• Jochen (10/5): - Die gesamte Ausstattung waren 2 Betten, Deckenlampe, 1 Stuhl, 1 Beistelltischchen, keine Nachttischlampen, TV, der nur mit eigenem Code lief, Toilette außerhalb des Zimmers Restauration nur bis 19:00 Uhr. Das gesamte Haus machte einen unprofessionellen Eindruck, der mit unnötigen Zierrat verschönt war, was aber misslungen war. Wir wollten nach der ersten Besichtigung so geschockt, und einen Wechsel in eine Lokalität in Erwägung zogen, was aber daran scheiterte, dass die einzige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit im Dorf nicht erreichbar war. An dieser Stelle frage ich mich, wie Booking zu ihren angebotenen Übernachtungen kommt

• Gianfranco (7/5): Soggiorno SMART. - Struttura corrispondente a ciò che viene descritto, tutto molto modesto a accessibile con parcheggio e zona esterna ben organizzata e con un ristorante in loco di cui non ho usufruito anche perchè la mia permanenza e stata breve. Alex e una persona molto cordiale e precisa che ti illustra a 360gradi la struttura con ore di silenzio e utilizzo degli ingressi. Unico problema la mia dimenticanza dei bagagli al momento della partenza. Ma comunque grazie alla collaborazione di Alex che a collaborato al rientro dello stesso preparando il pacco che ho fatto ritirare della struttura da lui preparato. Grazie ancora. Per le esigente del mio viaggio nessuna, se ci riandrò vorrò provare sicuramente il ristorante

• Jonathan (1/5): Terrible experience, not a real offer - I didn’t like anything as I wasn’t even able to stay there. I didn’t like anything as I didn’t stay there. There were no instructions provided on how to get into the property and there was noone at the property on arrival. I messaged, called, and emailed the property on arrival. This was two days ago and I still have not received a response. Although the name of the property was on the building and some advertisements, there were no signs of any activity at the property and it looked like it had been closed for awhile. It was dark and cold and I had to scramble and find another place to stay for the night. This was a dissapointing experience because it is like I booked something that didn’t exist.

I proprietari molto disponibili a tutte le nostre esigenze, parlano correntemente l'italiano, lo spagnolo, il tedesco oltre la lingua internazionale. Purtroppo la colazione non era presente nell'offerta, le camere sulla strada sono risultate un po' rumorose rispetto al traffico. Per insonorizzare gli ambienti necessita anche la climatizzazione delle stanze.

Durch die hohe Sauberkeit war auch das WC am Gang kein Problem. Herrliches spanisches Essen (Tapas), sehr gute Weine im eigenen Restaurant. Waren sehr zufrieden.

Abbiamo scoperto all'arrivo che la camera non aveva il bagno, o meglio, c'erano doccia e lavandino, mentre il gabinetto era esterno alla camera e non di uso esclusivo. Si vede che la struttura è stata rinnovata da poco, ma mancano piccoli particolari, ad esempio, non c'era nessun gancio o appendino per gli asciugamani in bagno, la luce del bagno non funzionava, il televisore (nuovo e grande) non era collegato, non c'erano luci sui comodini e l'unico interruttore per la luce principale era vicino alla porta, non raggiungibile dal letto. Ultima sorpresa è stato non trovare la camera rifatta dopo la prima notte. Tutte cose facilmente risolvibili. Saremo felici di tornare e scoprire che è stato tutto sistemato.

• Trobits (9/5): - Wir waren nur 1 Nacht bei der Durchreise dort. Zimmer war sauber und hat ein eigenes Bad. Obwohl das Lokal Montags geschlossen hat und somit auch keine Zimmer am Montag vermietet werden, hat uns der Besitzer sehr freundlich trotzdem das Zimmer gegeben (es war über Booking.com bereits gebucht und bezahlt).
