt safe . The host was very friendly and polite. Though we don't speak Italian, he tried his best to explain us everything about staying. He even provided us some basic breakfast options (like pastry, butter, toast, fruit jams, coffee, tea) which is very generous of him 😇 Unfortunately there were some issues which were quite uncomfortable for us while staying. We would be very happy if the host takes care of that (if possible for some improvement). The whole apartment was freezing cold specially the ground floor. Both of us got sick while staying there, we were hoping for a room heater🥲. We didnt want to bother the host so didnt say anything about that. May be this apartment will be a good option to stay in summer. The another downside of the apartment is that it's quite musty, specially the bedroom. Toilet necessities were missing, no soap or body wash which is very basic in any hotel or airbnb. The electric socket was not working in the toilet, we couldn't use the hairdryer(please take care of that 🙂). Overall a decent stay for the money we paid but there are some areas of improvement that can easily be achieved 👍. We wish good luck for the host and we hope the problems will be solved in the future.

• Zhenjiang (10/5): Exceptional - My check in and living experience here is that one of my best memories. Not only because the landlord’s late check in service but also his and his wife’s help on tracing back my staff after I checked out. All in all I will rate this house a 5 star and I will probably later travel to here again with my girlfriend.
• Muhammet (6/5): Convenient location with friendly service but the musty smell was unpleasant. - The hotel is close to everything, has many facilities, and the owner is friendly. The room was musty, which was quite disturbing.

• Carole (10/5): Great location, excellent hosts would recommend. - The location of the property was fantastic-allowed easy access to all the aspects of Naples that we wanted to explore. The accomodation was quirky and fun- if you have any sort of mobility issues I would suggest that this is not the property for you as the staircase to get up to the kitchen and second twin room are steep and winding- however there is a bathroom and double room on ground floor. The host provided basic items for breakfast which was welcome, there is a coffee machine, a microwave and hob if you prefer to do your own basic catering but with the amount of restaurants in close proximity to the property we didn’t use anything other than coffee machine-which was great. Host was very helpful-met us when we arrived, showed us around the property and kept in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. Plug sockets need Italian adaptor as European one didn’t fit-however, we were able to use adapters in situ to charge our phones etc.
• Carole (10/5): Great location, fantastic hosts - Fab location, excellent hosts reasonable facilities and comfortable. Plug sockets do not take European adapters but adapters in situ can be used.
• Lian (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions and Beverello. 5 minutes walk to the subway (M line 1). The host is nice and kind. Water, milk and snacks are provided with no additional charge. The apartment is on the first floor. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, and stores. Very convenient.
• Jenna (8/5): Great little spot for 3-4 people, very kind host - Was met and shown to the property, 2 rooms, spacious enough, kitchen equipped with basics, had water and milk and toast and jam. Clean, towels and toilet paper and soap. She kindly let us keep our bags in her car in a secure parking lot till we were leaving the next day. Slight dusty smell Kettle has lime scale in.
• Rachel (9/5): Great property, excellent value for money, perfect location, would highly recommend. - Excellent location, close to the metro, restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds, nice shower, all very clean. Plug sockets didn’t work with our European adapters - we had to unplug some of the small electricals to be able to use their adapters for our own appliances. Not sure that all makes sense, but once you’re there you’ll understand! Downstairs toilet seat was very loose.

• Muammer (7/5): I was disappointed about the cleaning of the Napoli city. Everywhere was full of garbage... - There was a lot of coffee, butter, jam, bread, and local cake. Cleaning material was more than enough. Cleaning. We can not start the Expresso coffee machine.

• Simone (8/5): A good option to visit Naples on foot - The structure is located on a side alley of Via Toledo, a few minutes’ walk away from Naples’ city center and main sights, and very close to a couple of subway stops (Dante and Toledo, both on Line 1); west of the structure you can easily reach the Spanish Quarters and Vomero. The apartment has one room and the bathroom on ground level, and another room, small bathroom and kitchen on The first floor. The owner is very kind and available. The apartment is also stuffed with some food, tea, and coffee for breakfast. All in all, it’s a good and relatively cheap option if you are out most of the time visiting Naples. The structure is quite anonymous from the outside and rather spartan inside. The kitchen is very small but could easily be stuffed with some more tools. Also the room at ground floor has the double bed stuck between two walls, so getting down the bed it’s not the most comfortable of things.

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect location - I couldn't believe the value for my money. This place was in the perfect location. It was incredibly easy to reach from the Central train station and just a few minutes walking from the Dante stop. Everywhere else in Naples was at least triple the price for a private apartment. It was incredible clean, had everything one would need in the kitchen and even streaming services on the TV. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi and Ginevra fixed it the next day. Thank you for everything! :)
• Jamie (10/5): Wonderful stay - Our host Stefania was so helpful, the location was hard to find for me being my first time to Italy and it is located inside an alley. She waited for me at the alley though I didn't recognize her at first when she called my name. I initially booked the Airbnb for myself but added 3 more friends later on and 1 more night and Stefania was able to accommodate that without having to rebook the whole stay. You get the whole Airbnb to yourself and it's 2 levels with 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed downstairs and 2 twin beds upstairs with a kitchen. My friend and her 2 kids slept comfortably on the king bed. The power went out one day because we were using too many appliances at the same time and Stefania came within 5min to fix it and showed us how to use the stove, that was wonderful. We ended up cooking fresh seafood we bought from the seafood market. She also brought over new trash bags when I asked for more. The location was convenient to all tourist sites within 15 min walking distance or you can take Metro that's only 3 min walking distance. Many shops and supermarkets around. One of my friends wanted to park their car and Stefania was able to get us a parking spot right away at a nearby location with $25 a day. The whole stay was wonderful and I hope to visit again. The staircase to the upstairs was very narrow so I couldn't bring up my big suitcase so I left it in the bedroom downstairs which was fine. Can be noisy over the weekend but wearing earplugs solves the issue. There are only 4 dining chairs but it works fine if you only have 4 people there.

Stefania and family were incredibly welcoming hosts and went above and beyond. Provided extra snacks and hot drinks to make us more comfortable. Flat was clean and as shown in the pictures - balcony was great!

The apartment is near to the metro station and is in a perfect place (center of the city) near to anything you want, you don’t even need to take a taxi to go to the port or to go to the Spanish quartier.
