• Federico (7/5): Ritorno a Londra - L’appartamento è in un piccolo condominio. Buona posizione. 1° di 3 appartamenti, l’unico con bagno in camera. Per un breve soggiorno è una buona proposta. Nulla da segnalare.
• Ponzi (8/5): ottima soluzione ottimo prezzo - la tranquillità della zona, il check-in automatico, e il check-out alle 11, non prestissimo come spesso accade. intorno non c'è un granché però é ben collegata, ci sono 2 fermate metro a 25 minuti di passeggiata a piedi o raggiungibile con i bus che passano proprio davanti l appartamento, Brixton e Clapham north. Se preferite camminare a piedi, vi consiglio Clapham, Brixton la sera soprattutto tardi, non è il massimo. quindi non fatevi ingannare dalla zona che sembra desolata, in realtà è collegata veramente benissimo, e si arriva in centro con estrema facilità. poi qualità-prezzo imbattibili per Londra. i proprietari sono stati sempre disponibili e tempestivi alle nostre richieste. avrei preferito che i teli bagno venissero cambiati più spesso.

• Gemma (8/5): The bed was the best bit! Lovely clean room except shower head. - The bed was probably one of tbe comfiest beds ive stayed in! The room was lovely and clean and mostly well equipped. The shower head was disgusting! Full of rust, never seen anythjng like it but there was an alternative little shower head to use as i wouldnt have dreamed of using the rainfall shower head. And as good as the littlee touches where appriciated like tea, coffee, sugar there was no milk to be able to utilise these.
• Sophie (6/5): - Les codes m'ont été envoyées avant mon arrivée, je n'ai pas eu à attendre L'appartement est une pièce d'un appartement plus grand, la porte n'isole pas vraiment du bruit et je suis tombée sur des voisins peu respectueux du sommeil des autres... Malgré cela, l'appartement est très joli, bien équipé (frigo, bouilloire, SDB et WC privatifs, petite table avec vaisselle, TV, wifi) Si vous avez le sommeil lourd, vous allez pouvoir profiter :)

• Debora (4/5): I couldn’t sleep and there was no Hot water - It looked clean and had all one could need I had an en-suite room in a flat. The other people in the flat made noise all throughout the night until the early morning, which is not fault of the property itself, but I couldn’t sleep. The cooking amenities are placed in the hallway so noisy for every other room. The next morning there was no hot water, I messaged the number provided and no response or help was given.

• Steve (9/5): The room was more than good enough for a short stay bolthole. - The location was suitable for the purpose of my visit to that area of London. Room and facilities were perfect for a one night stay which was all I needed the room for.

• Glen (7/5): Completely as expected - Good location for what I needed, was reasonably quiet, photos were very representative of the property. Bed wasn't very comfortable, was a bit firm and no actual bed head.

Brixton una zona a cui prestare attenzione che è vicino Lambeth. Abbiamo trovato anche un adattatore da usare messo a disposizione dalla struttura. Termosifoni sempre accesi ed è l'ideale per il freddo di londra. Victor si è mostrato sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande. I vicini erano troppo rumorosi e il letto troppo duro. La doccia dopo essere stata usata perdeva acqua dal doccino, anche se per poco. Lavandino molto piccolo.

• Jenna (8/5): - The apartment was clean and in a quiet area. Looked exactly like the pictures in the advert and communications were clear from the host. The bed was firm but comfy. There's nowhere to cook or wash up your dishes even though dishes, glasses and cutlery are provided in the room but this was ok for us as we didn't eat in.

• Michael (7/5): Slightly rude host but a nice stay. - The price was fair and the room itself was a nice enough room, bed was comfy too and the location was pretty good for our stay. While it had no tv and the fridge froze my sandwiches, I did appreciate the fan as someone had the heating on ridiculously high. But if you want a place for one night its pretty good. I wanted to check in early so I could drop our bags off, however the host messaged (multiple times) how we couldn't as they let people stay till 11 and they needed time to get the room ready again. Which is perfectly understandable (which I messaged to say its fine). However the host seemed quite rude and repetitive about how it's impossible with messages, which I thought was very unprofessional and quite annoying. The other rooms were loud too so be aware that could happen on your stay. Not terrible and it's good for it's price.

• Thierry (9/5): Fantastic break, I felt home in the accommodation, it was so clean and tidy ! - Very detailed instructions provided ahead, with photos step by step guidance. There was an early check-in time (between 3 and 6pm) which caused me a bit of stress as I was late and couldnt get through the host, but in the end it was not a problem at all as all the check-in process was done remotely.

• Daisy (6/5): Comfortable bed but very loud surroundings! - the room was very clean, it had heating, toiletries and bottled water which was appreciated. The lady we briefly met seemed lovely. We didn’t realise when we booked that this is a room in a flat although it did have its own bathroom so it wasn’t an issue. It’s not the hosts fault but we were kept up all night by someone having a party opposite us with loud music and shouting throughout the night! As well as that it was in general quite a loud area and a lot of people coming in and out which wasn’t a huge issue, again we didn’t realise it was a block of flats. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because of how loud it was but the host was very accommodating and i’m sure we just got unlucky with the party across from us!

• Seija (9/5): Seija - Really tidy room, the host was super friendly. There was waterbottles in minifridge and a microvawe in corridor. Good price-quality rate. Location was easily accessible by bus and/or metro. Only minus is that walls were thin as paper. But it wasn't really a problem - neighbourhood was quiet and other tenants respectful :)
• Clément (4/5): Disappointing - Well situated Price/quality acceptable for London The room is advertised as an apartment, this is not the case. It is a room with its own bathroom in a shared appartement. Two rooms are rented and another one seems to be used year round. The description is a bit misleading. We got locked in the apartment by other people that left the apartment. Clear communication from the renter to all guests on this point is compulsory.

• Clara (9/5): Superb - The property was very conveniently located within walking distance of both Brixton and Clapham as well as a bus stop just across the road with busses towards central London. It's perfect for someone who is looking for an affordable place to stay in south London. We really enjoyed the place!

• Manivannan (8/5): Very good - Clean room with small table and chairs. The host left a few bottles of still water in the fridge. There was a microwave in the hallway. Toiletries were provided. The bus stop was very nearby. Overall great room for a short stay. Wifi signal was poor.

Was nice of the host to leave amenities such as shampoo and drinks in minibar. Parking is fine if you got a small car. If u got a SUV or similar you might find it a tight squeeze No Smart TV.
• Philip (2/5): Very poor - The location, it was affordable The room hadn't been cleaned on arrival the access to the private parking was blocked. When I eventually gained access, I had to move the car to let another person out who was very hostile. There was a motorbike which kept coming and going all night consequently I couldn't sleep. The person running the accommodation, couldn't speak English only Portuguese consequently all the communication was done via her phone ghrough a written translator.

• Lyn (9/5): 3 nights at King Azim. - Clean, spacious room with small table/chairs, a fridge - tea/coffee facilities. Communal microwave in the hall way and small bottles of water available. Comfortable bed And ensuite bathroom. Easy access - with a coded gate to the apartment block. Bus stop near by....137 all the the way to Marble Arch or hop off to walk to Battersea Power Station or along the Thames river bank. Wifi available. It was a little warm the first night... humid from the weather.(could have done with a small fan to move the air.) No TV. But not really missed after out walking all day.

• Natasha (9/5): Superb - Very nice and comfortable room, the owners left us snacks and drinks which was really kind of them. Only one complaint was that there was someone who kept driving a moped in and out of the property all through the night, which made it difficult to sleep
