• MITSUKO (9/5): 観光メインでアクティブに動く人にはオススメ - 到着便の遅延で22時頃のチェックインになったがスタッフは常駐していた。 タクシム駅や空港行きHavaist乗り場までは石畳だったこともありゆっくり歩いて10分強の距離だったが坂もなく立地は良かった。 シャワーの水圧、温度、継続性（途中で水になることもなく）ともに◯（水回りは総じて高評価）。 1名利用だったが広くは無いためスーツケースの置き場所に苦労した（2名利用だと動線の確保が難しくなるレベル）。 事前のネット情報では治安の悪いエリアに位置していたため不安だったが深夜でも身の危険は感じなかった。 当ホテルより更に西側の坂を下るエリアになると街灯も人通りも少なそうではあった。 ベッドシーツに汚れがあった。 構造上の問題か、浴室の水捌けは常に5㎜くらい溜まった状態になってしまう。 宿泊した部屋だけかもしれないが窓はあったが換気出来る程度のものだった（景色なし）。

• Hamed (7/5): Eigentlich ich war zufrieden - Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und die Lage war ganz beste Ort in der Zentrum. Es war schon bisschen laut und du hörst alle Nachbarn oder Nachbarin zu.

• Kari (8/5): - Dans l’ensemble mon séjour s’est bien déroulé ,cependant une odeur désagréable qui provenait du frigo , une panne de chaudière une journée sans eau chaude . Les sols ne sont pas fait par la femme de ménage qui ne passe pas tous les jours mais plutôt à la moitié du séjour .Elle se contente de changer les draps et vider la petite poubelle . Mise à part le sol Sal c’était plutôt correct . Les jeunes hommes à la réception peu bavard mais si besoin nous renseigne étc L’emplacement 5 min de la place taksim

• Ayesha Ateeq (8/5): - The building is newly made so the rooms and lobby are nice and clean. Though the rooms are super small, the photos given make them look big. Also the washrooms require better ventilation. The staff was very helpful and great at their job, specially the receptionist named Kooroosh!
• Abir (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good, the staff are supeeer nice and helpful, the room was clean and the location is perfect, near Taksim and you can find anything you want in the neighborhood, the neighborhood is calm as well There was no window facing the street, it was only facing a wall but it was my fault because it was mentioned on the description I just did not pay attention to it

• Verified traveler (4/5): Rahat değildi. - Resepsiyon da kimse yoktu, Türkiye de yaşamamıza rağmen çok az Türkçe bilen biri bakıyordu. Gece 2 de otelin önünde biri bağıra bağıra telefonla konuştu, resepsiyonu aradım "dilimizi zor anlasa bile durumu anlattım". Yatak ve yastıklar çok sertti, ortopedik değildi. Banyo ve oda temizdi. Otelin konumu taksim meydanının arkasında kalıyor, çok güvenli yer sayılmaz.

• CIGDEM (8/5): Memnun Kaldım - Konumu sebebi ile tercih ettim.bir gece kaldık. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve güleryüzlüydü. Yataklar, çarşaflar ve havlular gayet temiz ve özenliydi fakat odanın zemini temiz değildi. Vaktimiz olsaydı ve söyleseydim eminim hemen temizlerlerdi. Şikayet değil sadece bilgilendirme. Sonuç olarak Memnun kaldım, tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler

• Paulash (8/5): - Our check-in experience was smooth and efficient. We handed over our passports for a quick photocopy, and within minutes, we had our key cards. The hotel has a single, small lift—manageable for a tight group of four adults but not ideal with luggage or strangers, so we took turns with our bags. The room size was compact, as expected, but sufficient for two people per room. If you're someone who values extra space, this might not be the best option. The bathroom was clean and functional, featuring a great rainfall shower, a bidet, and all essential toiletries, along with a hairdryer. The room also included a mini-fridge with complimentary lemonade, a handy closet, and a full-length mirror. However, we were disappointed to find short hair strands on the bedsheets, which took some time to clean and felt unsettling. The hotel provides small sealed cups of drinking water upon request, which was a nice touch. Its standout feature is undoubtedly the location—just a short walk to Taksim Square, with plenty of grocery stores, eateries, and other conveniences nearby. The area isn't particularly aesthetic but incredibly practical for exploring Istanbul. During our stay in November/December 2024, the heating system required some adjustment for comfort, but the staff were accommodating. Overall, the hotel met our needs for a budget-friendly and conveniently located place to sleep and freshen up. Special shoutout to Kooroosh at the reception for his professionalism and helpful attitude.

I advised the receptionist and we stayed 4 nights and no one fixed the toilet. It was so loud and disturbed our sleep. Would not recommend this hotel No one cleaned our room or emptied the bins in 4 days we were there.

Staff, with the exception of the gentleman who leaves at 9pm we’re not aware of their neighborhood or even the Taxim area. The day shift gentleman was exceptionally helpful and well informed. He was aware of customers needs. Couldn’t have managed without him!!!
