• Marjorie (9/5): Localisation idéale, bel accueil et très bon petit déjeuner, avec en prime la vue sur Instanbul depuis la terasse - Très bel accueuil, avec une localisation idéale pour explorer Istanbul. La terrasse pour déjeuner offre une vue imprenable. Le petit déjeuner est d’ailleurs parfait. Je recommande grandement !

• Jelise (9/5): Traditional Turkish Hotel within walking distance of transit and all attractions! - The hotel was easy to find within walking distance of the Halic Metro Station and is located on the edge of the tourist district which was nice as it wasn't as crowded with people. It is a great central location to walk any direction to attractions. The staff were excellent through our stay and were helpful on advice throughout the city. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace so we could watch the city and it was the tradtitional turkish breakfast which is large portions and was excellent! We stayed at this hotel 2 different times during our trip to turkey (at the start and end of our trip) and the rooms were cozy, comfy and historical decorated with the turkish lanterns and bathrooms are completely re-done. Overall this was an excellent hotel and highly recommend staying here! The only downside is that it is an old building so it is not very sound proof. Be prepared to hear the seagulls, pigeons, cats, traffic, metro and daily prayers. If you are used to city noises then it is fine, but if you are not it would be best to take ear plugs for a good nights sleep.

• Aleksi (8/5): - The room was not like a typical standard Ibis hotel, but had a lot of atmosphere and character. With the wooden design, it was actually very beautiful. However, a lot of light came into the room and it could not be completely darkened — but that depends on personal preference. The bathroom was a bit small, but overall everything was fine. And the breakfast on the terrace was very nice.

• Joy (7/5): Charmantes einfaches Hotel - Sehr freundliches Team, auch vorab hat alles mit dem schriftlichen Austausch geklappt. Sogar der Transfer wurde organisiert. Für diesen Preis einen Top Service. Das kleine Hotel ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. 8-ung,Terrasse befindet sich auf dem Dach mit Aussicht, nicht im Zimmer. In den kühleren Monaten sehr windig. Allerdings hat es Heizer. Das Hotel ist ring hörig. Die Türen nicht dicht. Im Bad war es trotz Heizung kalt. Trotz allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt - wer keinen Luxus braucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

• Luc Tukker (10/5): Cosy hotel with great view - They have a water machine on the upstairs terrace you can get water when you like. The view from there is great! Breakfast is also a big plus. Besides that the hotel feels really cosy and the hosts are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Maybe you can hear a bit of the other guests but it's not too bad.

The hotel is small but very charming, with a cozy and welcoming vibe. It really feels like a home rather than a hotel. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always doing their best to help. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily choose this place again.

• Melinda (3/5): Nem ajánlom , és nem foglalom újra - Egyetlen előnye ,hogy közel volt minden látnivalóhoz. Egy fiatalember segítőkész volt. Hideg volt a szobában, egyik nap nem volt melegvíz. Az ablakok nem zárhatók rendesen , a falak és fürdőszoba több helyen penészes. Nagyon kár , mert egy valóban régi , ottoman stílusú kis szálloda , de nem foglalkoznak vel , teljesen el lett hanyagolva.

The hotel has a nice authentic atmosphere with the wooden walls and the colorful lamps. The staff is very kind and welcoming and the breakfast was great.
• Nur (8/5): Great value, would definitely stay again! - Cozy and very central. Clean. Friendly staff. Cute little terrace which we used frequently! This is a converted old building which is what gives it a lot of charm and that cozy feeling. That being said, the doors are made of wood and glass and sound travels quite easily. Be prepared for that.

• Babette3007 (7/5): Bon séjour pour un couple dans une chambre simple proche des transports - Situation : près de tous les moyens de transports. Jolie terrasse aménagée avec une vue magnifique. Ancienne maison des capitaines très bien rénovée et charmante. Douche large et confortable. Propreté : ménage et changement de serviettes tous les jours Gentillesse, disponibilité, réactivité, souci de notre bien-être : chauffage, couvertures, etc. Compréhension et confiance /paiement. L'accueil : debout dans l'entrée : après un long voyage, on aimerait se poser un peu. Le palier et les escaliers éclairés toute la nuit : vraiment très gênant pour dormir. Le matelas qui glisse et pas confortable.
• Satsuki (6/5): 水回りが気になる人にはおすすめしない。景色は良い。 - ・スタッフがとてもフレンドリー ・近隣に安価な店が多い ・最上階からの景色が最高。お茶やコーヒーも無料で飲める。朝ごはんは3€だったかな？二日連続メニューはほぼ変わらなかったので、もし食べたい物が別である方は1日だけにするのがおすすめ。でもとてもお安いし景色も良いので是非。 ・301号室が予約内容と違うと訴えたら、302号室に移動させてくれた。ツインの写真は、部屋は301号室、風呂は302号室です。どちらも排水は悪いしカビは生えているので、ビーサンは必須。冷蔵庫は301号室にはないが302号室にはある。 ・予約時の部屋選択の写真では、シャワールームがトイレの奥にあり、ドアがついているタイプだったが、通された301号室は奥にトイレがありドアがありシャワーと洗面所のタイプだった。しかも、給湯器？を置くためか換気扇代わりなのか、トイレ上の窓は閉められないようになっており、でデカい蚊のような虫が4匹は入っていて最悪だった。シャワールームの排水も悪く、洗面所がびしゃびしゃになった。 ・使い捨てスリッパ2足置いてくれていたが、これでどうやってトイレまで辿り着くのか？それが嫌で部屋の写真を見て選んだのに。冷蔵庫もあると書いてあるのになかった。 ・1人で2泊したが、タオルは2枚のみ、ドライヤーはへし曲がっていて漏電しそう。ドライヤーは302号室も不安定だった。 ・1〜3枚目が301号室、4枚目が302号室のシャワールーム

• Kassem (7/5): - Nice place with a great location and genuinely friendly staff. We had a really enjoyable stay especially my son, who didn’t want to leave because he had so much fun chatting with Loqman during breakfast on the terrace, he even says this was his best breakfast ever.
• Mariam Tskipurishvili (10/5): Great place to stay - We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the old part of the city, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop and very close to the main street, which made the location extremely convenient. The room was small but very cozy and beautifully styled, with everything we needed. Breakfast was great and served on a terrace with a lovely city view. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with directions to the airport and even provided umbrellas for guests on rainy days. On our last morning, when we had to check out before breakfast time, they kindly prepared sandwiches for us to take on the road, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

• Cristina (7/5): Ubicación perfecta - La ubicación,a pocos metros de una estación de metro,tranvía y bastante cerca del ferry.Se puede ir dando un paseo a un montón de sitios. La terraza tiene unas vistas impresionantes,es muy agradable. El barrio es muy animado,lleno de tiendas y restaurantes. La cama era bastante cómoda. El desayuno es muy abundante y preparado con mimo,el personal es realmente amable y nos recibieron con unas bolsitas de chocolates,todo un detalle. La habitación era un poco pequeña para 3 personas,en las fotos daba sensación de mayor amplitud. Las instalaciones de hecho son menos nuevas de lo.que puede parecer, el frío de la calle se colaba por la ventana de madera,había que poner la bomba de calor a tope para caldear la habitación y al baño no llegaba, a tener en cuenta si se viaja en invierno. Se podrían mejorar algunos detalles para la comodidad (ej.no había repisa para jabón en la ducha, mover la lámpara para que no golpee la puerta del armario,...).

The hotel is not far from the center city and breakfast was excellent and typical Turkish. Rooftop with a beautiful view. The room was really noisy because of the train. And also, our room was in the entrance so we heard anything and everyone entering or passing inside the hotel.
• Diana (10/5): Familiäres Hotel mit einen 100% Wohlfühl Faktor - Wir haben uns schon lange nicht mehr so wohl und willkommen wie in diesem Hotel gefühlt! Am ersten Tag wurden wir super lieb empfangen und haben direkt alle infos zu Istanbul bekommen damit wir eine schöne Zeit haben. Wir haben uns immer auf das Frühstück auf dem Dach gefreut weil wir immer super liebe Gespräche mit den Gastgebern geführt haben! Das Hotel ist auch immer sehr sauber gewesen. Es ist ein sehr spezielles Hotel wo man die türkische Kultur sehr erleben kann. Vielen Dank an für die schöne Zeit! Man muss leider sagen, dass teilweise das Interior schon nicht mehr ganz so gut ist. Die Fenster sind nicht besonders dicht und man kann alles von draußen hören. Wir haben uns aber auch daran gewöhnt.

• Marie Francoise (8/5): Authentic decor, best view from hotel rooftop, friendly hosts and good sizes breakfast. - We loved the location, it was in an area close to accessable transport and within walking distance to most sights. It is in an area where there are restaurants close by but didn't seem overly touristic. We wanted to have a bit of that inner city feel. We also wanted to find somewhere where the decor was Turkish and not modern; the wooden trims and features aswell as the stone walls was exactly what we were looking for. What made the stay special for us was the host/staff. During breakfast we had a great conversation with a young man about Istanbul and about the hotel itself, which has the best view overlooking Istanbul, to the Galata tower on the otherside of the river. We have travelled to a few countries where you cant throw any type of paper into the toilet, it all has to go into the bin.

• Belén (10/5): Repetiría sin dudarlo - La ubicación es buenísima, si llegas de noche no te asustes, es un barrio que durante el día no tiene nada que ver con lo que parece, es seguro y tiene muchísima vida. El hotel por fuera a primera vista se ve sombrio pero luego las habitaciones son amplias y no falta de nada. Te cambian las toallas y te limpian la habitación todos los días , el secador tiene muy buena potencia y la ducha buen caudal y el personal es súper agradable y amable. Lokman está al cargo de los desayunos que son muy ricos en la terraza y es un chico excepcional. Lo recomiendo 100% Impacta llegar de noche al barrio

• Karel (9/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at The Asta Hotel. All staff members were very gentle and helpfull if we needed anything. They gave us the all the info we needed to know about this amazing city. The location is perfect, in the heart of the old city, we could easily walk to the main visiting sites. Breakfast was supperb! Would reccommend to close the windows in the evening due to some musquito hunting in the night ;)

• Foki (1/5): - A szállás alapvetően szèp, ès jó helyen van Amikor foglaltam vèletlenül rosszul irtam be az email cimem. Korrekcióra nem volt lehetősèg, azonnal jeleztem a bookingnak ès a szállásnak is-illetve mègegyszer lefoglaltam immár helyes email cimmel. Amikor megèrkeztünk dupla szobadijat akartak terhelni ami csak azèrt nem sikerült mert nem engedte a bankom. Igy is 55 EUROm bánta bár a panaszom birálat alatt van. A problêma intèzèse kapcsán érkezèskor órákat várattak èn mentem a recepciós urán hogy akkor most kapunk e szobát. A bookingon előszőr azt irta s szállásadó hogy meg sem jelentünk. Ez a huzavona tönkretette azt a pár napot amit pihenèsre szántam volna. Ezèrt nem ajánlom a hotelt.

I had an impression there was no vacum cleaning of the room. Ants in the bathroom, however the host has fixed that after my call.
• Nenad (7/5): Hotel ima istanbul filing ,naselje loše , spolja Hotel ne izgleda kao na slici ,malo fali da bude ok - Za početak osoblje i doručak na krovu super ...Spolja Hotel ne izgleda kao sa slike, malo izgled hotela spolja razočarava...Hodnici i sobe su ok ,imaš taj Istanbul filing...Doručak na krovu i pogled fenomenalni...Osoblje fenomenaln...Lokacija i blizina svega odlična ali naselje vrlo prljavo ,puno djubreta i srušenih kuća , loše ......Na 50 m gore Halic bosforus cafe je odličan ,doručak, pizza , čaj, skriveni dragulj... 1.Izgled hotela spolja , uložite malo u boju ,prvi utisak šokira i plaši 2.Vrata jesu stara i daju neki šarm ali ... 3.Renovirajte wc i uložite malo da i to bude vrhunsko 4.Doručak je dobar ali ponudite još menamen i bilo bi vrhunski Malo vam treba da budete fenomenalni , naselje ne možete promeniti ali još malo ulaganje vam je stvarno potrebno....
• Till (4/5): Liebevoll geführte Unterkunft, jedoch sehr Sanierungsbedürftig - Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Der Zustand ist leider sehr heruntergekommen. Abenteuerliche Verkabelungen im Zimmer, modriges Holz und ein dauerhafter fieser Gestank im Badezimmer durch die Abflussrohre.

• Stefán (8/5): Nice but humble apartment near the historic centre - The property has a lovely heritage and has been well-maintained. The location is in a quieter part of the old city, but still easy walking or tram distance Comfort could be prioritised more. Basic things like slippers and a full-size duvet would be expected. Some warmer touches could be added to the room, such as the bed throws seen in the hotel photos.
• Florian (7/5): Preis und Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, könnte aber noch besser sein. - Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist ideal. Auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr schön und das PErsonal ist sehr bemüht und spricht auch sehr gut Englisch (Lokman). Die Kanalisation ist nicht so gut. Es stinkt im Badezimmer. Es ist sehr hellhörig und zum Glück hatten wir das Zimmer ganz Oben. Aber es gibt auch Schimmel im Bad und die Hygiene im Zimmer war nicht optimal (Haare, etc.)

• Nieves (10/5): La mejor experiencia - Después de 5 días en Estambul, creo que no hay mejor zona para quedarse por cercanía a todo y por autenticidad. Los ferris y metro cerquisima, mercados … barrios “locals” .. estupendo! Además, la Terraza del hotel te permite tener ratitos de descanso y seguir disfrutando de las vistas de la ciudad. Nos limpiaron la habitación cada día y nos ayudaron en TODO🩷 GRACIAS!!! Algunas cositas de la ducha estaban rotas, pero nada importante!

Откуда восторженные отзывы?! - Расположение, организовали трансфер из аэропорта, вызвали такси в аэропорт, помогли поднять чемодан в номер при заезде и погрузить в такси при выезде Отсутствие круглосуточной стойки администратора и, как следствие, персонала гостиницы, отсутствие ежедневной уборки и замены полотенец и постельного белья - нужно постоянно просить и напоминать, полотенца старые, продавленный матрац на кровати, очень маленький номер для двоих людей с чемоданами, очень плохое освещение в номере, наземное метро в 15 метрах от окон - очень сильный шум, слишком позднее начало завтрака лично для меня - 09.00. После одной из уборок забыли закрыть номер, до вечера он простоял открытый!!!
• Nathalie (9/5): Lovely people and wonderful view from the Rooftop - The rooftop is really nice! Wonderful view eating breakfast which is complete and good ! The staff was Lovely. Only 4 little rooms in the hotel ! So make it a little familial atmosphere. The rooms are quite little but it s an old classified building. The location is good, close to the tram, to the Bosohore, with a little neighborhood where you can find restaurants with locals and where you can eat Balik Ekmek (fish sandwich). You can reach the hagia Sophia mosque in 30 minutes walking. I really recommend this hotel.

• Hadžić (8/5): - Jako lijepo uređen hotel koji se nalazi u staroj zgradi. Dobili smo sobu u prizemlju što je bilo odlično jer nismo morali kofere nositi uz lijepo drveno, ali usko stubište. Soba je manja, ali sasvim dovoljna za par. Sve što pričate ili radite u sobi mogu čuti ostali gosti, a vrata su sobna sa sobnim ključem, između štokova i praga su šupljine kroz koje možete vidjeti na hodnik, ali nama ništa od toga nije smetalo. Soba je lijepo uređena, čista, a krevet udoban. Svaki dan soba je čišćena. Doručak je na vrhu zgrade, sa fantastičnim pogledom i svaki dan je isti, pa ako dolazite sa Balkana možda neće zadovoljiti vaše potrebe. Zgrada se nalazi na brdu, pa ako dolazite javnim prevozom ( metroom ), sa glavne ceste idite sa njene lijeve strane gdje je kaldrma, a ne stepenicama na desnoj strani, pogotovo ako dolazite navečer. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i uslužno. Kako je suprugi tokom boravka bio rođendan, iznenadili su je jako ukusnom i lijepom tortom. Žao mi je što nisam slikao kad su je donijeli, što je jako lijepa gesta.
