• jihen (1/5): A disappointing experience that led to a same day hotel change - We booked this hotel for my mother based on the photos and reviews online, but the experience was disappointing. The room had visible cleanliness and maintenance issues, including what appeared to be mold on the bathroom ceiling and a dirty mattress placed outside the room. We contacted the hotel immediately, but our concerns were misinterpreted as being about the absence of an elevator rather than the condition of the room itself. My mother felt uncomfortable enough to check out within two hours, and I had to arrange alternative accommodation the same day. I do not recommend this hotel.

Еда однообразная, но голодными не останетесь, вкусный кофе, овощи, яйца, сыр, колбаски. На второй день выключили полотенцесушитель, в отеле есть утюг, но нет гладильной доски и я бы добавила в номер крючки для верхней одежды и ложку для обуви. Это конечно мелочи.

• Jennifer (8/5): Excellent value for money and all the staff were friendly and helpful - It is a buffet style breakfast with fresh bread and an assortment of cheeses, meat, olives and salad veg. All fresh and very good. There were also boiled eggs and a variety of sweet things plus as much tea/coffee as you like. Excellent value for money. The room is a bit basic but reflects the price paid and there are tea/ coffee making facilities plus a fridge. The bed was comfortable and everywhere was clean. Only minor things which had I mentioned them I know would have been sorted immediately. My only concern was the lights on the stairs which really needed an extra minute or so before switching off as I was slow climbing the stairs.

• Grigory (8/5): Considering that I paid only $220 for 6 nights, the price matches the quality - The area where this Hotel is places - is the best. Very close to Historical Center, many restaurants and transfers. Many activities near this place. Probably, I would stay there again.. if its not getting more expensive The room is clear, but too small:( There is neither a wardrobe nor a bedside table for personal belongings. I traveled with just one small backpack, but I had to keep all my things on the floor. A chair and a small wardrobe or shelves would have been helpful. Also, breakfast was always the same—very simple. Over six days, it didn’t change. But the food was fresh.

• Robert (6/5): Pleasant - According to the price and location, the hotel is average. Nothing really extra to say besides that the check-in and out was easy. You pay with card a fee of +4%. Breakfast was included in our price so it was nice to have something just in case we didn’t go out to eat. It didn’t have a lot of options, the bread was old. The stuff was friendly, but some of them had difficulties with English. Overall, with all the negatives, the accommodation is worth the money, cheap, so it‘s what you get. Even overpriced I would say if we didn’t have genius discounts. The „hotel“ needs some renovations. It had a certain smell, and things were not so clean, linen, bathroom etc. we booked a junior suite and one room didn’t even have a plug to charge our phones. The room was on the first floor looking at the street, you could hear people, was a bit loud. The terrace door couldn’t be open (broken) and was basically marked as an emergency exit in the building heading to the stairs outside to the street, which didn‘t make us feel super safe. Fridge was unplugged, mattresses of the bunk bed super old and uncomfortable. The bigger bed in the other room was better, but was not +2m long as it was written on the website. On the photos in general everything looks better in real life.

• Uroš (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast is a huge + Staff is very kind and are willing to help with whatever you need, (they allowed us to leave the baggage after checkout etc.), they speak English well. Location is close enough to the center, while not being noisy at all. Note: you pay at the property and not via booking. Cash or card is accepted. The walls and ceiling are thin, it wasn't a problem since everyone was kind enough to keet quiet, but it's something to keep in mind :)

He was friendly and helped us for water, shown us the best restaurant to eat for dinner and also we wanted to go to the rooftop, he even brought us up despite not accessible to guests. Breakfast was okay but location very very good. Within 10-15min you can find all attractions for Sultanamet like Blue Mosque, Basilic Cistern and Hagia Sophia, etc. All below are very minor comments but can be improved. The shower pipe was a little broken so that was a bit nuisance and also we found slug in the place for breakfast, while this was on the walls, we did not feel 100% good eating there. But for that money, it is a very very good deal and room was good.
• Nuno (10/5): Perfect stay in Istambul - The location was incredible. Very close (5 min walking) to the big mosques, like blue mosque and hagia sophia. The staff were very kind and helped us in everything we needed, even giving recommendations for great spots. Would recommend this stay to everyone. The noise that came from the room next to us (it should have been the staff room, i believe). We were on the base floor room, and sometimes the noise of talking and watching some stuff on the phone was very loud. Other than that, everything was fine.

• Valentina (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Istanbul - Great location near to the main attractions. The room was cozy and super clean, the hosts were friendly and at full disposal for any needs. Breakfast was good and with many choices, great value for money. Definitely recommended. They are running renovation works and there were people working in the inner garden. Since our room was on the ground floor, we were not comfortable with letting our windows open due to the dust. Anyway, this was no big deal since we spent all our stay outside visiting this beautiful city!
• Sri (8/5): Best budget Hotel for short stay. - Friendly and polite management is a plus for this hotel for non Turkish speaking tourists. They take care of all our needs like breakfast, arranging tour packages, local guides and what not you name it they provide all information regarding it. They are renovating a bit so it looked slightly messy which could have been avoided during the holiday season.

• Maddie (10/5): Would stay again - The room was different to what we booked online as they are going through renovations in one of their buildings currently, however the room was more comfortable and modern than we expected. The staff were very friendly. It was a great location near the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The room we originally booked had a kitchen and washing machine, however the room we were given didn't. To compensate, the staff washed our clothes free of charge and returned them within a day so it didn't put us out at all.

The location is superb, rooms are large, comfy and excellent value for money, and most importantly the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. I look forward to coming back soon!

• Wine (8/5): Nice simple apartment very close to Blue Moscue - Very close to Blue Moscue and Hagua Sofia. Great panormic view on sea from the suite on top floor. Plenty of small restaurants around. Narrow winding stairs to top floor. Some of kitchen equipment worked, some eg oven didn't.

The staff were excellent!! 😊 They were very helpful in regard to knowing the area and where to go. Thanks! The bathroom was a little smaller than I thought it'd be. But it was still ok for me. 😊

• Konstantin (9/5): Warm apartment with friendly host - Location is great and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They recommended us a restaurant nearby with really nice cuisine and affordable prices. The weather was quite cold, but it was really warm in the apartment. Everything is clean and there is a lot of space for us. Internet speed is ok when you can connect to Wi-Fi - the connection is stable only in selected places of the apartment.

• Andraşoni (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is situated nearby many attractions such as Hagia Sofia, which is a big plus. It is small but cozy and I really liked the staff, they are so helpful and kind. Would totally choose this hotel again.
