• Radoslav (4/5): - Location Very frustrating experience. • Financial issues: I was forced to pay a €150 deposit upfront just to check in, which has never happened to me on Booking.com. After checking out, they charged me another €150 by mistake. I got the money back eventually, but it was a lot of stress to resolve. • The Room: The double bed was horrible. It was very uncomfortable and squeaked constantly.

• Justyna (6/5): Good stay but some things could be improved. - Location was brilliant to explore the cities. There is room for improvements. As the heating could have been left on for us knowing that we were arriving late as the flat was really cold upon arrival. That should be taken into consideration when guests are arriving late in cold winter. One thing I also need to mention is that the flat has a problem with mould and that should be taken care of. Also the toilet seat was broken.

• Chara Christodoulou (9/5): - We stayed in this apartment for five nights as a family with a child and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just 10-20 minutes away from the city center, the Christmas markets, Charles Bridge, the Astronomical Clock, and even a shopping mall right around the corner. Everything Prague has to offer was within easy walking distance, which made our stay especially convenient with a child. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was nice and warm, which was perfect for winter, and the heated towel rack was a small but very appreciated detail. Even though the apartment is on the ground floor and doesn’t have a view, it more than makes up for it with its fantastic location and practicality. Communication with the host was excellent — everything was explained clearly, and the check-in process was smooth and stress-free. Overall, this is a practical, comfortable apartment in a prime location, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to families visiting Prague. As mentioned before, the apartment is on the ground floor and doesn’t have a view, it more than makes up for it with its fantastic location and practicality. Be prepared though, the garbage bins are inside the foyer of the building and are taken out on the day of collection, but from what I saw it's the same with all the buildings. It had no impact on the apartment itself.

Las camas u el sofá son muy cómodas La entrada al edificio huele mal porque los contenedores estaban dentro, las instrucciones para recoger las llaves son confusas y es bastante pequeño, un poco claustrofóbico

• Robtheunread (8/5): Good stay in very central location - The apartment was very central, right next to the Palladium Shopping centre and many shops and nice restaurants, didn't have to walk to far to most of the places we wanted to visit and when we did both the metro and tram were very close Needed to swap the batteries in the TV remotes before the Internet TV would work, very small issue but some people might not realise. While we were there the bins in the entrance hall started to smell very badly.

Não foi observado ponto negativo em relação ao apartamento, porém na entrada do prédio ficam algumas lixeiras muito expostas que poderiam estar melhor acondicionadas.

Accanto al portone c'è un comodo deposito bagagli (non economico) che permette di organizzarsi gli orari liberamente Nel bagno c'è un po' di cattivo odore, ma viene da fuori, bisogna chiudere la piccola finestra. Piccolo malinteso al check in.

• Paula (4/5): Not the best place - The location is super The place is really small and dark. But the worst thing is the smell either of smoke or dust. It should be renovated. We expected something better by the pictures. The host offers discounts on good reviews. However, we need to be honest with people who would like to visit.

Please repair it as soon as possible in order to make next visitor's stay easier. Apart from that, everything that has to do with the appartment was perfect. I really thank you.
• Dominik (6/5): Overall rather disappointing in spite of excellent location - The location of this small one-bedroom apartment is excellent. Located near old-town disctrict and in walking distance of the main square this is a big plus. Bed was comfortable and also the convertable sofa-bed seemed rather comfy (my friend approved). Separate beds were prepared as requested prior to the trip (NB: the staff was very helpful and kind overall). Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils. Fridge, dishwasher as well as washing machine are available and seem to function just fine. Check-in and getting the keys was easy and simple - check-out was equally hassle-free. Overall, we were rather disappointed and the experience stopped a little bit short of meeting our initial expectations. Here is why: first of all, the apartment is pretty small. Especially when the sofa bed is converted into a bed (on the positive side it can be converted to a proper bed, which is a plus of course). But the giggest drawback for us was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, which is particularly bad for non-smokers that are sensitive towards the smell of old cigarette smoke. While the apartment itself is smoking-free, I believe, the inner courtyard (which is the only window side that can be opened for "ventilation") seems to be used as a smokign area by neighbours of the building. There are smokers throughout the day, so proper ventilation is not an option. I personally found this super uncomfortable and a little disgusting, while admittedly, as a non-smoker, I am also very sensitive towards this smell and easily disturbed . Secondly, while the apartment itself does not seem dated and worn-out at first, it seems like very low-quality materials have been used to equip the apartment overall. Some examples: the shower doors are sort of loose and dont close properly, the towel rack in the bathroom (electric plug-in) comes off easily, scratches and marks on all walls etc. High maintenance is needed already, while the apartment does not seem old at all. This all leads to me the conclusions that I would not recommend this accommodation for a stay longer than two nights and certainly not for a couple that seeks a romantic getaway. For friends that mainly just looking for a place to "sleep" for a couple nights and can't be bothered easily this is perfectly fine however.

There wasn’t enough toilet paper, no paper towel in the bathroom and when we needed to communicate with the owner we were continuously sent to the voicemail which was in czech, impossible for someone not knowing the language to understand.
