- Camus (10/5): Buena atención en el hospedaje. - Buen trato de la sra. Hilda e Hija, comprensivas, me aloje muy tarde y de todas formas me recibieron. Faltaría a,mi juicio habitación con dobles camas no solo literas.Biena

- Nina (7/5): Good accommodation for a sport in Puerto Montt - Very cute little accommodation with tiny rooms and a cute and comfortable living area that can be shared with the owners who also live in the house. The younger woman is super nice and helpful and tried to speak to us even though we did not speak Spanish super well. She was very nice, had tips and advice for us for our future journey and spread a very friendly atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom super clean with hot water in the shower. We also could wash our clothes there which was a bonus for us.
The breakfast was quite a lot which was a nice surprise compared to the usual very tiny breakfast around Chile. We found 10.000 peso quite expensive for the laundry which the older woman made us pay after the younger one said we didn't have to pay anything a couple of hours before. As we had troubles with our Spanish with the older woman, we didn't really say anything though as we felt it would come to a solution (which is not her fault of course).
Despite the size of the breakfast which was great, as we had to leave very early in the morning on our 2nd day, we got bread and breakfast supplies to make our own breakfast (very nice!) but unfortunately we discovered that the bread had mould on it, after we had left for our bus ride...
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Marion (6/5): Too expensive for what they offer - The breakfast is selfmade and delicious. The family is very kind. There are a lot of hooks in the room. The house is old and cold. They only heat and cook with wood and the bed in our room was unstable and slowly falling apart. Thus for us the price-value is not correct.
- Leandro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alessandro (7/5): Staff is really friendly and welcoming but I wouldn’t recommend the bunk bed room. A little cleaner would be also better - The staff is really friendly and made everything for us to stay comfortable, the older lady was super nice and prepared a delicious breakfast for us For this price I think it’s a little overvalued but so appear to be the entire Puerto Montt accommodation industry, we slept in a bunk bed a little squeaky and not particularly stable, room is extremely small and was pretty cold, the bathroom was not very clean and there was cigarette ash on the ground.
- Ileana (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely guesthouse ran by lovely people. They were super friendly and made us feel at ease immediately! They were flexible for both check in and breakfast time, proactive in terms of advice for things to do around and happy to offer us drinks or help at any time. Thank you very much, we had a lovely stay :)
- Georgios (8/5): Very good -
- Leah (2/5): not happy - The lady running the hostel is nice and was patient with the language barrier. The bed sheets were stained and it felt very uncomfortable to sleep in. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything and everyone. The floors are incredibly squeaky so when we were leaving at early hours we are pretty sure we woke up the whole neighbourhood.
The bathroom was not as clean as you should keep it when it is shared.
It was too expensive for the room and the facility’s, we are glad we only stayed overnight, but sad to spend money here.
- Dalila (10/5): Loved it - It was a great little place to stay, breakfast was amazing, it is clean, there is hot water, feels like a home away from home It is fairly far away from the centre but there is public transport
- Alexandra (10/5): Home away from home. - We loved Hilda, and had the best nights sleep in Chile in her house. She cooked us a fabulous breakfast each morning which was much appreciated! .
