• Joanna (10/5): Wygodny apartament niemal w samym centrum Rzymu. - Wspaniałe miejsce, bardzo wygodne (4 osoby), duża sypialnia z wygodnym łóżkiem oraz rozkładana sofa w salonie (równie wygodna). W kuchni wszystko czego potrzeba - sztućce, naczynia, dodatkowo kawa i herbata, ciastka oraz soczki w lodówce. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielką. Simona była bardzo pomocna, instrukcje jasne, a dodatkowo dostaliśmy polecania restauracji w pobliżu. Brak okna nie przeszkadza - większość czasu spędziliśmy poza domem. Doskonała lokalizacja, na uboczu, ale niemal w samym centrum.

• Daniele (10/5): Breve soggiorno, ottima esperienza. - Una sola notte è bastata per apprezzare questo piccolissimo appartamento, curato con gusto e sensibilità. Colori armoniosi, arredi scelti con attenzione e un’atmosfera silenziosa e accogliente. Pulitissimo e completo di tutto, si trova in un palazzo antico, in una strada davvero deliziosa: la metro è a pochi passi e la via è ricca di negozietti e localini, resa ancora più bella dalle luci e dalle decorazioni natalizie. Un ringraziamento a Simona, host attenta e premurosa, che ci ha fornito ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e cenare e si è sempre assicurata che tutto andasse per il meglio. Lo consiglio vivamente. Un soggiorno breve, ma che lascia il segno.
• María (9/5): Muy bueno - Está bien ubicado, en la misma calle hay un super y también hay bares. El trato de Simona es excelente nos dejó café y zumos, había toallas de sobra para todos y nos recomendó sitios de comida. Estuvimos 4 personas y hay espacio de sobra, uno es una cama y otro sofá cama pero bastante cómodo. La taza del baño estaba suelta y el secador estaba roto.

• Vanessa (9/5): Excelente - La ubicación, los consejos de Simona, la comodidad del apartamento. Un pequeño detalle es que la calefacción no llegaba al baño y estaba muy frío, considerando que es invierno, el frío no es menor.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. Most importantly, our host was incredibly helpful and attentive—she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and quick responses made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return!

The location couldn’t be better – right outside the door are plenty of bars and restaurants, and it’s also very convenient for both the train station and main attractions in Rome. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and check-in/check-out was very easy. Communication with our host, Simona, was excellent, and she gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommended!

• Vincent (9/5): Great location! - Great location. Only about a 10-15 minute walk to the colloseum. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment is small but clean and everything you need for a.comfotable stay. Kitchen is well furnished. Carrefour express across the street and laundromat nearby if needed. The air conditioning does not work well at all.

Nearby, there are shops, dining places, and a metro station. A self-service Carrefour Express is only 15 meters away. Excellent communication with the Host of the property.

The location is perfect—central yet quiet—and the space is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Although I arrived late and had to leave early the next morning, everything was seamless thanks to our host, Simona, who was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you, Simona!

This was the first time I encountered such a kind and friendly approach. Constant contact via WhatsApp was a great convenience. The location is fantastic. Everything was within walking distance. Nearby, there are shops, dining places, and a metro station. All within a 5-minute walk. The Colosseum is just 10 minutes away. A self-service Carrefour Express is only 15 meters away. Clean and tidy. The property is very well equipped. There are two TVs, fast internet, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and a kettle. A large bed and a fold-out sofa. Everything you might need. Oil the doors between the rooms so they don’t squeak :-)

It is walkimg distance to collessume and very lively arra with a great Pizza place eight infront of ot and cpuple of lovely local shops. The host was wonderful and very accommodating and helped us to have early check in and late check out. She sent us recommandations and list of places that we can eat and she was very responsive. The checkin was a breeze. She sent us a video and she was very orgnized and kind Inside the house was clean and everything available. There are some flies all over the flat. It did not matter how many of them u kill they appear again. Also there very very small insects . I made sure my suit cases zipper are all closed. I am not sure this issue is in the center in all the houses are like that or that one but it made us really uncomfotable as both my son and I have ossues with insects. Also the air conditionair was okay. It is in the main bedroom so the people sleeping on Sofa bed in the living room were getting hot.

Large area with 2 separate sleeping spaces, great kitchen and eat in area. Host provided cookies and tea! No bath soap or shampoo in the dispenser in the shower.
• Kristie (10/5): Perfect location, nicely expected apartment, and great host! - Great location, very central to all the cites and attractions, and the host was very nice and helpful! The doors/keys were a bit difficult but the host sent a video of exactly what to do which cleared up our confusion. The host also left us some snacks and drinks which we were grateful for after a long travel day. We were only here for one night, but we couldn’t have stayed in a better location! The room was clean and the beds were comfy, and the couch bed pulled out into a full size bed, which was also very comfortable! Nothing, it was perfect!

I was very impressed by the antique door at the entrance to the apartment, despite the fact that it is most likely more than 200 years old, it is in excellent condition. Everything inside was clean and tidy. It was a little bit hard to take out the trash, when you have luggage.

• Nayeem (1/5): Bad - Nothing!! The house rule on the wall said I have to take my trash out at check out. I've never ever done that in any hotel. And in the morning we realized that the trash bin is 10 minutes walk away. And eventually because of that we missed our train for few minutes. Also they didn't secure the metal cloth hanger on the door. It fell on my son's head. Extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this property. The apartment was too small for 4 person and for the price. It shouldn't be advertised as for 4 person. For 2 person it's okay.

The host was so lovely in providing us with information about where to go and eat. Overall it was a comfortable stay. There would be a big puddle outside the shower after showering but it wasn’t that big of a problem.
