• ابوفارس (10/5): Amazing - Our stay at Karnak Pyramids Hotel was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The place is super clean, quiet, and peaceful — you can truly relax here. The pool is beautiful and always well maintained, and it’s the perfect spot to cool down with a drink under the Egyptian sun. The food was excellent — plenty of local and international dishes, all fresh and tasty. Drinks were available from morning till night, and the staff were so attentive and polite. Mohamed was the highlight of our stay. He organized wonderful tours for us — from the Great Pyramids to Memphis and Sakkara — everything was so well planned and easy. • Gay (1/5): Awful - The whole experience was awful. I waited an hr and a half in a shabby hallway for someone to come and check me in. I didnt feel safe nor comfortable and told Mohammed this but he said it was safe. Anyway, he checked me in, I go to my room only to find the two beds in the room were dirty, There were hair, dead skin particles, and brown stains that looked like blood on the covers. I go let the attendant outside know to come see that the room was dirty. He takes one of the dirty covers and bring a "clean" one but that one was also covered in yellow stains. I told him I wanted a different room and he says housekeeping was going to be there at 7pm to clean the room. It was 130 pm so I was expected to remain in that filthy room for almost 6 hrs and wait. I immediately went online and booked another hotel and left. That was the nastiest room I have ever been in. They should be ashamed to put customers in such a predicament.
• Laura (10/5): Thanks Mohamed for all - Our stay at the hotel was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and well-organized. The first thing we noticed was how spotless everything was — from the rooms to the pool area and even the restaurants, everything was shining clean. The all-inclusive food and drinks were amazing. Every meal had a great variety of dishes — fresh salads, grilled meats, traditional Egyptian food, and even desserts that tasted homemade. Drinks were always available throughout the day; we loved having fresh juices and cocktails by the pool. But what truly made our trip special were the excursions. Mohamed arranged everything perfectly — from visiting the Pyramids and Sakkara to a Nile dinner cruise — everything was so well planned. He’s incredibly professional, always on time, and genuinely cares that you enjoy every moment. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention. We left feeling like we made friends, not just memories. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had in Egypt No everything is good
• Déborah (1/5): HORRIBLE , déçu de l’hotel et du service client booking - La vue sur les pyramides N’y allez surtout JAMAIS !! Nous ne sommes pas du tout difficile mais ce n’est pas 1 hotel, juste 1 gars qui loue 1 chambre. Nous avons réservez 1 chambre avec 3 lits et a notre arrivée pas de lit pour notre grand ado. Il a dit qu’il avait loué la chambre à 1 autre famille. Au vue de l’heure tardive et la barrière de la langue nous avons passé mon mari et moi la nuit sur 1 seul petit lit. La literie horriblement sale , la douche bouchée donc vous pateaugez dans votre eau sale , pas de papier toilette , 1 serviette pour 3 ..la réception n’en etait pas une c’était juste 1 bureau avec des gamins faisant office de réceptionniste et ça changeait toutes les heures . J ai encore tellement de choses à dire mais les photos en diront long ...très déçu de booking car je leur ai envoyé de suite 1 message et je n’ai jamais eu de réponses. Il faut qu’ils contrôlent les hôtels..les autres commentaires sont des copains de copains des gens de l hotel .
• Nicoleta (1/5): El peor viaje de mi vida ! Una estafa! - Desde la terraza se veían las pirámides. Casi todos los "hoteles" ahí tienen esto. Lo único que tienen. Horrible todo. En primer lugar, Booking te dice en la app un precio, y cuando llegas ahí, a mí me costó 50€ mas.( Dicen tasas de Egipto etc) Te dan 15 min antes un email diciendo que tu reserva se ha cambiado, claro, como no tienes internet hasta llegar ahi pues te toca pagar igual, además eran ya las 01 am y llegamos con niños pequeños. Segundo, teníamos las habitaciones en otro edificio, a unos 20 metros del edificio "principal ' y sin ascensor sin nada, lo que no había problema pero estaban mil gatos y mil cacas en todas las partes, así que para comer, desayuno etc tenías que bajar escaleras, caminar al otro edificio, y subir otros 3 - 4 niveles para ir a la terraza donde supuestamente tenías todo incluido ( la siguiente tema) Okkk: todo incluido. Una broma, un engaño!!! , primer dia hemos esperado 2 horas!!! 2 horas. Te toman el pelo diciendo ahora viene , ahora viene, pedimos por lo menos un agua o un café: mismo respuesta " ahora sister" . No hemos visto nada, pero nada, luego te dicen vete a las pirámides, luego desayunas . Ya eran las 11. Para comer luego, teníamos que decirle exactamente que queríamos, pero si no le dices nada, no trae absolutamente nada. El all inclusive no existe. Además han traído todo frío, nada caliente, pero esto solamente porque les hemos dicho de todo, después ya no vi ninguna comida, cena nunca, desayuno nunca. Nada. Solo una agua después de insistir 20 veces. Al final hemos tenido que desayunar, comer y cenar todos los días fuera!! Todos los demás clientes eran igual, no entiendo cómo puede tener tantos comentarios buenos, es todo una estafa! Mohamed es un chulo, se ríe en tu cara diciendo lo siento, pero no hace absolutamente nada, solo intenta robarte, decirte precios triples para algunas actividades . ( Pero todos están igual ahí) Me imagino que así ganan la vida). El hotel muy sucio, las almohadas extremadamente asquerosas, las sábanas eran limpias pero muy gastadas.

The room was very dirty, nothing was organized, It was supposed to be all inclusive and we basically had to beg the host for the food, they take like 2 hours to bring it to you with the worst attitude, they take a long time to answer messages, sometimes you can’t even find anybody at the reception.

• María Soledad (5/5): Incómoda experiencia - Estaba dentro de todo limpio. Se puede dormir bien, la cama es cómoda y las sábanas realmente estaban limpias, tiene heladera y enfría perfectamente. La vista de la terraza está buena. Te reciben con agua fresca. Solo dan jabón líquido Iniciamos de un modo un poco raro... Nos recibió un chico que nos pide el código y el pin de la reserva y nos dice que ya vendría otra persona a hacernos en check in. Cuando ese chico llega nos dice que el valor de nuestra reserva (confirmada) no era ese, era el doble ... Me fijo por mi correo y hacía unos minutos me llega un mail diciendo: su modificación de la reserva ha sido confirmada, cuando yo no había hecho ninguna. Tengan en cuenta cuando le pidan ese código y pin. El muchacho nos sugiere una excursión a la que llegamos un acuerdo para ir a saqqara con un taxista que nos llevaba y nos esperaba al finalizar y luego nos llevaba a "tres museos" del papiro, del perfume y de alfombras. Antes de irnos le dijimos que no le pagaríamos el doble porque no habíamos hecho ninguna modificación y le mostré el valor que decía en Booking y que si no resolvíamos ese valor por el que reservamos, nos iríamos y no tomariamos la excursión. Al final acepto y dijo que lo "resolvía él" Al llegar al saqqara el taxista nos presenta a otro hombre que nos acompañaría en el recorrido, nos negamos porque la realidad es que queríamos hacerlo solos y otra que aún no teníamos efectivo para las propinas. El señor se hizo el amable y dijo que estaba todo incluido, que disfrutemos ... Mientras entrábamos nos dice que nos llevaría a recorrer unas zonas interesantes donde no había tanto turista, la cuestión es que a cada sitio que nos llevó había un hombre esperando para abrirnos las puertas y una vez hecho nos presionaba para que le demos una colaboración a cada uno. La cuestión que la excursión que habíamos pagado de inicio en la recepción terminó saliendo el doble por estos muchachos que fueron apareciendo y que te imponían que les dieras dinero y se enojaban porque no les dabas lo suficiente. Terminó siendo una situación incómoda, poco placentera frustrante y en definitiva no hicimos lo que realmente queríamos.

• Илья (10/5): Exceptional - A very, very nice guest house. There weren't many rooms, I think we were the only ones. Our plane landed at night, we were greeted, and when they saw the sleeping child, they immediately opened the door to the room to put him to sleep. The attitude towards the guests is amazing. They offered drinks upon check-in, and made freshly squeezed orange juice. All requests were fulfilled immediately (to bring glasses, extra towels, etc.). The breakfast was good, we had a great snack. There is a menu where you can order food. We ordered tea, coffee and desserts. Everything is very tasty. I would also like to mention the view from the terrace - the pyramid of Cheops right in front of my eyes. Many thanks to Rhab, Rukhaya and Abdurahmet (I'm sorry if I misspelled the names) and their parents. We had a great conversation, discussed childhood and Egypt and Lake Baikal.
